방 안에 기본적인 전기포트라던가 티백, 유리잔 등이 준비가 안되어 있어, 다소 황당했음. 카운터에 얘기했더니 빌려주기는 하였으나, 유리잔은 메이드가 치워버리는 바람에 다시 빌려오는 등 약간 불편한 면은 있었음. 위치는 중앙부에서 약간 먼 감은 있으나, 그래도 걸어다닐 수 있는 정도의 거리. 공간은 비교적 넓은 편. 좋았던 점은 화장실에 라디에터가 있어 여름이더라도 비 오고 추운 날에 따뜻한 기운을 느낄 수 있었다는 것? 스파 없음.

샤모니 중심이라 엄청 편했고 옥상 수영장은 크진 않지만 깊고 전망이 정말 끝내줬습니다. 객실에 에어컨이 없는 것은 조금 불편했습니다. 체크아웃 시간도 11시는 좀 이른것 같습니다. 그 외에 나머지는 최고였습니다.

Good hotel, great breakfast; some attention to detail would be beneficial. In the otherwise nice spa there were no towels avail, dry saunas felt like 45degrees. Disappointed as I chose the hotel because of the spa.

eau fraîche pour l'hiver dans le spa sinon concept bien.Chambre chère pour un confort spartiate (pas de couverture,bouteilles d'eau,lit sur une très étroite estrade avec petites marches juste au pied,très dangereuses et pas donc de tables de nuit ,une étagère sur nos têtes et impossible de s'asseoir!)Personnel totalement indifférent.Pt déj.nul.

Excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. L’établissement est très agréable, propre et bien situé. Un grand merci à Mr Farah pour son accueil parfait, son professionnalisme et sa gentillesse. Il a vraiment rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Je recommande vivement.

This place was awesome! We stayed here for UTMB and it was so easy and we will always stay here if we go back.

The location is very close to the church, restaurants and but still quiet. The staff was very friendly and allow me store the luggage and early check in.

Welcoming and helpful the minute we arrived. Just the environment you’d expect in a mountain hotel but with all the amenities. Location was superb!

Wir wurden ausserordentlich freundlich und mit viel Charme von Ali empfangen. Endlich wieder mal in deutscher Sprache.. Wir durften in hübschen und einladende Zimmer zwei Nächte verbringen. Gerne wieder.... HW

Pretty nice hotel. Lobby and dining areas look exclusive. Rooms a little worn with unwashed cups.

Spaområde var godt, værelset og hotellet var generelt noget nusset/beskidt, meget slidt gulvtæppe, sengen var god, elevator var meget langsom

Friendly and helpful staff, nice room and a great location. Comfortable beds and spacious room. Dining options are numerous and within a few blocks. Highly recommend.
