욕실에서 올러오는 하수구 냄새가 너무 심햇어요.... 그거말고는 깔끔하고 어메니티도 있고 가격대비 가성비 아주 좋았어요

호텔주인의 친절함에 감동을 받았습니다. 독감/몸살로 몸이 너무 안좋은 상태이었는데 너무 친절하게 서비스를 해주셔서 고마왔습니다. 호텔은 작았지만 객실이 매우 따뜻해서 좋았습니다. 호텔주인이 영어도 잘 하여서 많은 정보를 얻을 수 있었고, 덕분에 Toledo를 구석구석 관광할 수 있었습니다.

Buen hotel con un gran costo -valor . Muy cerca del centro de la ciudad (no está en centro pero a muy pocos pasos… que son cuesta arriba ). Buena elección

Fueron muy amables al darnos la habitación a primera hora de la mañana. Hotel practico y cómodo para visitar Toledo a buen precio. Puede mejorar el estado de la cama supletoria

Nos dieron una habitación muy pequeña parecía un cajón....para meterse en la ducha te las tenías que ver y desear....se oía constantemente ruidos

Thin walls between rooms Had a lamp which was faulty, twice had to request bulb be changed , finally lamp was replaced. Also, wall outlet nearest bed was not functioning. Lack of elevator meant lugging my very heavy suitcase up two flights of stairs.No coffee maker in room , should be a given in hotel rooms these days .

Room was small but spent little time in room so it served our purpose. Mattress and pillows were very hard. Room and hotel were clean. Hotel located in good area to get around Toledo.

The entire process ... location, staff, accommodation ... was superior and more than expected. It is in a dead end with only 3 metered parking spaces, but, having arrived late afternoon, we were fortunate to find a space and pay for the few remaining hours prior to 8 pm after which there was no fee until late the next morning. We did not need the car since we could walk virtually everywhere in this lovely city. Only wish we had had more days to spend in Toledo.

We loved the cleanliness the quietness and the price. We weren't so keen on the fact that entry after 10.30 was by key card and as these are very unreliable we were concerned we wouldn't be able to get in although they did leave you an emergency number. If you are looking for clean, very reasonably priced quiet accommodation 5 minutes manageable climb to the square with no airs and graces then look no further
