직원들이 매우 친절하고 객실내 먼지하나 없을정도로 청결 격식있는 호텔이라 디너는 정장까지는 아니지만 구두에 긴바지로 입어줘야 함

타 도시의 고급 호텔에 비해 가격이 비싼편이고 객실 디자인에 고급스러움은 떨어지지만 서비스, 청결, 편안함등에서 모두 완벽했고 조식이 아주 좋았다

The only item I think could be improved is waitstaff at the breakfast. Otherwise... a perfect stay!

Very nice hotel with great staff.

Gorgeous breakfast terrace overlooking the lake

The receptionist Maria was fantastic at checking us in! She showed us around, was very pleasant and enthusiastic and we really appreciated her care when checking us in. The valet parking was ideal for us. Sadly one of our bags was left when reloading by the valet gentlemen but the hotel kindly sent this to us the following day so we have to mark them 10/10 for their service and for how they dealt with the scenario

Beautiful view very clean!!!

It's a beautiful hotel overlooking Lake Lugano, just 10 mins walk from Lugano. The staff was friendly and courteous. Our suite had a number of issues - the TV didn't work, the bathroom door didn't close, the A/C didn't cool the room adequately, and the curtains did not close.

Great hotel. Would love to come back for more nights.

Beautiful old world property with extensive breakfast buffet. There is a bar and restaurant on site. There are many dining options within walking distance. It is located along the lakefront road. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the center of town.

Great location, Beautiful building

Staff were all kind and helpful (shoutout to Leila). Hotel is clean and it’s really gorgeous. Great for those looking for a luxury, boutique feeling hotel. The view to the lake was out of this world. Breakfast was good, and we tried their pizza and it was phenomenal.
