굉장히 만족했습니다:D 위치도 좋지만 무엇보다도 직원분들이 친절하셔서 여행내내 행복했습니다. 쥬스,탄산음료,맥주,토닉워터가 있는 디스펜서가 설치되어있어서 먹고싶을때마다 이용했습니다. 뜨거운 물도 커피머신을 이용해서 사용가능하구요! 조식은 8시-12시까지 이용가능한데 작지만 있을건 다있고 맛있었습니다! 멜론, 파인애플, 연어, 빵, 샐러드 등등 다있어요:D 욕실도 깔끔하고 온수 팡팡 나옵니다!. 어메니티는 가지고간걸 이용해서 잘모르겠네요. 드라이기도 있고 방안에 전자렌지도 있습니다. Wifi가 조금 약하지만 안되는건 아니고, 전력이 빵빵해서 고속충전수준이예요; 엘레베이터 가기전까지 계단이 20개정도 있습니다. 클리닝타임은 12시정도?인거 같아요, 그때 못하면 그날은 패스됩니다^^;; 다음에 또 바르셀로나에 가게되면 여기서 숙박하고싶네요

4명이 묶었는데 쿼드룸으로 예약했더니 스위트룸 배정에 거실에 엑스트라베드를 2개 갖다놓아서 잠자리는 편하지 않았다. 호텔조식을 포함해서 마지막을 편하게 지내고 싶었지만 레스토랑이 없는 24시간 스넥바를 운영하는 호텔이었다. 기존 마드리드, 세비야, 그라나다의 아파트형호텔과 비교될정도로 오래된 인테리어에 화장실과 욕실도 손바닥 만해 4명이 한개의 욕실을 이용하는것도 매우 불편했다. 다만 주요관광지와 매우 근접하고 까딸루냐광장도 200미터 거리에 있고 그라시아거리는 한블록만 가면 있어서 교통과 위치는 최고이다. 여유있는 여행자라면 같은 블럭에 현대식호텔도 있으니 다른 호텔을 찾아보길 권한다. 낡은 호텔을 24시간 스넥바와 친절한 직원이 커버하고 있다.

멋진 건물, 친철한 직원

이곳에서 지난 5일간 숙박을 하였다. 처음 도착하던날, 밤늦게 도착하면서 프런트 직원의 상냥한 미소는 이곳의 5일 동안의 생활을 예견하게 했다. 객실이 다소 작아서 불편함이 있었지만, 됨 한 복판에 위치하여 접근성이 양호하고, 무엇보다 직원의 친절함과 상냥함은 이방인에 대한 어색함을 제거하고 있다. 직원의 친절함은 무엇보다 이곳의 매력이 아닐까 생각된다.

스페인 여행의 마지막 체류지였던 바르셀로나, 이 호텔 호텔리어의 불친절로 일주일간의 스페인 여정이 시무룩하게 끝났군요. 방 매우 비좁고, 스낵바를 운영하는데 공짜입니다만 제대로 된 음식 하나도 없습니다. 호텔 숙박비로 질문을 했는데 몇 마디 서로 하고 나서는 호텔리어가 다짜고짜로 화를 내더군요. 황당했습니다. 문제가 있으면 하나하나 따져가며 풀어야지 다짜고짜 화를 내다니요? 더구나 외국인 관광객에게...

Staff are the best

Ett fantastiskt vackert hotell! Personalen var så trevliga! Det fanns en buffé som var tillgänglig hela tiden där det fanns hur mycket som helst både dricka och snacks som ingick! Frukosten var toppen! Och frukostmatsalen var det vackraste jag sett! Sängarna fick högsta poäng! Allt var skinande rent! Rummet var ganska litet så det var svart att få plats med en öppen resväska men vi stannade bara en natt så det var inte ett problem för oss💜

Excellent location and amazing amenities.

The staff was super nice, the location is near many transit stops & shops, and the all-day buffet is off the charts awesome, especially when you’re jet lagged! The room was small for 3 people and they charged a daily charge for my son, but that’s the only slight negative, and the rest of the positives outshine that detail. Plus the hotel itself is rich with detailing like chandeliers and balconies to sit and sip a coffee or have a snack anytime of the day. Also, they occasionally have live musicians play, and that was absolutely lovely too. Overall an amazing experience!

Can’t say enough about this beautiful hotel. We stayed on June 27,2027. Cata the concierge was so lovely. She helped us with tickets for the hop on hop off bus, made sure we were comfortable and our bags were brought to the room. In addition to the lovely room, the food and drinks available was amazing…at no extra charge. When we arrived after a long journey we were able to have some food and drinks right away as we settled in. The location is perfect, close to shopping and attractions. Loved it!!!

Very dirty there was bugs on the bed sheets where dirty as will when I got into the room I would pay the little extra and find a better place I contacted the manger didn’t do anything about it they don’t care to make it right

Easily our favorite place to stay in Barcelona, if not Europe. Helpful, friendly, English-speaking staff, excellent 24-hour food/snack buffet and dining room, great location, safe walk-in shower. This is our go-to hotel!

Too pricy for an old hotel

Great location, beautiful property and great amenities, you are at the heat of Las Ramblas.

Great location. The staff are helpful and polite. Our room was a good size full of light and very comfortable. The open buffet has a hot / cold breakfast and is very convenient for an afternoon snack or a glass of wine in the evening. Some of the reviews we had read were inexplicably negative but we did not encounter any issues & would stay here again.

Beautiful hotel in heart of the city. 24 hours food available included in your booking.Staff are friendly.

Unfortunate experience at this hotel while traveling through europe with our infant. The room was seemingly infested with cockroaches and spiders that we noticed when going to bed that evening. We made the front desk aware the following morning and they indicated management would follow up to make things right. No communication was received.
