The staff is nice, and room is clean,

얼마 전에 여기서 3박 지냈습니다. 결론부터 말씀 드리자면 리스본 시가지에서 여기 머무르실 바엔 다른 곳 가시길 추천 드립니다. 호텔 위치만 피게이라 광장에서 도보로 2분 정도로 그나마 괜찮은 편이지 나머지는 다 최악입니다. 너무 오래된 건물인데다가 보수조차 제대로 해놓지 않아서 복도 바닥은 걸을 때마다 삐걱거리며 쑥쑥 들어갑니다. 무너지지나 않을까 무섭더라구요. 물론 관련 소음도 심하게 납니다. 그리고 엘리베이터가 카운터보다 한 층 위부터 있어서 짐이 많을 시 체크인 및 체크아웃 시 상당히 고생하실 가능성이 있습니다. 이불도 처음에는 일반적인 흰색이랑 무늬 있는 것 두개가 있었는데 무늬 있는 얇은 이불을 이튿날부터 가져가더니 주지 않더군요. 그 뒤로 흰색 이불 하나만 썼는데 원래부터 없었으면 모를까 있던 것을 룸 메이크업 후에 가져다놓지 않으니 기분이 무지 나쁘더라구요. 또한 요금은 후불로 냈었는데 원래 예약한 내용대로라면 약 160~170유로 정도 나와야할 것을 210유로나 받더라구요. 직원이나 저희나 피차 서로 간에 영어가 잘 통하지 않는 관계로 그냥 40유로 더러운 셈 치고 더 결제하고 나왔습니다. 스페인, 포르투갈 15일 여행의 마지막 숙소여서 싸우기 싫었기도 하구요. 기분 매우 나쁘더군요. 여튼 이런저런 이유로 정말 별로라서 여기는 추천드릴 수가 없네요. 부디 여러분은 주변에 다른 곳 가시길 바랄게요.

Chambre tous les jours nettoyée. Serviettes changées egalement. Personnel adorable Petit dejeuner 6/10 mais toujours ravitaillé et tout donne neanmoins envie. Emplacement idéal !!! Séjour super

Tres bien situé, bon rapport qualité prix mais il ne faut pas s'attendre à trop, pas de verres ni cafetiere dans la douche mais lorsqu'on a demandé ils nous en ont donné. Staff tres gentil. Overall je recommande pour le prix et l'emplacement.

The room was clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was a supermarket nearby. We were close to the metro station and buses. Unfortunately there was 25 steps to take to reach the elevator to our room.

We stayed here 5 days/4 nights while we were in Lisbon. All the staff are really nice, Melena from front desk was really friendly, bubbly and nice as well as the staff at breakfast. The views of our bedroom was beautiful, and all amenities were great. Highly recommend staying here!

Petit hôtel très bien situé, nous avons pu tout faire à pieds ou presque. Notre chambre donnait sur cours donc peu lumineuse mais très calme. Le petit déjeuner est copieux pour le prix. Dans l’ensemble nous sommes très satisfaits !

Beds were too small and uncomfortable and the pillow was a flat pancake.

Room was clean and housekeeping did a great job, no smell. Bathroom showed a bit of wear but nothing unexpected for this star hotel. Area was fantastic with lots of places to explore. No scary streets and close to a grocery as well.

Sem dúvidas aqui você será muito bem atendido! Check-in fácil e prático de realizar com uma recepcionista muito educada e querida pronta para atender com um belo sorriso no rosto. Locais limpos e com café da manhã completo. O único inconveniente são as escadas para acessar o elevador que fica no primeiro andar.

pensione in ottimo stato se trovata a buon prezzo è molto consigliata sia per comodità della posizione che per i servizi colazione più che sufficiente (in base al prezzo per cui la trovate ) unico appunto è la zona in cui la sera non è il massimo della sicurezza ma questo non è colpa della struttura ma del centro della città

Buen desayuno bueno la cortesía del personal de recepción nos guardaron las maletas cuando llegamos Lo bueno del hotel es la cercanía del aérea turística lo malo es el aspecto de las calles y vecindario de noche aunque nunca nos sentimos inseguros

Chambre impeccable, personnel très accueillant, bon petit déjeuner. Seul bémol, l'escalier avant l'accueil et 1 étage avant les chambres et l'ascenseur ( galere genoux)
