객실과 로비, 서비스, 청결 모두 만족했지만 위치상 주변에 폐허가 많고 지저분 해서 여자 두명이 걸어다니기에는 많이 무섭습니다. 떼르미니역에서 가깝기는 하지만 걸어가는 길이 밤늦게나 이른 아침에는 다소 위험해 보이고, 길도 많이 더러워요. 그래도 호텔은 좋습니다.

숙소는 매우편안하고 깨끗햇습니다. 직원들도 친절하고!! 에어컨이있어 쾌적하며 침대상태도 좋았습니다. 다만 구글지도가 길을 잘못가르쳐줘서 좀애먹엇습니다. 주변 성당을 검색하셔서 오시는걸 추천합니다. 주변른 인도사람들이 모여 사는듯합니다. 아주 밤아니고선 괜찮습니다.

호텔은 깔끔하고 직원이 매우 친철하였습니다 다만 호텔 가는길과 주위 환경이 조금 지저분하고 위험해보엿습니다. 호텔 자체는 굉장히 만족스럽습니다

The staffs were very kind. When we arrived at the hotel 01:00 AM, the staff was waiting us and received us very kindly. Though the location is near Termini station, we could not hear rail station noise. It was very comfortable. The breakfast service was wonderful. Especially coffee was fantastic.

위치는 좋습니다 떼르미니에서 걸어서 5분 이면 도착하고 걸어서 3분 거리에 버스 정류장 있습니다 호텔 방 넓고 화장실 깨끗하고 위치 적당하고 딱히 흠잡을 데가 없습니다 가격은 호텔이라 확실히 비앤비보다 비싸지만 저희는 3명 잤는데 나눠내니 괜찬네요 보조 침대 옆에 소파도 붙여져 있어 넓게 사용했습니다 추천합니다

역에서 많이 멀진 않으나 가는길이 상태가 좋지않음. 엘리베이터가 많이 흔들거리고 와이파이는 리셉션에서만 사용가능. 수건을 안갈아줘서 말했더니 그럴리 없다는듯이 기다리라더니 자기 할 일 다하고 줘서 어이 없었음.

it was close to the central station- about 15 minutes on foot- but the area nearby the Termini station is not so good because it's dirty and there are many poor people and it smells so bad. It seems so dangerous at night. If you use the V.Emanuele station, it will be better. And the some staffs was so kind and helpful but one of them wasn't. The room and breakfast were good.

직원들은 친절하나 호텔 거리가 떼르미니와 멀고 주변이 밤에가면 어둡고 길거리 분위기가 좀 무서워요 . 혼자여행하시는 분들은 적합하지 않을것같습니다.조식은 그럭저럭 먹을만 하고 방은 넓습니다.

테르미니역에서 가까운 위치에 있어서 이동시 편리함 에어콘이 덜 시원해서 아쉬움 하지만 개끗하고 안락함 방도 넓고 샤워시설도 좋았음 직원도 매우 친철하고 문의시 질문하지 않은 사항도 상세하게 알려줌 주변 시설은 약간 어둡고 쾌적하지는 않지만 나쁜편은 아님 주변에 유명한 젤라또 집이 있으니 자주 보기를 권함 젤라또 집 바로옆에 큰 마트가 있어서 편리하나 오후 9시면 문을 닫으니 일찍 장보기를 추천함

At most of hotels, staffs are not kind to Asian guests, except here, Hotel Caracciolo. I was sooooo surprised at their kindness despite of my unskilled English. They always tried to make me feel good with smile and friendly look. Facilities were also better than any other accomodations ever I'd been in Italy. I'ld love to be Hotel Carracciolo again if I have another chance to be Rome again, and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this hotel to other hotels.com users.

The property doesnt have the front desk available for 24 hours. The room doesnt have water kettle and iron box.

It was a small boutique hotel. We were on the 1st floor which was nice. The staff is amazing. The area was a bit gritty, but I felt completely relaxed and safe. Roman ruins are everywhere nearby, easy walking distance. Under a 5 minute walk to the train station and a really nice supermarket. Many, many dining options within easy walking distance. Definitely would recommend

Razoável...o hotel não está localizado em um lugar muito bonito, porém, fica a 5 min.do metrô e trem, o que é uma facilidade! Quarto razoável, mas a limpeza deixa a desejar. Encontramos uma calcinha embaixo da cama.

Walkable distance from Roma terminal resulting in easy access to day trips to Pisa,?Naples, etc. Lot of dining options nearby. Safe and friendly staff. Quiet room and ambience. The. Coffee bar 32 is just excellent and super friendly.
