1번 바포레토역에서 완전 가까워서 이동하기 좋았습니다. 직원이 다 너무 호의적이고 친절했습니다. 방&화장실이 넓어서 좋았습니다. 아침식사 특히, 커피가 너무 맛있었습니다.

It was just so so. Water is leaking out of the shower one faucet is broken tap lever was loosened up and felt a little damp not dry with towels. Breakfast was ok with COVID19 measures system, in which you can't touch hotel staff were seving for all guests. So felt a little inconvenient. Overall, it was just so so.

가성비가 좋은 호텔입니다. 유쾌하고 친절한 직원들도 칭찬할 만합니다. 리알토 다리까지 걸어서 10분, 산마르코 광장까지는 15분 정도 걸립니다. 호텔 바로 앞에 바포레토 정류장이 있는 것도 큰 장점입니다. 객실은 매우 깨끗합니다. 특히 욕실은 물때 하나 없이 반짝 거려서 만족스러웠습니다. 조식 식사는 단순하지만 부족하지는 않았습니다. 다만 객실 내의 헤어드라이기가 예전 기계인 듯하여 바람 세기가 약하다는 것은 단점입니다.

가격대비 그 이상의 서비스와 조식, 바포레토 역 도보 1분 이내 라는 위치와 무료 업그레이드 까지 정말 잘 쉬고 갑니다

호텔은 유럽식의 고풍스러운 방 분위기라 좋았음. 조식도 식당은 작지만 성의 있게 준비되어 괜찮았음. 그러나 호텔의 위치가 구글맵으로 찾기 어려워서 역에서부터 캐리어를 들고 다리를 열개쯤 지나서 도착함. 올때 미리 호텔 직원에게 다리가 적은 길을 물어보니 4개 건너는 길을 알려주어 조금 수월하게 올수 있었음.

찾기가 조금 어려웠습니다. 지도가 두군데로 나왔는데 찾는데 30분정도 걸렸습니다. 겨우 찾고나서는 모든것이 좋았습니다. 2시에 체크인이라는 걸 알고 갔는데도 1시가 안되었는데 체크인해주었고 2층객실까지 40키로나가는 캐리어도 들어주고 침대도 너무 편안했고 조식은 정말정말 훌륭했습니다. 조식은 절대로 포기하지마세요. 체크아웃하고나서도 짐은 무료로 맡아줍니다.

기차역과 베키오 다리 중간에 위치해 있습니다. 시설은 고풍스럽고 좋은 편입니다. 직원분들도 매우 친절하고 편안하게 잘 생활했습니다. 바포레토 승선장에서 굉장히 가깝습니다. 역에서 1번 바포레토를 타고 가면 편안하게 갈 수 있습니다.

위치는 훌륭하고 조식 서비스도 좋았습니다. 그런데 tripadvisor 의 리뷰나 사진만큼 객실 상태나 리셉션 응대가 좋지는 않았습니다. 방을 Annex 건물로 받아서인지 몰라도...

유럽 대부분의 호텔이 그러하듯 넓진 않지만 안락하게 묵다 왔어요. 신혼여행 숙소로는 적당해보이지 않지만 평범하게 묵기엔 괜찮네요. 찾아가는 방법도 어렵지않고 시내 중심지와도 충분히 걸어갈만한 거리예요. 제일 좋았던건 조식때 나왔던 따끈한 크로와상..!

Wonderful staff. Quiet location. Great breakfast!

Great location about one minuet walk from the pier for the airport water taxi, great charachter and location in the heart of Venice but a quiet beautiful location - very nice breakfast and thy make coffee for you - I really enjoyed it here - old and character

The location is excellent. You can take the airport water taxi nearby, and the vaporetto stop is only about a one-minute walk from the hotel. It is also very convenient for getting to the train station by water bus. Rialto Bridge is around a 10-minute walk away, and St. Mark’s Square is about 18 minutes on foot. The area also gives you a lovely sense of the real Venice, away from the busiest tourist streets while still being close to everything. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help. The hospitality was wonderful, the breakfast was amazing, and the hotel was extremely clean. I really enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend it.

What a charming and romantic spot. The junior suite had a small balcony that was lovely to wake up and enjoy in the mornings. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were all lovely. I would highly recommend the hotel as it has all the charm of historic Venice and it’s in a great location!

Ett fint och charmigt hotell i ett lugnare kvarter, men ändå med kanalerna precis intill. Rummet var rymligt och modernt med klassisk venetiansk inredning och mycket bekväma sängar. Läget är utmärkt med gångavstånd till både Rialtobron och Piazzale Roma, samtidigt som en vaporettohållplats finns bara någon minut bort. Frukosten var helt okej med det mesta man behöver. Personalen var mycket trevlig och hjälpsam, och sammantaget är detta ett mycket prisvärt boende som vi gärna återvänder till.

Este hotel está hermoso La habitación estuvo increíble, amplia y muy cómoda… me encantaron los productos de baño y la vista al canal El desayuno que ofrecen en su patio interior está muy bueno y la amabilidad del personal excelente. Está a pocos pasos de una de las estaciones del vaporetto lo que lo hace aún más conveniente por el tema de las maletas

It's not possible to write a more positive review for Al Ponte Mocenigo and its very marvellous and friendly staff who made for a wonderful stay. We've travelled to Venice on many occasions, but the experience of staying here was head and shoulders above the rest of the locations we've previously stayed at. It's an ideal setting within Santa Croce and within walking difference of Ferrovia Santa Lucia, wonderful local Venetian restaurants and bars, and tourist hotspots such as Rialto. It gives an authentic flavour of Venice that continues to make it a very special place for us. Breakfast was also fantastic and set us up beautifully for each day. The room was so traditionally Venetian, and extremely charming, quiet and peaceful. The comfortable beds gave us the best night's sleep we had across a two week trip travelling around Italy. Had we not planned and booked to move on to Florence, we would have asked to stay for at least another week with absolute certainty. But what sets this hotel apart from all the others we've stayed in was the kindliness, generosity and helpfulness of the staff, who made us feel very well looked after and completely at home for the entirety of our stay - including our 8-year old daughter, who was absolutely devastated to move on and begged us to stay longer! Thank you so much everyone for making our precious two days in Venice very memorable indeed - we can't wait to come back and stay with you again! Dan, Emily & Anoushka :)
