방 안에 기본적인 전기포트라던가 티백, 유리잔 등이 준비가 안되어 있어, 다소 황당했음. 카운터에 얘기했더니 빌려주기는 하였으나, 유리잔은 메이드가 치워버리는 바람에 다시 빌려오는 등 약간 불편한 면은 있었음. 위치는 중앙부에서 약간 먼 감은 있으나, 그래도 걸어다닐 수 있는 정도의 거리. 공간은 비교적 넓은 편. 좋았던 점은 화장실에 라디에터가 있어 여름이더라도 비 오고 추운 날에 따뜻한 기운을 느낄 수 있었다는 것? 스파 없음.

샤모니 중심이라 엄청 편했고 옥상 수영장은 크진 않지만 깊고 전망이 정말 끝내줬습니다. 객실에 에어컨이 없는 것은 조금 불편했습니다. 체크아웃 시간도 11시는 좀 이른것 같습니다. 그 외에 나머지는 최고였습니다.

Dont let yourselves be impressed by those photos. We travel a lot and that was the worst checkout experience we’ve ever had. 11am they called us and the receptionist was extremely rude on the phone. We told we would need some extra minutes, in order to finish, and they invaded our room, without even knocking. Then, 20 minutes later, when i went to the reception, the receptionist mocked me and said i should not leave the room 3pm, in a ironic way. I was treated like a nasty type with absolutely no reason.

We loved our stay here! location is GREAT! staff was wonderful! Rooms were nice, and the rooftop amenties were stunning! this is where you want to stay!

Le personnel etait exellent coutois , compréhensif et capable de trouver des solutions pour agrémenter notre sejour. La chambre parfaite , propre ,notre sejour fut court mais si nous revenons dans la region je reviendrai au meme endroit ! Super bien placer pour etre dans le village et tous les restos et boutiques Merci a tous

Ok room, nice staff, good breakfast and good spa area.

Nous avons opté pour la suite bien agencée et bien située au dernier étage nous permettant de profiter d'une très belle vue et à proximité du centre historique. Nous n'avons malheureusement pas pu tester le Spa, les directives d'accès pour les résidents n'étant pas adaptées aux séjours d'une nuit. C'est fort dommageable.

Good hotel, great breakfast; some attention to detail would be beneficial. In the otherwise nice spa there were no towels avail, dry saunas felt like 45degrees. Disappointed as I chose the hotel because of the spa.

eau fraîche pour l'hiver dans le spa sinon concept bien.Chambre chère pour un confort spartiate (pas de couverture,bouteilles d'eau,lit sur une très étroite estrade avec petites marches juste au pied,très dangereuses et pas donc de tables de nuit ,une étagère sur nos têtes et impossible de s'asseoir!)Personnel totalement indifférent.Pt déj.nul.

Excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. L’établissement est très agréable, propre et bien situé. Un grand merci à Mr Farah pour son accueil parfait, son professionnalisme et sa gentillesse. Il a vraiment rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Je recommande vivement.
