룸에서 아름다운 호수를 내려다볼 수 있습니다. 호텔 수영장이 넓고 선베드가 많아서 여유있게 즐길 수 있고, 어린 아이가 있다면 바로 건너편의 Lido 수영장도 할인 쿠폰을 받아서 이용할 수 있습니다. 저녁에는 호텔 레스토랑을 이용할 것을 추천합니다. 음식도 아주 훌륭하고 베기스 지역의 선셋을 보면서 식사할 수 있습니다. 호텔 주차장이 넓은 편이고, 미리 요청하면 리기산으로 올라가는 케이블카가 출발하는 베기스 역까지 셔틀 서비스를 제공하기도 합니다. 직원들이 모두 아주 친절하고 프렌들리해서 또 방문하고 싶습니다.

호텔의 위치가 중심가에서 별로 멀지않아서 지내기에 불편함이 없었다. 직원들도 친절하고, 내부도 청결한 편이다.

도데체 어떻게이런호텔이 추천될수 있는지...모르겠다 부두에서 너무떨어져서 픽업을 해야하고 프런트직원의 무표정한 얼굴 . 그리고 낧고 좁은 승강기 복도에 들어서자마자 코를 찌르는 악취 ....아 최악의 호텔 수영장이나 사우나라는 거창한 홈페이지의 현란한 분장술에 완전히 속아버렸으니.. 도저히 주위에 편의 시설이 하나도 없고 좁은 객실에 좁고 낡은 베란다 거기에 레이크뷰라고 60스위스프랑을 더내란다 아 이럴수가...꿈에라도 생각하기싫은 호텔이다 한국 여행객들은 절대로 가지말고 베기스에 머물겠다면 선착장 바로 앞의 호텔을 사용해야 접근성도 좋고 깨끗할것이다

Amazing place, great views good food and easy access via boat

It was not made clear when booking that there is considerable construction work taking place at the front of the hotel. Whilst this had been paused for the summer, it was still an eyesore and meant that we couldn't enjoy the grounds that we thought would be there. It looked very different to the pictures advertised. The room was very small and did not have air conditioning, which is surprising for a 4 star hotel. There were also various small maintenance issues. This aside, the hotel overall was lovely and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast was fantastic. The wellness suite was nice and the hotel has a quiet private area by the lake.

Great hotel in fabulous location with fantastic lake and mountains views. Staff were excellent and amenities were good. Shame for us was that there was major expansion construction work going in directly in front of the hotel and although 'paused' for summer we were not told about any of this until a few days before we arrived. Despite the 'pausing' there was still noise and dust being created directly in front of our room (and almost all other rooms) every day by workers apparently dealing with water leaks in the new construction basement. Dust was an issue as the whole building site was a big dust bowl and dust got everywhere, especially in balcony chair cushions which when shaken released huge clouds of dust and became unusable. This was tolerated for our short stay (we had few alternative options) but we reported this on departure to reception staff who apologised but made no gesture in recognition of the problem. We were disappointed about this as it could have been dealt with more honestly upfront after booking months ago and before we set off to visit and some acknowledgement of the issue reflected in the bill.

Where to start? The view across the lake was a wonderful. And the staff! They were amazing and so friendly and helpful. They took the time to provide little extras at breakfast or helping to suggest local activities. Next the breakfast was wonderful too. Fresh cheezes, bread, eggs, well seasoned bacon, fresh fruits and pastries made for a scrumptious meal. The pool though small, had an amazing feature that I wasn't expecting; hydro foot massage! After a long day hiking my feet were completely restored. Then I hung out in the spa for a while. The spa was time well spent. The surrounding town of Weggis was quiet and totally Swiss. And the staff (Victor) was happy to take us via a courtesy shuttle to and from the local boat station. He, like all the others bend over backwards to be helpful and kind. Oh...and in the evenings there was life piano music down in the restaurant. All around a great experience that I would do all over again next year. Stay here, you'll love it!

Great location; amazing amenities. Rooms and bathrooms are dated.

Location is good. Town is beautiful however the hotel does not deserve to be ranked as a 4 star hotel due to how dirty rooms were. We had three rooms. 2 rooms had spider webs and other insects . One room smelled like a rotten cheese that the staff was aware of and changed to another room. I cannot believe that the regional health department allows this hotel to operate this way !

Third stay here and still just as satisfied with the hotel, the staff, the food, and the kindness of the owners. Only one downside however: Hotels.com should have warned me that major construction work would be underway during this period. There is a crane installed directly in front of the lake, so I wouldn't have paid for a lake-view room.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit.

The hotel itself is an older hotel with a beautiful location on lake Lucerne. The staff was fabulous. The check in desk assisted us with everything. The restaurant servers were exceptional. Especially in making sure my husband had the best single malt whisky. The food was some of the best of our entire trip. We would definitely stay there again. We really enjoyed the piano player

The staff was extraordinary in every way possible. The views were breathtaking. The only thing this place was missing was Air conditioning .
