체크인시 인도남자 친절하였고. 방까지 안내받음. 이것저것안내도 해주고.지도도주고. 아침식사도 신선했으며.체크아웃시 메니져 인상좋았다.

숙소위치가 걱정했던 것보다 역에서 가기 쉬웠고 주요관광지와 매우 가까워 좋았습니다. 객실도 멋지고 고급스럽게 꾸며져 있습니다. 피렌체의 분위기와 매우 닮았습니다.

숙박기간내내 와이파이터지지 않았고, 음침한 분위기였ㅇㅁ

We booked this hotel last minute and were really happy with our choice. The front desk staff were so kind and super helpful from the moment we checked in. Our room was beautiful - high ceilings with a painted design, a comfortable bed, good air conditioning, and a clean bathroom with warm water and good water pressure. It even had a large soaking tub, which is pretty rare in Italy and felt like such a nice bonus after long days of walking around the city. The building itself is old in the best way. It's full of character, well cared for, and very charming. The location is perfect for exploring Florence on foot, with plenty of sights, restaurants, and shops nearby. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting.
