평점과 사진이 좋아서 선택했는데 매우 실망스러움 호텔 안으로 들어서자 마자 계단과 벽에 흠이 많음 객실 안에도 흠이 많음 이 정도 수리도 않하고 있다니 고객에 대한 예의가 없는 것으로 보임 동반자에게 창피함 리셉션 직원도 무뚝뚝하고 화난 듯한 말투로 대함 리셉션 택시비를 물어보니 실제 가격보다 훨씬 비싼 요금으로 예약해주겠다고 함 오를리공항->호텔 : 35유로였는데 호텔에서는 95유로로 제안함 호텔->샤를드골공항 : 50유로였는데 호텔에서는 85유로로 제안하면서 택시 잡기 어렵다고 힘주어 말함, 그런데 사실은 택시 정류장이 호텔 근처에 있고 1분도 안되어 타고 감

No Lift! Many many stairs.... I already knew that, but it's terrible! I have many vacation travesl and business trip experince. This hotel office staff's manner is unkind and unique.

Beautiful, charming, old hotel that looks like it used to be an apartment. The rating is primarily due to the customer service. They have very strange reception desk hours and they will just change whenever they feel like it. Checkin time is really late at 4pm. We arrived around 2:30 and they wanted to charge us 15 euros just to hold our luggage for an hour. We felt nickel and dimed. Also, checkout is earlier than most hotels at 11am and they aren’t flexible. If they change their customer service, the place would have a lot of potential.

Muy lindo el lugar, muy cerca para trasladarnos por medio de bus, en general muy cómodas las camas. Solo me parece que el baño (la regadera) necesita un poco más de limpieza en las paredes. Pero aún así estaba muy bien. Hace falta un abre corcho para vinos. La pasamos muy bien! Gracias

チェックイン担当が英語をあまり話せない。オフィスに人が常駐していないため預けた荷物の引き取りに支障があった。にもかかわらず、ロケーションと料理設備があることは高く評価する。

The property while nice, was not what was advertised. Four people would have been quite a squeeze, there was no way any more could have stayed in that apartment.

Excellente localisation. On voyait la Tour Eiffel de notre chambre. Nous étions six et il y avait 2 salles de bain et 3 chambres. Cuisinette bien équipée. Il fallait monter les 4 étages à pied car l’ascenseur était brisé, ce qui n’était pas un problème pour nous mais pourrait l’être pour certain. Le quartier est sécuritaire et agréable. Il y avait une super boulangerie à 2 minutes à pied ainsi qu’un Monoprix ce qui a grandement facilité les courses. Le métro est à 5 minutes à pied. Bref, super rapport qualité/prix.

( Stayed in a twin suite ) Perfect Hotel for families wanting to visit Paris with the ability to cook themselves and have spacious rooms. This hotel is in a perfect location with a metro station less than five minutes walk away and a French bakery and supermarket within one minutes walk. Within the room the kitchen is very small but still, you have enough space to do basic cooking as it’s equipped with a microwave, sink, hobs and most importantly a dishwasher ( this is good because in most hotels you have to wash manually ). The bathroom is ok as when I checked in the drain would not open and was blocking the sink, but nevertheless good. Equipped with a hair dryer and shampoos , it is good enough for a short stay. The room had lots of plugpoints ( for european plugs ) but the flooring in the first room ( living room / bedroom with sofa bed ) was a bit slippery generally. Other than a few issues though, a very good hotel.

Cozy hotel with very good, even excellent service attitude. It seems they have put effort in customer experience, sending (automated) messages before & after visit. During our visit air conditioner in our room broke and started leaking, and it was immediately fixed by a technician. Housekeeping did their job very well and bed and pillows were good. Bathroom was unfortunately not as nice, it had some black spots/stuff between tiles, my guess is, it was mold. Also the wooden parts of the window in the room seemed quite unclean and moldy. The air in the bathroom was thus damp/stuffy. Otherwise the shower, sink and toilet worked quite fine. It seemed that there was renovations going on in the hotel, at least painting work and it seemed they were carrying out old furniture. Hopefully bathrooms get fixed too? The neighborhood is nice and quiet, many boulangeries and restaurants, as well as grocery stores just minutes a way. Good location with only few minutes to underground. Well worth the price, at least for our five night visit, that was booked months earlier for a reasonable price. Room had also a small kitchen and refrigerator, we only used the cooling for water and some delicacies, but I guess you could even make dinner. There was coffeemaker, water heater, microwave and even a toaster. Tableware seemed nice and there were pans and kettles for use. All seemed quite clean and well kept.

The worst welcome I have ever had to a hotel. Arriving at 10 at night & pressing the buzzer to get in (which wasn't making a sound), the owner eventually appeared and shouted at me. I honestly thought that he wasn't going to let me in and was very abusive. The apartment itself is pretty cramped and seedy: very stained carpets, uncomfortable bed although linens and bathroom were clean. It wasn't at the cheap end and the photos are mislead. Overall, I would avoid and find somewhere better and where your custom will be valued. Wifi didn't work either (some really complicated connection needed),

somebody has been keeping walking from 11:00 pm to 7:00am of next day. Hotel won't help on this.
