Terrible experience when I brought my car... 1. Hard to access to the hotel (needed to pass 2 or 3 limited areas) 2. After check in, I need to drive the limited areas again to park my car which is away from the hotel with additional cost. Breakfast was never afford 13 euros per person at all... After shower in the bath, I needed to clean up water from the bath....

위치가 정말 좋았구요, 직원분들이 정말 친절 하셨습니다. 다른분들 후기가 너무 좋아 예약했는데 예약하길 잘 했어요. 그리고 건물이 오래되어서 오리지널리티를 느낄 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 저희는 제일 기본 방, 맨 위층이었는데 풍경이 너무 좋아서 또 나름대로 만족했네요!

일단 숙소 직원분들이 진짜 다 너무 친절하시고 객실 자체도 깨끗하고 편해서 좋았어요~. 방도 넓고 화장실도 넓고 상태가 좋았습니다. 그리고 위치도 좋았어요. 기차역도 걸어서 6분정도 거리고, 세잔아틀리에도 그렇고 다 가까워서 걸어다닐 수 있어요. 그리고 한국어를 하시는 직원분이 계셔서 한국인분들이 엑상 프로방스에서 장기투숙을 할거라면 이 호텔이 좋을 것 같아요~ 저는 1박만 머물렀지만 직원분들도 친절하고 방도 좋아서 할 수 있다면 더 머물고 싶었어요ㅋㅋㅋ

화장실이 방에 비해 매우 괜찮음 위치도 너무 좋음

좋은 위치, 훌륭한 호텔리어, 멋진 인테리어가 돋보이는 곳. 미라보 거리에 있어 액상프로방스를 둘러보기 좋고, 호텔리어의 친철한 도움을 받을 수 있다.

직원이 늘 웃는 얼굴로 친절하게 설명해주어서 더욱 기억에 남는 여행이 되었습니다.

프랑스의 가장 오래된 도시인 액상프로랑스에 시내에 위치한 Hotel로서 중세 시대의 건물을 리 모델링한 건물의 느낌으로 교통, 식사 , 쇼핑등이 아주 편리하였습니다.

환상적인 위치가 최고의 장점, 숙소 자체는 낡았음, 그러나 숙소가 모든 것을 상쇄하고도 남을 정도로 최고의 위치에 있음

Amazing old building and big room! Beds as stated by others need a mattress upgrade.

Responsable de l'accueil sympathique et pragmatique. Chambre confortable, bien agencé et bien équipée. Cadre historique magnifique (on a l'impression de vivre au Moyen-Âge) et bien entretenu. Je reviendrais avec plaisir.

地點臨市集大街，購物很方便 員工都非常熱情，看到我們買酒回來主動借酒杯；去市集買小吃回來主動借刀叉盤子，非常感謝！

Chambre propre et personnel agréable et serviable

The room was very clean though quite small. The staff were most friendly and helpful. The location was excellent

Room comfortable, spacious clean , slept well Interesting foyer- unicorn wall hanging! Lucky for the lifts esp with luggage. Reception staff was v helpful and friendly. In old town. But parking has to be in parking station. Problem is couldn’t drop luggage at front door as no access - had to park illegally on Cour Mirabeau- Main Street.

The staff were all really welcoming and helpful. The room was very nice and clean and the location was fantastic!
