친절하시고 셔틀 서비스도 좋습니다 시설은 많이 노후되었지만 가격이 싼 점도 생각해야죠…

찾아가는데 어려움이 있었지만(이전을 한건지 표기가 잘못된건지 네비문제인지?) 침실은 심플하나 깨끗이 정리되 있고 아침식사는 깔끔하니 좋았어요! 특히 거기 계신 레이디는 친절하게 대해주셔서 유쾌한 식사를 했어요! 기회되면 다시 가고픈 곳이예요!

最低限のホテルです。空港に近いのと、レストランが安いのが良かったです。電車で行きずらいし、お勧めかと言われれば、ちょっと困ります。

The rooms were clean and tidy, the staff were friendly and helpful and the restaurant food was very good indeed. Conveniently close to Malpensa airport and Lake Maggiore, we didn't go to Milan because we didn't stay for long enough so can't comment about that.

Noise level from planes above can barely be heard from room on first floor. Penthouse rooms are noisier but this is to be expected! Clean, neat, w/ courteous staff and edible food.

We enjoy staying at the hotel and if it is available we book there for our layover. Breakfast choices have improved but could get better in terms of options such as eggs and bacon. The rooms we choose are functional. Staff super friendly. Restaurant very good with reasonable prices. Shuttle bus service excellent and included in the price.

They have a good restaurant and the hotel is very close to the airport with their own hotel shuttle. Very convenient.

Friendly staff and great to have a shuttle to the airport. Rooms are fairly tired and shower was a bit of a capsule but I enjoyed my stay.
