All receptionists were nice, good location (hotel located between train station and centre of town), use of gym through the hotel was also nice

Didn’t have breakfast. The shower door didn’t close properly so a little bit of water spilled on the floor

Rummen var stora. 2 rejäla kuddar i varje säng som var sköna. Badrummet behöver nog ses om lite. Men fanns fön och dem hade både tandborste och tandkräm samt kam i förpackning på handfatet. Vilket uppskattades. Tv med flera kanaler. Bra frukost, fanns mycket att välja på.

I was not visiting on business but everything was perfect. I had stayed on a similar trip last year and was delighted to get the same high standard of service which allowed me to enjoy my visit to Cartagena! Will be back again and would highly recommend.

Really friendly staff. Hotel location is good. Clean room and bathroom. Slight safety concern as when 8 floors up and no safety barrier on window that opens up fully is frightening. Overall an excellent stay.

A lovely comfortable place in the beautiful Cartagena

El hotel está muy bien, excelentemente situado y el personal muy amable. La habitación es grande y limpia, el único inconveniente es que el colchón es un poco antiguo y suenan los muelles, con suelo de madera limpio. El baño es pequeñito pero tiene ducha, lo que es muy cómodo y también estaba muy limpio. La televisión tiene Chrome cast y Netflix, difícil de encontrar en hoteles de 4 estrellas. Si no le pongo un 5 es por el colchón, lo demás es excelente.

Location was excellent. Everything was very clean and tidy. Staff were polite. Spacious room. Great value. Tea and coffee in room was a bonus, however, there was only fruit teas no breakfast tea. Breakfast choice was excellent with a fully stocked Nespresso coffee machine. The only thing missing in the property is a lounge bar, where you could just relax with a drink, without leaving the lovely Aircon environment.

The hotel itself was great. The rooms are large and comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful. We were worried about the area when we arrived as it looked run down. Once we explored it was only a short walk to the main areas with lots of attractions and restaurants and the local cafes etc were good. We even found a Michelin star restaurant across the road…. Magoga restaurant is fantastic. Probably the best meal we’ve ever had!

Ha sido una experiencia excelente en el Sercotel Carlos III. La atención del personal es de 10: siempre amables, cercanos y muy profesionales. La habitación era amplia, muy limpia, con camas cómodas y todos los detalles cuidados. La ubicación es perfecta para moverse por Cartagena sin necesidad de coche, cerca del centro pero en una zona tranquila. Sin duda, un hotel muy recomendable al que volveré encantada.”
