1층에 식당이 있어서 시끄러울까봐 걱정했는데 조용한 곳으로 방 달라고 했더니 배려해줘서 조용하고 깨끗한 방에서 잘 묵었습니다. 공항으로 갈 때 택시 요청해도 친절하게 도와주시고 너무너무 만족스러웠습니다 위치도 너무너무 좋았구요. 조식은 안 먹어서 잘 모르겠네요. 하지만 숙소 근처에 카페랑 까르푸가 있어 굳이 조식을 먹지 안아도 될 것 같아요

Great location! but the building is sooooo old so it was a little bit scary to stay in there. Staffs were super kind and but the building itself was horrible. And size of each room is different some rooms are too small. Next time, I'll spend more money to more luxury hotel to fully enjoy my travel in great Madrid!

규모작은 호텔에서 직원이최선을 다해 써비스해주지만 낡은건물이라 한계가있어요 너무낡아서좀무서워요 예를들면 창문이안열리고 벅도가좁고 엘리베터가 덜컹거리고 복도가 꼬불꼬불 좁고 히터켜면 곰팡이냄새나고 방 굉장히좁고-같은가격방라도 구조가이상해서 다 크기가 달라요) 제나름 되게저렴한가격도 아니엇는데 ㅡ그냥 위치값이려니...하는데 그래도 담번엔 마드리드를가게된다면 다신묵고싶지않은 ㅠ 돈더주고4성을가든가 아님 이돈으로 에어비앤비 갈꺼같아요 ㅜㅠㅠㅠ

숙소는 솔광장 근처에 있어서 여행하기에 위치가 아주 좋았습니다. 호텔에서 공항 셔틀 예약 등 서비스는 좋았는데 침대나 포트는 시설 사용은 너무 불편했습니다.

El lugar súper céntrico desde el hotel tienes cerca todo,el área de oportunidad que sugiero es mejorar el área un lugar más amplio para poner objetos de uso personal ya que para lavarse las manos se mojaban las cosas al ser muy pequeño el mueble,por lo demás muchas felicidades por las atenciones del personal del hotel.

Great location and the hotel was clean and well kept with very helpful and friendly staff. Also had breakfast included which was great value - would happily recommend.

La estadía fue buenísima porque la ubicación del hotel es privilegiada y el cuarto espacioso y con dos balcones. La única área para mejorar es la temperatura del aire acondicionado porque no enfriaba mucho. Aun así lo recomiendo porque lo mencionado y también por el buen trato recibido por los empleados del hotel.

We had a great stay at Hotel Ateneo. The location couldn’t be better — right in the heart of Madrid and walking distance to everything. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, and the room was clean, comfortable, and a solid value for the area. Being so central, there’s a bit of street noise at times, but nothing unexpected for Puerta del Sol. Overall, a very good stay and a hotel we’d happily return to.

Excelente ubicación. El personal es muy amable y servicial. Colaboran orientándote y recomendando sitios de interés. Las habitaciones limpias y cambian diariamente las toallas. Fue un placer haberme hospedado ahí.

El personal muy atento, siempre dispuestos a contestar cualquier pregunta. Y tuvinos problemas con el aire del cuarto y rapido lo revisaron y hasta nos canbiaron de habitacion. El desayuno esta completo, tenian huevos, jamones, quesos, cafe y panes.yogourt y fruta. Nos gusto mucho.

El hotel está muy bien situado, repetiría, pero quizás en habitación interior. Las exteriores dan a una calle en la que por la noche hay ruido

El hotel tiene una ubicación muy buena, sin embargo, las habitaciones que dan hacia la calle tienen muchísimo ruido por las noches, especialmente el fin de semana. La habitación está bien, algunos detalles es que no había nada adicional para abrigarse, solo una sábana, y el aire acondicionado es encendido o apagado, no tiene niveles y para ajustar la temperatura hay que llamar a recepción. El personal del hotel es muy amable.
