The staff is nice, and room is clean,

얼마 전에 여기서 3박 지냈습니다. 결론부터 말씀 드리자면 리스본 시가지에서 여기 머무르실 바엔 다른 곳 가시길 추천 드립니다. 호텔 위치만 피게이라 광장에서 도보로 2분 정도로 그나마 괜찮은 편이지 나머지는 다 최악입니다. 너무 오래된 건물인데다가 보수조차 제대로 해놓지 않아서 복도 바닥은 걸을 때마다 삐걱거리며 쑥쑥 들어갑니다. 무너지지나 않을까 무섭더라구요. 물론 관련 소음도 심하게 납니다. 그리고 엘리베이터가 카운터보다 한 층 위부터 있어서 짐이 많을 시 체크인 및 체크아웃 시 상당히 고생하실 가능성이 있습니다. 이불도 처음에는 일반적인 흰색이랑 무늬 있는 것 두개가 있었는데 무늬 있는 얇은 이불을 이튿날부터 가져가더니 주지 않더군요. 그 뒤로 흰색 이불 하나만 썼는데 원래부터 없었으면 모를까 있던 것을 룸 메이크업 후에 가져다놓지 않으니 기분이 무지 나쁘더라구요. 또한 요금은 후불로 냈었는데 원래 예약한 내용대로라면 약 160~170유로 정도 나와야할 것을 210유로나 받더라구요. 직원이나 저희나 피차 서로 간에 영어가 잘 통하지 않는 관계로 그냥 40유로 더러운 셈 치고 더 결제하고 나왔습니다. 스페인, 포르투갈 15일 여행의 마지막 숙소여서 싸우기 싫었기도 하구요. 기분 매우 나쁘더군요. 여튼 이런저런 이유로 정말 별로라서 여기는 추천드릴 수가 없네요. 부디 여러분은 주변에 다른 곳 가시길 바랄게요.

L’hôtel était parfaite ! Le personnel est tout simplement merveilleux. Ils sont gentils, accueillants et veulent toujours aider ! La chambre était très propre ainsi que la salle de bain ! Je recommande vivement !

Great AC, small room but perfect for us. Shampoo & body wash provided but no conditioner or anything (i brought my own), bathroom has a hair dryer. Secure and very quiet, amazing location!!

Room 406 smelled of sewage, unable to change room due to full capacity. Spent the night w the windows open to alleviate the fecal smell and was unable to sleep due to the noise level from outside w the open windows. Hotel not responsive to the fact that the room smelled of sewage. Good location though.

Shower was not setup properly; inconvenient to use

Arrived in Room 406, the balcony doors were open and we loved the view, but we closed them to use the bathroom, that's when we got smell the sewage problem. We closed the bathroom door to try to get a break in our room, but the door locked us out of the bathroom and our stuff inside the bathroom. The cabinet door doesn't close and the bathroom door clearly has an issue, not to mention the sewer smell. And the shower faucets were hanging out of the wall. There was an oil diffuser behind the toilet to try to mask the smell. This room must be fixed before anyone can sleep here. We were moved to 409, a much better room. The bathroom has been updated and the room is clean. Overall, you get what you pay for here. Breakfast is basic but decent. There are MANY stairs, but a very small elevator up 2 flights of stairs does get your luggage to your room and is a relief after a day of exploring. The bed is hard and you can feel the springs but the bedding is fresh and comfortable. The bath towels are fantastic. Highlights: the view of the Castle are incredible, the location is excellent and the towels are super soft and very large.

Fantastic location and great friendly staff. AC room and could get an iron when needed, lovely clean room with very good quality towels. For the price you wont find better! Staff we came across were great and very helpful. Bathroom was slightly tired but nothing wrong with it and clean. Would stay again :)

I stayed at this property earlier in the week for 3 days in room 409 and had no problems. I returned to Lisbon the night before departure and stayed in Room 406, the entire room reeked of sewage. I alerted the staff, and they agreed to the sewage smell, however, the hotel was full and they were unable to change my room. It was too late to find a different hotel. The only option I was given was to open the windows in order to quench the smell. Needless to say, it was a sleepless night, between the smell and the outside noise due to open window. I reached out to the property during my stay, the morning of my departure, have tried to reach out to them since and have not had a reply yet

Comodissima la posizione e il personale disponibile in tutto ciò che serviva. La colazione è ottima e abbondante. Non mi è piaciuta la camera, molto trascurata e la vista dalla finestra è orribile.

Tres bien situé, bon rapport qualité prix mais il ne faut pas s'attendre à trop, pas de verres ni cafetiere dans la douche mais lorsqu'on a demandé ils nous en ont donné. Staff tres gentil. Overall je recommande pour le prix et l'emplacement.

The room was clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was a supermarket nearby. We were close to the metro station and buses. Unfortunately there was 25 steps to take to reach the elevator to our room.
