It was just so so. Water is leaking out of the shower one faucet is broken tap lever was loosened up and felt a little damp not dry with towels. Breakfast was ok with COVID19 measures system, in which you can't touch hotel staff were seving for all guests. So felt a little inconvenient. Overall, it was just so so.

가성비가 좋은 호텔입니다. 유쾌하고 친절한 직원들도 칭찬할 만합니다. 리알토 다리까지 걸어서 10분, 산마르코 광장까지는 15분 정도 걸립니다. 호텔 바로 앞에 바포레토 정류장이 있는 것도 큰 장점입니다. 객실은 매우 깨끗합니다. 특히 욕실은 물때 하나 없이 반짝 거려서 만족스러웠습니다. 조식 식사는 단순하지만 부족하지는 않았습니다. 다만 객실 내의 헤어드라이기가 예전 기계인 듯하여 바람 세기가 약하다는 것은 단점입니다.

가격대비 그 이상의 서비스와 조식, 바포레토 역 도보 1분 이내 라는 위치와 무료 업그레이드 까지 정말 잘 쉬고 갑니다

호텔은 유럽식의 고풍스러운 방 분위기라 좋았음. 조식도 식당은 작지만 성의 있게 준비되어 괜찮았음. 그러나 호텔의 위치가 구글맵으로 찾기 어려워서 역에서부터 캐리어를 들고 다리를 열개쯤 지나서 도착함. 올때 미리 호텔 직원에게 다리가 적은 길을 물어보니 4개 건너는 길을 알려주어 조금 수월하게 올수 있었음.

찾기가 조금 어려웠습니다. 지도가 두군데로 나왔는데 찾는데 30분정도 걸렸습니다. 겨우 찾고나서는 모든것이 좋았습니다. 2시에 체크인이라는 걸 알고 갔는데도 1시가 안되었는데 체크인해주었고 2층객실까지 40키로나가는 캐리어도 들어주고 침대도 너무 편안했고 조식은 정말정말 훌륭했습니다. 조식은 절대로 포기하지마세요. 체크아웃하고나서도 짐은 무료로 맡아줍니다.

기차역과 베키오 다리 중간에 위치해 있습니다. 시설은 고풍스럽고 좋은 편입니다. 직원분들도 매우 친절하고 편안하게 잘 생활했습니다. 바포레토 승선장에서 굉장히 가깝습니다. 역에서 1번 바포레토를 타고 가면 편안하게 갈 수 있습니다.

위치는 훌륭하고 조식 서비스도 좋았습니다. 그런데 tripadvisor 의 리뷰나 사진만큼 객실 상태나 리셉션 응대가 좋지는 않았습니다. 방을 Annex 건물로 받아서인지 몰라도...

유럽 대부분의 호텔이 그러하듯 넓진 않지만 안락하게 묵다 왔어요. 신혼여행 숙소로는 적당해보이지 않지만 평범하게 묵기엔 괜찮네요. 찾아가는 방법도 어렵지않고 시내 중심지와도 충분히 걸어갈만한 거리예요. 제일 좋았던건 조식때 나왔던 따끈한 크로와상..!

Everything about the hotel was excellent. Perfect position for the water bus. The staff at breakfast were so friendly. Perfect stay. Would definitely stay there again when visiting Venice.

La chambre était impeccable et le personnel très courtois, très aimable et efficace. L' hôtel est bien placé, pas loin de Rialto, à proximité du vaporetto et en même temps un peu à l' écart du tumulte.

Çalışanlar çok ilgiliydi, odalar temizdi. Ulaşımı kolaydı, iskeleye çok yakındı.Teşekkür ederiz

The staff was so nice and helpful! Rooms fresh, great location with a 2 minute walk to the dock where both the airport boat and the city boats stoped. Would definitely stay here again!

Petit déjeuner varié et personnel très attentionné. Chambres confortables et très propres. Très bien situé (à moins de 100m d’une station de vaporetto). Hôtel calme et personnel à l’accueil aimable et serviable. Un excellent séjour et je conseillerai cet hôtel. Nous y reviendrons également avec plaisir
