Supurb florence hotel. Its mood and service were great, and room was wide and clean. They have multiple times for residence to have tea time or breakfast. Great hotel.

리셉션장소가 한국기준으로 2층에 위치하고 있고 엘리베이터는 1층에 있는 점에 유의할 필요가 있습니다. 오후 커피타임 및 저녁 happy hour시 와인이 무료제공되어 근처 관광하다가 잠시 들러 휴식을 취할수 있어 좋았습니다.

이 호텔에 4박 5일간 머물렀다. * 장점 1. 호텔직원이 모두 친절 하다. 처음 맞이하는 직원들이 큰 호텔과는 다른 따뜻함을 준다. 2. 조식이 생각보다는 괜찮다. 조식 가지수가 좀 부족하지만, 맛도 있고, 커피가 정말 맛있다. 3. 관광지 중심에 있다. - 베키오 다리, 두오모 성당등 주요 관광지가 도보로 5분 거리에 있어서 좋고, 역에서도 멀지 않은 거리에 있다. 4. 호텔을 예약하면 호텔에서 이메일이 온다. 언제 도착하냐 등.. 친절하다. * 단점 1. 정말 취약한 단점은 이 호텔을 찾기 너무너무 힘들다. 구글 지도를 보고 갔는데, 주변에 모두 높은 건물이라 찾기 힘들다. 특히 호텔 단독건물이 아니라, 1층에 상가(까르띠에 향수파는 가게 바로 옆)와 함께 있었고, 호텔 입구 화장님 출입구 처럼 작다. 특히 무거운 캐리어를 끌고 계단 수십개를 올라가는건 악몰 이었다. (1층에 벨을 누르면 캐리어를 들어준다. - 처음 갈때 당인히 모른다.) 한국인이면 꼭 이 위치를 정확히 보고 가시라. 정확히 보고 가도 찾기 정말 힘들꺼다.

This hotel was very clean. Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly.

Leonardo at the front desk was very helpful and always remembered us. The staff at breakfast were friendly and very quick to provide help. Our only complaint was that the air conditioning didn’t seem able to get lower than 75. We didn’t complain because we had read this about the hotel previously.

The sweetest employees, and so generous with what they provide to their guest! Will come back whenever I can to this hotel.

It was a really good hotel to stay, center of the city, clean room, breakfast was good and staff was friendly.

Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. For the price however the room was very disappointing. I would find another property next time. Location was perfect.

All was good

The thing that stood out most was the warm hospitality of everyone who worked at the hotel and especially, Leonardo. He greeted me by name each time he saw me, even if he was in the middle of helping somebody else. You cannot beat the location and it was quiet as can be once inside my room. As a bonus, they provided a noise machine to ensure that any outside noise would be drowned out.

This was a wonderful place to stay Much more like a bed and breakfast then a hotel. Located within easy walking distance to all major historical and artistic sites in the city. Clean room. Staff friendly and informative.

A Charming historic building, with clean and comfortable accommodation in an ideal location! A delicious breakfast served until 10:30 by a friendly and courteous staff. Highly recommended!
