Surprised to see the hundreds of staircases down to the apartment with all the luggage by my hand, then encountered with the spectacular view of Ligurian sea. The weather was perfect at the time during the stay (End of September). You can wine and dine with the beautiful Mediterranean Sea breeze. 10 minutes bus ride to the heart of Riomaggiore, very first village of Cinque Terre from La Spezia side. Great place to relax and start your Cinque Terre tour from bottom to top. (Monterosso Al Mare) It consists of wonderful sea view, beautiful mini gardens and cozy houses. House itself is preserved well through times. Do not expect to be pristine, yet cozy and clean enough for our family. We prepared the meals by ourselves at the house with wine but saw a couple of guests enjoying the meal with view at the hotel restaurant. There is luggage life available for check-out, but still recommend to pack light for this hotel. 친퀘테레의 시작인 리오마조레 마을과 불과 10분 떨어져 있는 곳에 위치한 멋진 숙소 입니다. 절벽에 위치한 여러개 하우스를 모아 하나의 숙소로 만든 곳으로, 호텔 리셉션에서 숙소까지 대략 200개의 계단을 내려가야 하는 곳입니다. 캐리어를 들고 내려가기엔 적합 하지 않으나 경관이 훌륭하고 숙소가 오래 됬지만 아늑해서 관광객들이 많이 찾는 곳 같습니다. (체크아웃시에는 러기지 리프트로 짐을 올려줌) 한국 분들 후기가 많이 없어 용감하게 도전해보았는데 친퀘테레 관광 접근성도 훌륭하고 주변 경관이 너무 훌륭해 만족한 숙박이었습니다.

1. 위치가 해안가에 위치하고 있어 차가 없으면 접근하기 힘듬. 주차장이 있어 이용이 편리함. 2. 짐은 실어서 날라주지 않음. 아래쪽 숙소까지 직접 들고 내려가야 함. 힘듬. 3. 짐은 올려 주는 것만 가능함. 4. 나머지는 좋음. 다만, 숙소 침대가 조금 눅눅함

일단 전체적으로 나빴던건 절대 아님. 하지만 여행의 특성상 케리어가 무거울 수밖에 없는데 계단, 그것도 절벽 아래로 내려가는 대 장정의 계단이 있다는 정보는 어디에도 없었슴. 객실상태나 침대, 공간, 경관, 주방, 화장실, 샤워, 청결도 등 모드 좋았으나...계단. 그것도 절벽 아래까지의 계단을 감수할 자신이 있다면 무조건 선택할것! 나머진 정말 좋음. 그러나 서비스는 꾀나 불친절. 예를들어 하루 제한된 횟수 운행하는 리프트가있는데 우리 짐을 보더니 그건 니가 올려. 그정도로 리프트응 가동할 순없어 라고 밀하던 리셉션 겸 레스토랑 주인 할배는 정말 싸가지 없었슴. 그럼 지가 올려주던가. 췌. 그리고 교통은 당연 불편함. 우리처럼 렌트가 아닌이상 가기가 좀 함들듯

Fantastisk smukt sted

Bel endroit pour y séjourner en famille. Les espaces extérieurs partagés sont très bien. Points de vigilance sur l’état de certains équipements trop usés ce qui empêche leur utilisation. Le ménage est correct mais pourrait être approfondi dans certains endroits comme la chambre La terrasse du logement n’a pas pu être utilisée pleinement car elle servait aussi d’accès à un autre logement Les points positifs : la vue splendide, l’accueil des propriétaires et le restaurant.

The view is amazing.

Beautiful location, restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced. Lots of stairs on the property. Had a toy room and playground that our toddler loved. Easy to take the bus to Riomaggiore (10 min ride, 2.50 Euro per person)

This place was amazing and i would totally recommend it as your base in the cinque terre area. The views were unbelievable, and it was heaven to lay on the hammocks and watch the sunset each night. The accommodation itself was perfect and there was a kitchen which was really handy so we stocked up on lots of Italian food before arriving and had some lovely meals outside admiring the sea. The restaurant on site was also really good too. Parking was free and right outside the property, so we could just leave our car and take the bus to the cinque terre towns. The bus stops right outside the property and is super easy. We didnt want to leave, and cant wait to return one day.

Excellent place. My only issue is it’s in the middle of nowhere and the bus is every two hours, and you need to figure it out. So not great after a day of hiking. Air con worked well and restaurant served good meals. Staff not the most friendly but it’s Italy

The terraced property was sculpted into a steep hillside among olive trees and vineyards. A little trolley even took luggage up to the highway when it wasn’t carrying loads of grapes.

En fantastisk beliggenhet veier opp for mye annet ved dette stedet. Utsikten fra hagene mot havet og solnedgangen er nydelig. Derimot fikk vi leilighet som lå i underetasjen og med kun to små vinduer ut. Dette gjorde rommet til mørkt og dystert. I tillegg var det slitt og dårlig rengjort. I den ene senga lå det masse hår (antar at dette var hundehår). Fortalte om dette til resepsjonen dagen etter (begrensede åpningstider) og fikk utlevert nytt sengetøy. At rommet var slitt og mørkt kunne vi tålt, men når det i tillegg framstår som dårlig rengjort gir det et dårlig opphold. Restauranten lå nydelig til og det var koselig å ta en kveldsdrink og frokost der....

We chose to stay here because of the location and views and the price was affordable for our budget. Yes, there are a lot of stairs. But, wow, the views are spectacular! From the bar, from the dining terrace, from our room and from our personal garden where we were able to relax in the late afternoon and early evening warmth. Staff were friendly, the welcome was warm, the dogs made it feel like a home from home, and the vibe was relaxed. Our room, Erica, was a triple and was clean, spacious and comfortable. We ate at the hotel restaurant one night and next door the second night which was more casual and perfect for us. We appreciated the relaxed vibe and having proper outside space. The one thing to be mindful of is how to get there from Riomaggiore by bus, but time it right (we didn’t), or by taxi - number on the wall as you exit train station. Alternatively, take a taxi from La Spezia (40 euros flat fare). It’s easy to get the bus to/from Riomaggiore to explore all of the villages and access hiking trails. Included in your Cinqueterre day pass or 1,50 buying on the app or 2,50 euros paying on the bus. Do come here with reasonable expectations for good food, a relaxed vibe, and affordable access to the area. Do not come here if you are allergic to steps!
