개인적으로 첫 인상을 버렸음. 분명 저쪽으로 드가얄텐데 싶은데 하필이면 딱 그 때만 우회하게 만들어 일행짐도 함께 작은캐리어 하나를 만들어 들고가는데 길이 울퉁불퉁에 층계가 끔찍. 호텔 도착하니 전신이 땀 범벅이나 가까이 고생하지않고 갈 수 있는 길을 두고, 일케 무거운 가방들고 고생하게 하다니 꼭지까지 열받았었음. 저녁 다섯시쯤이라 밀려나오는 인파랑 서로 피하게 하려한 조치같았으나 너무 고생해 호텔들어옴. 첨엔 1층방(실제는 3층)이라길래 엘베도 없는데 가방들고 고생안해도 되어 좋다했더니 전망이 없이 돌담에 가려있고 한쪽편은 그 담위로 관광객들 다 보여 덥고 에어콘도 없는데 창문 못 염, 사전에 여러 후기보고 창문열면 만이든 뭐든 멋진 풍경이 있을 거라 기대했는데 이래서 기분 또 잡침. 수도원도 5시면 못드간다해서 밤에도 드갈 수 있는거로 아는데 이상하다 했었는데 7시부터 밤까지 재오픈되는 수도원 구경을 할 수 있는게 맞아 그 화난 기분이 풀렸음. 8우닐말까지는 빛과 소리와 함께 영어설명 드간 헤드셋제공해주며 그 성 위에서 일몰봄 나중 방에 들어오니 젓 기분만 안 망쳤으면 좋았을 숙소임

Chambre plutôt petite pour le prix. On peut difficilement s’y déplacer. Avec la canicule, il faudrait au moins fournir un ventilateur digne de ce nom. Il y en avait pourtant de très bien dans le restaurant… Comme il y a peu d’hébergements sur le Mont Saint-Michel, je crois qu’on prend les clients pour acquis. Le petit déjeuner est correct mais encore très cher.

While the room and property were outstanding, it would have been nice to know how difficult the trek to the room was! The description needs to point out that the Annex rooms are not for the unfit! It was quite the task toting luggage up the hill, many flights of steps, and cobbled streets.

Location, charm, history

We loved staying on Mont-St-Michel and enjoyed the quiet of the island after the hoards had left. Would recommend Auberge St. Pierre!

If you don’t expect to use social media or at times, even send text, in other words, if you don’t expect to need Wi-Fi, then this place is good. However, for the price you pay, one does expect the basics like electricity, water, and, nowadays, working Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi was awful. And, I guess, because it’s an island, my personal phone service was spotty. As I do a lot of posts and people expect me to have pictures and video, I was not able to do either. It frustrated me immensely to the point that I would say that the trip was not as enjoyable as it could’ve been. Just be aware of this if you decide to book a room here.

The location is wonderful! While the rooms are very small and hot, the experience of staying on the island was amazing! The hotel will keep your bags if you are exploring before check-in or after checkout.

Understand it’s an ancient structure, wasn’t expecting AC, but maybe the could have splurged for a fan? In-room fridge didn’t work, lovely bathrooms. Be aware, some rooms are directly visible from the battlements, so you can privacy and a stifling room, or a breeze and no privacy

Nice and clean, kind staff. The room was very tiny as expected based on the age of the building, but it had all we needed!

This is such a wonderful property with plenty of space right on Mont Saint Michel. If you are planning a visit you MUST stay on the island. It is such a unique experience to be alone at night after all of the day-visitors have left. It is truly magical.

The best part about our stay was the amazing location inside the ancient walls of Mont Saint-Michel. We had easy access to the city, restaurants, shopping, and all the sightseeing too. There is no air-conditioning and our room was very warm with the summer heat wave. They didn’t have any fans either so it was a challenging night for most of our family. So basically a 5-star for location but a more “rustic” 3-star experience in terms of the rooms.

Don't stay on Mont Saint-Michel if you want a good night's sleep. The hotel staff were friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable, so I have no complaints about the accommodation itself. The problem was the noise. As the hotel is on the main street, visitors were outside until nearly midnight. After that, hotel staff stood outside talking until around 3:00 a.m., and from 5:00 a.m. the bin collections and restaurant deliveries started. Sleep was almost impossible. Given the premium price of staying on the Mont, it was a very disappointing experience. My advice is to stay on the mainland, visit the Mont for dinner and the abbey, then return to your hotel for a peaceful night's sleep. You'll enjoy the experience far more.

This place was magical. I absolutely loved my stay here and would love to come back for more nights.
