La dame a l'accueil nous a offert un accueil froid et ne semblait pas disposée a nous expliquer le fonctionnement des commodités de l'hôtel. C'est dommage car tout le reste était bien

Staffs are wonderful. Bathrooms is awful and has a foul smell the entire time. Water overflows from shower and covers the entire bathroom floor. They on make beds and replace towels. The floor is ot cleaned

The hotel is good, excellent area, everything is within walking distance and there are tube stations very close by. The only drawback I had was that the air conditioning didn't work and we had to use a fan that came with the room, but apart from that, it's a very good hotel.

エアコンが壊れていたが、滞在中修繕されなかった。1日目は寒い中で震えながら寝た。クレームしたら２日目はポータブルヒーターを入れてくれたが、それは友人が泊まっている部屋から移動させたもので、今度は友人が寒い思いをした。総合的なサービスが非常に低いと感じた。

Property was neat and clean

The room was far too small, we couldn’t even open our suitcases on the ground, let alone a cot for our baby.

Habitacion limpia y comoda, buena calidad de amenidades. Personal con excelente atencion, solo tuvimos inconvenientes con los desayunos, pero finalmente se resolvieron. Definitivamente regresaria de nuevo. Excelente ubicación

Del personal hay una chica y un que habla español excelentes personas así como la limpieza. Un hombre mayor parece de color, pésima persona sin iniciativa, grosero, racista por no toparme con gente como él no regresaría al hotel (estaba en las noches) así como Una chica francesa que estuvo hoy en nuestra salida. Pésimas Personas.

Bcp de bruit des autres chambres....un peu comme les murs sont fait en carton. La serrure de porte d'entrée ne fonctionnait pas. Leur machine à carte bancaire nécessitait une longue attente juste pour payer. Pas de salle de petit dej. Autrement bien situé pas loin des sites touristiques. Finitions dans les chambres pas top. La prochaine fois je paye un peu plus cher pour qqch supérieur....car un peu déçu par cet hôtel même pour le prix payë (180euros par nuit hors taxe de séjour)

Staff is great. Room is fine. Old carpeted public areas are worn and give off a dirty odor. But if you are just looking for a place to stay at night it is sufficient for its purpose. (Please note there is no lift).
