Ich fand die Umgebung sehr schön, dass es direkt am Meer ist und man in der Nähe alles hat, was man braucht. Aber ich fand’s schade, dass es keine Klimaanlagen gab und dass alle drei Tage erst gereinigt wird.

The property is in a very good position near to shops and beach but also very quiet. We visited in March so may be still out of season as a lot of restaurants were shut. Accommodation was ok for the money we paid but the facilities of the kitchen was very disappointing. No toaster unless you hired it from reception but no info regarding this just asked and was given. No microwave, no kettle. It is one of the worst self catering apartments we have been to. When the apartments are full you would not get round the swimming pool as it is not large enough nor are there enough sun loungers. Then you have the German contingency who put their towels on the loungers and then go off! Lots of Germans and felt hotel was catering for them rather than anybody else. Tried cocktail when German football game was on and poor barmaid did not know whether she was coming or going. She therefore did not put all the ingredients into our cocktail. If the hotel was spruced up and apartments updated with equipment, swimming pool larger this would be great as the area and where it is you could not better it. We found the waiters in some of the restaurants were not friendly and not at all helpful. Would not return

Great location and comfortable accommodation

Location was really good. Receptionists was polite and helpful, but information from them sometimes was very different. Nobody cleaned my apartment during whole week even I have talked with receptionist. I have got clean towels myself from clean lady. I had such unpleasant experience first time in my entire life.

Needs addition of colour to brighten the room up. Looked dull

Viikon loma 1v lapsen kanssa. Pyysimme erikseen varauksen yhteydessä pinnasänkyä, mutta sitä ei oltu toimitettu. Siivous piti olla 2 kertaa viikossa. Saavuimme perjantaina ja siivooja kävi ja vaihtoi pyyhkeet torstaina eli päivä ennen lähtöä. Siivouksen taso ei myöskään ollut mielestämme kovin hyvä. Huoneisto on kuuma ja ainoa keino viilentää on läpiveto. Yöt olivat hieman hankalia. Henkilökunta on mukavaa. Sijainti on melko hyvä, rannalle ja kauppaan pääsee nopeasti. Allasalue on pieni, mutta riittävä viilentymiseen. Pieni erillinen lastenallas lämpimämmällä vedellä oli myös kiva. Huoneemme oli 4 kerroksessa ja käytävään johtavan oven karmilista oli asennettu huonosti niin, että ovea avatessa lista taipui alalaidasta ja napsahti äänekkäästi paukahtaen takaisin. Keittiössä astiakaappi oli lähtenyt irti kiinnityksistä ja pelkäsimme sen putoavan alas, mutta se korjattiin ripeästi, kun huomautimme asiasta.

Great apartment, staff friendly and efficient. Good location; close to shopping, restaurants & beach. Plenty of sun loungers and clean pool area.

Just returned after spending over a week at this hotel. Pros: reception staff lovely and helpful Massage parlour attached, the lady does amazing massages! Fairly clean I liked that there was separate pool and solarium areas. If booking ocean view, only from the 6th floor (the odd numbers) do you actually get the ocean view. But the view is epic! Cons: I don’t know if it was because they were digging up/re-laying the roads around the hotel but there was this overwhelming stench of what can only be described as sewage, throughout my whole stay. The roadworks outside the hotel were noisy and disruptive from early morning through to mid afternoon Coaches/transfers could not drop/pick you up outside of the hotel, carting luggage down to the meeting point was not fun Some rooms don’t have kettles.

Personnel très agréable et souriant. Quand on est arrivé à la réception nous avons été accueillis avec le sourire l’appartement était très propre il n’y avait rien à dire le lieu était calme et reposant. Le personnel de la réception toujours polis et avec le sourire. Le directeur de l’établissement vraiment souriant, à l’écoute, compréhensif par rapport à notre situation et arrangeant je recommande vivement et je reviendrais avec ma maman et mon frère

Desde un comienzo la experiencia fue nefasta. A la hora de hacer el check-in la recepcionista parecía que no se enteraba de en qué hotel trabajaba, ya que se equivocó explicándonos los días de limpieza (no sabía qué días limpiaban y cuáles cambiaban las sábanas y las toallas), en el número de apartamento y de planta donde se encontraba la piscina. Además , por si era poco recibimiento, nos tocó un apartamento súper viejo, completamente distinto a las fotos que vimos en un comienzo, aún habiéndolo reservado con 6 meses de antelación, nos van y ponen en uno de los peores que tienen (no entiendo si reservan los reformados solo para turistas…). Las paredes son tan finas que se escuchan muy alto todos los ruidos provenientes de otras habitaciones colindantes, de otras plantas y de la calle en todo momento. La limpieza estaba bastante mal por no decir pésima, debido a que la cubertería y la vajilla tenían restos de comida…Las sábanas con pelos y manchas y además, las almohadas llenas de suciedad, lo único que nos salvaba un poco era la funda que si estaba limpia.

Hébergement bien situé au centre de tout en étant très calme car hébergement au 8 ème étage ne donnant pas sur la rue. Belle terrasse avec Vue exceptionnelle. Équipements corrects, possibilité de demander grille pain, bouilloire, ventilateur. Piscine correcte, possibilité de faire de petites longueurs. Transats fixes ne pouvant pas être relevé. Petit déjeuner avec du choix pour tous les goûts. L'hébergement reste assez vétuste, fuite syphon cuisine, toilettes, ballon. Fuite cuisine réparée rapidement. Aurait besoin d'un bon rafraîchissement. Bon moment passé dans cet hébergement qui répond à la description. : le staff attentionné (de l'accueil jusqu'au agents d'entretien).

Patrizia an der Rezeption sehr hilfsbereit und auch zu später Stunde sehr freundlich. Zimmer leider ohne Klima und recht laut.

Dejligt sted med flink og venligt personale. Rigtig flot udsigt fra de øverste etager. Dejligt med en hel lejlighed.

Suciedad,las paredes tenian restos de sangre, grillos dentro del apartamento,justo en frente hay un pub con la musica muy alta y se escucha todo, sillones con quemaduras,las lamparas se caían y tenían los cables sueltos,cucarachas por todos lados, tuvimos que cerrar todas las ventanas y puertas para que no entraran, pasamos un calor insoportable, ni ventiladores tenian, aparte de eso el ruido de la nevera, parecia que iba a explotar, si quieres derochar tu dinero, hacerle pasar un mal trago a alguien, es el sitio perfecto

Positive: Reception efficient and very quick in resolving problems and cleaning of the common areas, including the swimming pool, perfect. Negative: cleaning the rooms every three days would have to be done every other day but you can survive. The ladies are very kind and super helpful.

Cucas y apartamento deteriodado

Amazing value for money, went half board, at every meal always something i liked. Staff at the hotel super nice and always very helpful. Amazing location, in the middle of everything but at the same time very quiet at night. Yes the hotel is showing its age, some old furniture, but beds very confortable, apartment always kept clean. The view... We were on the 8th floor and the beach was right in front of you. I was sad to leave but will certainly come back.
