친절한 직원서비스에 감사합니다

호텔에서 지하철이나 시내 접근성이 훌륭하고 아침식사도 무난했다.

4인가족 가격이 좀 비싸서 고민 했는데~ 넘 괜찮았어요. 방2개 4가족 편히 잤고 직원들이 너무 친절 했구여~ 욕실 라디에디터 잘되서 따뜻히 샤워하고 깨끗했구여 ..조식이 화려하진 않은데 알차게 맛있어요~~에펠탑 개선문도 가까운편이고 여기저기 이동도 편했네요 다만 4인 가족실은 5층있는데 엘베가 4층까지 있어서 가방끌고 이동이 힘들었습니다~~~~

주변도 조용하고 깔끔하고 좋았어요 워낙 유럽은 호텔 방이 작다고 해서 걱정했는데 생각보다 방이 넓어서 좋았구요 엘레베이터도 있어서 편했어요 개선문,샤이오궁 걸어서 갈 수 있지만 약간 피곤할때 걸으면 힘들 수 있구요 그렇다고 택시타기엔 애매한 거리였어요 전 걷는거 좋아해서 다 걸어 다녔고 새벽에 끝나는 투어 개선문에서 내려거 걸어왔는데 크게 문제되지 않을 정도였어요 여긴 추천하고 싶네요~

위치는 너무 좋다 직원들 최고의 서비스를 한다 매우 친절하며 고객의 입장에서 행동한다 모든것을 해주려는 최고의 호텔 나는 또 가고싶다 호텔은 너무 깨끗하다

방이 깔끔하고 침대가 넓어서 너무 좋았음. 욕조도 있고 전체적으로 깨끗함. 다만 냉장고가 없는게 너무 아쉬웠고 조식시작 시간에 맞춰 나려갔는데 직원이 지각해서 악 20분 기다림. 그리고 맛이 없음 ㅋㅋㅋ 그냥 나가서 드시길 추천. 조식과 냉장고만 빼면 직원 친절하고 영어통하고 택시도 잘 잡아주고 불편한게 없었음 참고로 어매니티가 다 록시땅 제품이고 웰컴마카롱이 있으며 에비앙 큰 병이 무료로 제공됨.

It was quite good. Location, cleaning, staff member.. etc. but i feel a little bit dark inside. I can not study inside the hotel. Otherwise it was quite good.

incredible and outstanding hospitality !! I have been to many good hotels around the world and this one was great as well but what made it so special was the absolutely friendly and helpful staff. Even prior to our arrival they were very helpful with our needs and wishes. The front desk was always available and super helpful. Thank you for 4 great nights in Paris

Beautiful hotel with excellent location and wonderful staff. Booked 2 rooms and they put us on separate floors and said we should’ve specified we needed 2 rooms on the same floor. They were able to accommodate us on the same floor eventually. Many dining options within short walking distance. 7 mins walk to arc de triumph and the start of champs Elysee. About 12 mins to tour Eiffel, 10 mins to seine river. Highly recommend!

The place is very well located , our arrival was kind of strange the lady who was there clearly had enough and it was uncomfortable… they did accommodate us but it was was weird for a good hour

Bra hotell

Love this hotel. Clean, comfortable, and with berry helpful staff. Great location near the arc de Triomphe. Very same lobby but the rooms are a good size. Great value in Paris.

Comfortable beds, quiet, very nice small hotel. Very good AC during a heat wave. Overall a very good stay in a convenient location on a fairly quiet street. We didn’t care for the breakfast, but everything else was fine.
