좋은위치,청소상태 다 좋았습니다.

Great location! but the building is sooooo old so it was a little bit scary to stay in there. Staffs were super kind and but the building itself was horrible. And size of each room is different some rooms are too small. Next time, I'll spend more money to more luxury hotel to fully enjoy my travel in great Madrid!

규모작은 호텔에서 직원이최선을 다해 써비스해주지만 낡은건물이라 한계가있어요 너무낡아서좀무서워요 예를들면 창문이안열리고 벅도가좁고 엘리베터가 덜컹거리고 복도가 꼬불꼬불 좁고 히터켜면 곰팡이냄새나고 방 굉장히좁고-같은가격방라도 구조가이상해서 다 크기가 달라요) 제나름 되게저렴한가격도 아니엇는데 ㅡ그냥 위치값이려니...하는데 그래도 담번엔 마드리드를가게된다면 다신묵고싶지않은 ㅠ 돈더주고4성을가든가 아님 이돈으로 에어비앤비 갈꺼같아요 ㅜㅠㅠㅠ

숙소는 솔광장 근처에 있어서 여행하기에 위치가 아주 좋았습니다. 호텔에서 공항 셔틀 예약 등 서비스는 좋았는데 침대나 포트는 시설 사용은 너무 불편했습니다.

Localização. Algumas funcionárias foram muito atenciosas; outros não.

Monica at the desk was very kind and helpful throughout our stay. Towel racks, bathroom mirror and clothes hangers were too high except for very tall people. Need soap dish in bathroom.

Hyvä sijainti, siisti, aamupala hyvä, myös myös gluteeniton vaihtoehto huomioitu. Tietysti keskustan melut kuuluivat huoneeseen yöllä.

Buena ubicación , solo demasiado ruidoso por tanto que pasa la gente por esa calle , si lo que buscas es descansar , ese no es el lugar .

Ihan siisti ja hyvällä paikalla oleva hotelli. Poliisi asema ihan vieressä, pillit päällä lähteviä autoja yhtenään 😩

The only good thing is the location. It’s a tired hotel that needs a total upgrade to a minimum 3 star standard (it’s says it’s already 3 stars!!) There are allot of prostitutes working at the door of the hotel, as well as the homeless. The air conditioning in the room is not very good a Madrid is a very hot 39c. The housekeeping is very noisy at 7am with all the banging, and talking and laughing. Most people on our floor had the do not disturb sign on the doors.

The good: -Steps from Gran Via metro, lots of shops and restaurants. -Incredibly friendly staff. -Amazing shower pressure. The bad: -Hotel is in the middle of a tourist area so there are constantly thongs of people everywhere. -You can hear everything outside the room, either in the hall or outside on the street. -Rooms don't have coffee machines or kettles (but you can ask for a kettle).

Habitación limpia, lo único objetable de la habitación que me asignaron es que estaba en la bohardilla del establecimiento

Todo excelente tal y cual como en las fotos El único pequeño detalle es que está junto a una calle con mucha gente… si buscas la mayor tranquilidad lleva unos tapones para dormir De ahí en fuera todo perfecto

Excelente ubicación . Limpio, cómodo las habitaciones amplias . La encargada Mónica sumamente amable . A 40 mts a la derecha está la Gran vía y a 40 mts izquierda puerta del sol. Sin duda volvería .

Nos recibieron súper bien y nos atendieron bien rápido. Es bien céntrico ! Queda a unos minutos del terminal de tren en taxi.
