The desk staff, a young lady, gave me all the efforts and kindness for finding a railway reservation.

가장 맘에 들었던 점은 저녁쯤에 체크인을 해 밥 먹을 곳을 찾지 않고 호텔에서 하는 레스토랑을 바로 가면 된다는 것이다. 만약 호텔 레스토랑을 가지 않았더라도 주변에 매우 많은 레스토랑이 있고 패스트푸드도 있다. 예약을 하기 위해 사진을 봤을 때는 심란하지 않을까 란 생각을 했지만 아무 문제 없었다. 또한, 객실 내부에 캡슐커피머신이 있어서 커피를 마실 수 있어 좋았고, 프론트에서 객실로 통하는 문을 지나면 손님들을 위한 생수가 배치되어 따로 물을 사러가지 않아서 더 편했다.

More hooks in the bathroom would be helpful. It was very conveniently located to the city center and the train station, with lots of restaurants in the area. Reims is a very walkable city.

Great location and ability to park directly below in city centre car park. Room was good, staff friendly and ate in the restaurant in the evening where the food was delicious. In the heart of the city, quite noisy at night but what you’d expect. Room was very clean, but not a lot of power to the shower and taps were loose. Otherwise fantastic

Really great location next to lots of restaurants and 5 mins to the train station. I had a room at the back of the property so no noise from the streets but the walls are thin and the neighbours talking could be heard quite well. Bed is comfy, staff are nice. My only gripe is that I get really cold at night and the air con wouldn't go that high (I need it toasty!), nor could I switch the fan off so ended up cold. For most, probably not a problem but I was cold. But I'd happily stay again. The restaurant is pretty decent as well and cheaper than a lot of other places to eat at.

Great small hotel in Reims. Convenient location means you can walk everywhere in downtown Reims. The major champagne houses are a short bus ride away. Rooms are small but comfortable. Breakfast is adequate but not great.

The location is very good

Very handy to the train station and all the city amenities & tourist attractions. Excellent restaurant with excellent service.

Friendly staff

A totally servicable hotel that is centrally located in Reims. The room we had was on the smaller side, but had a little balcony looking out onto the blvd. It was loud at night but settled down around midnight. The staff were very nice and the hotel felt safe while the block it is on is a bit gritty. This is just a section of the block that is not the best, while a 2 minute walk in either direction is much more attractive. Would I stay here again? Not as a family of two adults in our 40's and a teen, but I would recommend it as an option for younger adults who are looking for simple, well-located and reliable accomodation in Reims.

Le personnel de l'hôtel est irréprochable, courtois et disponible. Petit-déjeuner copieux et varié, avec des produits locaux et frais. Néanmoins, l'hôtel est très mal insonorisé, et notre chambre, qui donnait sur la place Drouet d'Erlon, était vraiment très bruyante. Demandez une chambre sur cour ou sur l'autre rue - sauf si vous ne craignez pas d'être dérangé...

The room was hot and a bit small. But it was clean and the staff was friendly. Location was great for restaurants.

Not a great experience overall. The room was small, clean and functional. It mostly did what was required. However: - On two separate occasions the lights in the room did not work - necessitating a trip to reception to get it resolved - The room key was only authorised for 2 days of our 3 day stay - necessitating ANOTHER trip to reception - The towels were clean - but threadbare. The seams were literally pulling away from the edges - The flooring in the breakfast area is positively dangerous - with uneven flooring, bumps, and hidden edges/steps. My friend tripped on a hidden step - and warned me to be careful. 5 minutes later I tripped on the same step, but much worse - falling and banging my head on a shelf edge. I have a large, 5cm bruise on my forehead as a result. Location is great - not far from the station, right in the middle of restaurants and bars. But it wasn’t a great stay, and am not enjoying nursing a sore head 3 days later.

Fantastic location, which was our primary selection criteria. Close to restaurants, train station, shopping, and sites. Room was basic, but clean, and the bedding was comfortable. Worked well for us for a quick two day stop.

Zimmer mit Fenster aber kaum Tageslicht da im 1. Stock kaum etwas vom Luftschacht kommt. Zimmer dazu noch dunkel eingerichtet und wenig Licht. Irgendwann in der Nacht fing die Wand an zu wackeln vermutlich von einer Lüftungsanlage. Schade, denn das Hotel ist sehr zentral mit Parkhaus direkt vor der Tür.

O quarto tinha um tamanho bom. Era bem escuro mas nada que afetasse a hospedagem. A localização é maravilhosa. Fica na praça principal e tem um isolamento acústico impecável, pois nada se escutou de barulho da rua. Um ponto negativo para mim foi que não houve arrumação do quarto e isso não foi avisado em lugar nenhum. Isso pesou pra mim na hora de avaliar, embora não tenha pesado na estadia, uma vez que passei apenas duas noites lá.
