This hotel was better the other where I stayed before. It was spacious, clean and well maintained, normal proper lift, decent breakfast as well. I recommend this hotel

위치가 매우 좋아요. 조식도 만족스럽습니다. 다만 저는 저렴한 방을 예약한 탓에 객실이 너무~~~작았어요. 2인1실인데 둘 다 캐리어를 펼칠수 도 없을 정도의 협소한 공간이었습니다. 좋은 호텔인데 객실이 이러하니 만족도가 떨어지더라고요. 3일째 옆에 위치한 페사로 펠리스 호텔서 하루 지냈는데 완전~~더 좋았습니다. 여기 강추요!!

숙소 위치가 산타루치아역에서 걸어서 15분 정도 걸린다. 가는 길에 계단, 다리가 많아서 무거운 캐리어가져가시는 분들에게는 추천하지않는다. 메스테레역에서 숙박하고 산타루치아 본섬으로 오는 걸 추천. 본섬의 중심에 있어서 위치가 좋다. 시설은 24시간 리셉션 있어서 좋고 직원 분들 정말 친절하시다. 커피포트가 없어서 숙박하는 내내 물 꿇여달라고 했는데 나중에는 내려오면 말안해도 바로 끓여주셨다. 방 깨끗히고 넓고 좋음. 엘리베이터 있음. 커피포트 없음. 욕조있음!! 테라쓰 있음 루프탑 있음. 헤어드라이기 있으나 가져오는 거 추천

매우 오래된 건물이라... 객실 입장시 문이 잘 안 열립니다. 열려도 끝까지 잘 안열립니다. 바닥에 문이 닿아서 덩치 큰 남자인 제가 밀어야 겨우 열립니다. 여자분 혼자라면 절대 이용하지 않기를 바랍니다. 좁은 객실... 옆건물 벽을 바로 바라보는 뷰는... 상당히 답답하였습니다. 조식 말고는 만족스러운 점이 하나도 없었습니다.. 아... 바포레토 승선장은 가까운편이라 그건 편하였습니다. 다시 방문의사는 없습니다.

Air conditioning did not work. We were lucky as it was cool outside and we had the windows open which of course allowed noise to come from the streets.

We loved out stay!!!! Location was perfect, next to the river, room was so big, clean and nice. Breakfast was awesome. I wish we could stay more nights there.

Hotel liegt ca 10 Gehminuten von der Rialto-Brücke entfernt in einer Nebenstraße zu einer belebten Hauptstraße mit vielen Restaurants, Bars etc, direkt am Wasser, mit Gondel-Abfahrt direkt vorm Hotel. Frühstück war klein aber wir hatten alles was wir brauchten. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und gemütlich. Kleiner Wehrmutstropfen: wir hatten erst ein Zimmer auf der Rückseite des Gebäudes, wo draußen ständig ein Generator lief, auch nachts. Das empfanden wir als störend, konnten aber problemlos das Zimmer tauschen. Wir würden das Hotel wieder buchen!

The hotel is beautiful. The views on the terrace and by the dock is immaculate. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was hot and had a variety of options. The room was clean. The hotel was close to everything. I definitely recommend.

Great location. Right on the grand canal , walking distance to the vaporetto stops and most must see attractions in venice.

De Kamer was schoon, personeel behulpzaam, ontbijt was goed, de ligging van het hotel ook prima, maar ze hadden beloofd dat er een rooftop was, maar het was gesloten .

la chambre était impeccable avec un grand lit, le personnel est courtois, equipement tres agreable, le petit déjeuner royal. l'hotel se trouve a 300 m du vaporeto CA D'ORO ligne 1 sur le grand canal

Hotel is beautiful, full of character and in great location. The room was spotless and comfy, with very nice bathroom. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Delicious breakfast. Thoroughly recommend.
