자동쳌크인시 여권의 인식이 안되어 국가코드를 선택하게 되어 있는데 대한민국은 없고 쌩퉁맞게 북한만 되어 있어서 당황스러웠습니다. 이에 대한 개선이 되었으면 좋겠습니다. 그리고 결재시 세금등 모두 포함된 것으로 알고 갔는데 지방세 추가로 납부해야 된다고 해서 말도 제대로 통하지 않아 납부했는데 확인부탁드립니다.

모든것은 다 좋았습니다 그러나 실망스러운 부분은 음식을 해 먹을 소스나 양념이 하나도 없다는것입니다 좀 아쉬운 부분입니다 그리고, 예약시 표현되지 않은 바르셀로나 시 세금이라며 약 20유로를 받는 부분이었습니다 이건 해명이 필요한 부분입니다

위치는 나쁘지 않습니다 주변에 맛좋은 음식점도 많구요 하지만 샤워실 배수가 원활하지 않아서 상당히 불편했습니다

시설이 편하고 주변 관광지 접근성이 뛰어남.

객실이 넓고 좋았습니다. 하지만 늦은 체트인시 추가 요금이 있으며 정문이 잠겨있고 프론트 데스크가 없어 전화 후 10분정도 후에 점원이 옮니다. 이점 유의하세요.

두 번 묵었는데 위치는 사그라다파밀리아가 가깝다는 거지 교통이 편한 건 아니에요. 어딜 가든 갈아타야하고 불편했습니다. 슈퍼가 가까운데 있는 것도 아니고요 맛집 거리가 가까운 것도 아니고요. 관광지라 더 비싸고. 이 가격에 방 두 칸인데가 없어서 갔지만 또 갈 거 같지 않아요. 무엇보다 직원들이 친절하지 않고 late check in 따로 돈 받고 early check in은 해주지 않아요. 불편합니다. 리셉션이 따로 있는 게 아니라 정보 얻기도 힘들어요.

한블럭 앞이라 사그라다 파밀리아 성당 아침 입장을 원하시는 분께 추천합니다. 아침이 한가하고 좋습니다. 시설이 완비된 아파트는 아니었습니다. 세탁기는 있지만 세제는 준비가 안되어있고 기본적인 비누도 준비되어있지 않아 아쉽습니다.

사그라다패밀리성당에 가까이 위치한 좋은 호텔입니다. 방이 두개라 가족들이 이용하기에 좋습니다.

숙박시설도 전반적으로 만족하였으나 거실 전등이 고장나 있었서 옥의 티없음,

Overall a great value. Location is perfect, noise level is low. No bad smell. Facility works ok, one time got stocked in the elevator but it was fixed very quickly. Shower head was loose but it was fixed wuickly. It’s not a luxury apartment but it’s clean and functional. Floor is hard laminate and gets first very quickly. A basic vacuum cleaner could make a difference for day to day cleaning, specially for a family with 2 young kids. Communication via the hotels.com portal was fairly good, no reply over the weekend! Quality of service could be a bit better for a family visiting from a different country with limited resources. We stayed for 11 nights and we had no major issues. Wife and kids enjoyed their stay. I recommend this location.

Rooms were clean and comfy. The area was very family friendly and steps away from Sagrada Familial.

Small apt, 2 BR & 2 bathrm with AC, elevator. The front bath need a shelf & inside the shower needs a basket to hold shower gel, etc. Provided nice clean bath towels & a small box with 1 tablet for dishwasher,1 tablet for laundry machine & rack to put your clothes to dry, no clothes dryer mach. There is a cust service phone at entrance for assist. They are quick to help.there are lockers at the back to store your luggage if your rm is not avaliable you will need €1 coins for the lockers. We arrived 1pm & check in was 3pm Our apartment was ready & we check in early which we appreciated. The grocery store is across the road. La Segrada Familia was around the corner from the apt.NOTE that sometimes UBERS are not readily available, if you need to be somewhere & want to use UBER, I suggest you give yourself lots of time to try & get one as Local Taxis are very expensive. The local Taxis ( Black & Yellow) charge many fees added to the taxi Meter charge. Our taxi from the airport in Barcelona to the M H apartment , the meter showed €37 but charged us €50.80. SO BEWARE. Where as UBER only charge you the amt that you see on the app when you request one. Download freenow app at home before you go from home. so that you can request a taxi if you need one in Spain. Was NOT VERY HAPPY that the MH APT Cust Service would NOT provide a Taxi to go to the Cruise Port, they only provide Taxi to Airport. They need to Provide better Cust Service & provide taxi to anywhere we need to go.

Clean and nice place to stay! A street away from Sagrada Familia. Walkable from different areas we wanted to go to!

Everything as described. The response time was excellent and the location, view, quality of the apartment all as expected. I definitely recommended this place
