She required more money for parking, even though I payed already. I needed to show evidence by my banking transfer.

Close to old city. 15minutes by walking. But need to review the bill against double payment. Free parking.

모든 직원이 친절하였고, 주변에 슈퍼가 있고 교통수단이 양호하여 관광지 방문하기 좋았음. 하지만 방이 너무 협소해서 불편했음. 전반적으로 만족!

숙소는 작은 편이다 특히 화장실은 정말 좁다 향수 냄새가 너무 나서 머리가 아팠다 엘리베이터를 이용해도 계단으로 짐을 옮겨야했다

Number 1 and 10 bus in front of hotel can go to the downtown within 10 minutes. Small but clean room. Noisy (close to the road). Kind and helpful staff. Breakfast is great, although bees are bothering. No air conditioner and no fridge.

Prima voor een kort verblijf

I didn’t feel this was a 3 star hotel. Room facilities were poor, no kettle, room wasn’t serviced during stay. Room very dated. That said the location was excellent, breakfast fair and price was reasonable. Staff friendly.

Very compact room and bathroom. Not overly comfortable, but adequate for a 1 (few) night stay. Great breakfast. Staff was nice and the free bus pass we got is appreciated.

Hotel ok, atendeu o propósito, fica meio afastado do centro, mas tem um ponto de ônibus em frente, eu estava de carro, o hotel tem estacionamento a um custo de 17 euros por noite, mas acabei deixando na rua lateral que tinha vaga. Quarto tamanho bom, mas falta lugar pra colocar as malas apoiadas, banheiro tem banheira, não gosto, fica ruim pra entrar e sair, chuveiro tinha um “macete” para ligar, o que foi uma surpresa porque a recepção funciona até as 20 horas apenas, então se não fosse dentro desse horário não iria conseguir tomar banho. Café da manhã ok, atendeu, mas poderia ter mais opções. Ponto legal que tinha uma sacada no quarto, com mesa e poltronas, bem legal.

Huone päivityksen tarpeessa, sänky kapea mutta ihan hyvä, kylpyhuoneessa tuoksahti home. Sisäänkirjautuminen uskomattoman hidas! Aamiaisella hyvä valikoima hedelmiä, vihanneksia, leipiä, leikkeleitä, juustoja ja lämpimiä ruokia. Aamiaiselle arvosanaksi 10. Ei jonoja, mukavan rauhallista ja ystävällinen henkilökunta joka piti aamiaishuoneen siistinä ja täydensi koko ajan valikoimia. Kuluneisuudesta huolimatta viihtyisä pieni hiljainen hotelli.

Alles war gut

Overall, this was a very nice place. The downfalls were that you had to carry your luggage up eight steps to get in the hotel then another flight of stairs to get to the elevator (upon arrival one of the staff helped with that, but the morning we left we had to carry the luggage down ourselves). and once you were off the elevator there were a few stairs to go down to get to the rooms. Our room had two bedrooms and they were very stuffy. You could open the windows but there was some sort of construction going on from the early morning. We didn’t spend the daytime in the room so that was okay for us. The staff was very friendly and a great plus was that each guest was given a free bus pass, which saved a lot of money on Ubers plus the bus stop was right across the street and the bus service took you throughout the city so it was extremely convenient.

I wry close to everything and the middle of Altstadt. The breakfast was outstanding too!

The staff was friendly and very accommodating-there is a public transit stop just 2 minutes away on a major bus route that makes local travel really easy. There are two grocery stores within a couple blocks and a number of places to eat close by with a broad selections of local and international tastes. We had a room with two twin beds as I was traveling with my granddaughter - there are few hotels with that option- the room was small but comfortable and had an enclosed balcony-there is no refrigerator, microwave or air conditioning like in typical US hotels - but for Salzburg it was very pleasant and comfortable and I would very much recommend it

Mittelklasse, gut für einen kurzen Aufenthalt.

Good stay for a day, you get free travel pass when you arrive. Only downer is water pressure is low in bath tub.
