위치는 그럭저럭 테르미니역에서 걸어올만 해요! 캐리어끌고는 좀 힘든데 갈만합니다 ㅋㅋㅋ 그리고 키도 보안때문에 맡아주시고 매일 침대정리랑 청소도 해주셔서 좋았습니다. 온도조절 가능하다 했는데 어떻게 하는지는 몰라요,,ㅎㅎ 춥지도 덥지도 않아서 조절은 안했습니다! 수압도 좋고 뜨거운 물도 너무 잘나와요! 저는 조식도 괜찮았어요, 아침으론 간단하게 괜찮네요! 무엇보다 맛있고 싼 유명한 젤라또 집이 숙소 바로 앞이라 너무 좋았습니다!! 매일 1일 1젤라또 했어요!! 최고오b

주인할머니가 매우천절했어요

호텔은 깨끗하고 좋았고 주인 할아버지와 할머니도 친절하신편입니다 특히 엘레베이터도있고 조식도 나쁘지않았으며 침구도 깨끗합니다. 겨울인데도 굉장히 따뜻했습니다. 하지만 모기가 있었고 테르미니역에서는 약간 거리가있습니다 . 호텔 바로앞에 버스와 트램이 있어서 크게불편하진않습니다. 근처에 대형마트가 있습니다 그리고 바로 앞에 유명한 젤라또집인 파씨가 있어서 가장 좋았습니다 :)

가격대비 훌륭했어요 :) 서비스 뿐만 아니라 안전하고, 너무 안락했어요. 다시 로마에 오면 또다시 여기 머물고싶어요~! 파씨 젤라또 맛집 바로 앞에 위치해서 좋아요!! 가족단위, 커플단위 다 추천해용!!

조식 맛잇고 주인 할아버지 친절했습니다.방도 넓은편에 깨끗하고 체크인이 늦어서 일층숙박이라 테라스가 없는서 아쉬웠지만 남부투어로 아침을 못먹는다고 하니 여러가지 한가득 챙겨주더군요.체크아웃할때 할머니가 어찌나 환하게 웃으시던지. ㅎㅎ 가격대비 만족. 역에서 걸어서 10분 거리 였고 바로 앞에 지파시,큰마트가 있습니다.

One of the few things I liked about Italy was the gelato. Apparently, Principe Eugenio is like 50 meters away from "Fassi." The room was clean, and cleaned daily.

Decent location

Baixo custo benefício. Equipe familiar na recepção dificultando o que poderia ser simples. Uma "maledeta chiave" que tem que ser devolvida a cada saída do hotel dá a oportunidade da equipe de demonstrar a sua falta de educação.

Made accommodations for us, always welcomed when we came and left . Has an elevator, supermarket across the street, many yummy restaurants around the corner and an Amazing huge gelato place crossing the street down the road/ we had originally walked from Roma Termini was. Easy enough heavy traffic , and will need to lift luggage a couple places

The hotel staff were very nice. Easy to get around. Food also around the area.

We are just back from a 5 night stay. The hotel is in a good location, we were able to walk to the Coliseum in 25 minutes, and the Spanish Steps in 35 minutes. It is also close to several Metro stations, and there are plenty of mid-range restaurants within 200m. There is also a good supermarket across the road. The reception staff were always welcoming, and there was a delightful hand-written note and some very tasty biscuits in our room when we arrived. The room was simple and spotless, and the bed was extremely comfortable for us. The area is busy, but the double-glazing was superb in terms of cancelling out the noise at night. We slept brilliantly! We booked on a room only basis so cannot comment on the quality of the breakfast. We would definitely book here again, we found it an excellent combination of location and price. It is a relatively small hotel, and has no fancy amenities, but suited us as we wanted just such a base to explore Rome. Many thanks to everyone at the hotel for making our stay so wonderful!

This was the first place we stayed at when we arrived in Rome. They made a great first impression as they left us welcome cookies, drinks, and a hand written welcome message. The bed was very comfortable and the room was super clean. FYI across the street and down to the left is a Gelato shop called G. Fassi. Our cabbie recommended it and added that it is the oldest gelato shop in Rome establised in 1908. You will not find better or cheaper icecream anywhere. The medium cone is $2.70 Euros and you get two large scoops of your choice of flavours plus a large scoop of whipped cream. All flavours appeared to be home made and it was delicious. It's out of the way so you won't find a bunch of tourists just locals hanging out enjoying gelato.

Accueil modeste, petite touche de bienvenue (biscotte et note personnalisée) appréciée. Chambres et escaliers propres, décoration simple, salle de bain vieillissante avec un peu d’humidité, espace douche restreinte, eau chaude et bonne pression. Rue passante le jour, plus tranquille la nuit. Contrôle des entrées et sorties, sécuritaire. Près du Termini. Épicerie en face.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The lady at the front desk had arranged a box of pastries for my daughter for our first trip to Rome to be in the room when we arrived.

Un hotel estratégicamente ubicado, fácil para desplazarse a donde uno quiera. Lugar cómodo, impecable y excelente servicio.

Great hotel. Just no iron in the room, in a separate room in the hotel. Lovely staff and location.

Quarto amplo , cama boa mas antigo . Elevador não funcionava bem . Chuveiro bem ruim com pouca água . Café da manhã somente com agendamento no dia anterior , mas na rua opções de cafés .
