시설이 낡아 고장난 곳이 많습니다. 난방이 조절되지 않아 조금 추웠습니다. 프론트는 친절하며 문제점을 제기하면 적극적으로 대응합니다. 배수관 누수 문제로 불편했던 점에 대해 방을 업그레이드 해주고 멋진 아침식사까지 제공 하였습니다. 위치는 중심가에 있어 기차역과 해변을 다니기 좋으며 주변에 대형 마트와 음식점이 많아 편리합니다.

We stayed here for 10 nights. It's a lovely quaint place with cozy but beautiful backyards where you could have nice breakfasts at reasonable cost. Rooms are spacious, clean and quiet. My room was well equipped with all the amenities and cooking facilities. The staff are super friendly and genuinely caring. They really made sure I got everything I needed. We really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely come back if we swing by this region in the future. I have nothing but praises for this place and I am confident that you won't be disappointed for choosing to stay here.

시내쪽에 위치하고 있어서 바다랑은 좀 거리가 있습니다. 10min from sea 방안은 깨끗하고 매일 청소해주고 좋습니다.특히 화장실이 깔끔해요. Cleaning everyday. Good Rest room. 커피머신도 준비되어있고 매일 캡슐 2개씩줘요. 2 coffeecapsules a day. 아줌마가 친절했어요. 98번없어져서 트램2호선 타야된다고 지도로 알려주시고 방에 모안된다고하면 사용법도 직접와서 알려주셨어요 Nice manager. 모기가 있는 게 안좋았습니다. 3마리 잡았어요. 거기 사는 것 같아요. 액체 모기향약이 있긴 했습니다. Mosquito.

취사가 가능한 아파트형식의 숙소. 간단한 음식을 호텔과달리 편하게 할수있는게 장점. 방음안되고 현대식시설은 아님

저렴한 가격에 저렴한 서비스.. 그 이상도 그 이하도 아닙니다..

이곳에서 삼박을 하였습니다. 첫날 샤워장의 물이 욕조밖으로 많이 튀어나오더군요. 오후 8시 이후에 직원이 근무하지 않는 호텔이라, 다음날 아침 프론트데스크에 얘기를 하였습니다. 주인이 함께 방에와서 확인을 하였지요. 가로막는 유리벽밑에 공간이 생겨서 즉시 고칠수 없기에 다른 방으로 옮겨주기를 요청하였더니 처음에는 안된다고 하더군요. 한참후, 논쟁후에 결국은 옮겨주었지만, 서비스사업을 하는 여주인의 태도에 기븐이 많이 좋지 않았습니다

니스 중심가와 가깝고 근처에 슈퍼가 있어서 좋았어요.

시내중심까지 걸어서 갈수 있고 1층에 모노프리 건너편에 피카르드 등 마트가 가까워서 편리했습니다. 새로 리모델링을 했는지 페인트 냄새가 났던 점이 아쉽네요. 주차는 길건너 주차장에 24시간 19유로에 가능했습니다.

중앙역에서 가까워 공항에서 오거나 다른 지역으로 갈 때에도 큰 불편 없이 오가기 좋았습니다. 시설이 매우 깔끔하고, 식사하는 데 아무런 지장이 없을 만큼 모든 조리 기구들이 잘 갖춰져 있었습니다. 바로 옆에는 슈퍼마켓이 있어 또한 좋았어요.

Grand studio, lit très confortable. Prix raisonnable en centre ville.

It was all lovely and the staff was very helpful and accessible. My only complaint is that we had a car and there was no parking available and nothing nearby. Most people seem to take the train to the hotel so the hotel was not equipped to assist with directing us to reasonable parking.

Très bon séjour bien placé à Nice

Très bel établissement très bien entretenu et très bien situé. Personnel au top, beaucoup d’attentions pour nous rendre le séjour le plus agréable possible. Chambre tout confort et très propre. Petit déjeuner extraordinaire pris en terrasse avec des produits frais locaux et de qualité.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir sind super zufrieden mit dem Unterkunft und würden es sicher weiterempfehlen 🙌

清潔な部屋もちろんですがスタッフのホスピタリティが素晴らしかった

(exec studio, courtyard view) What a wonderful experience! From the warm greeting when we arrived to the leisurely breakfasts in the courtyard (“continental plus” in terms of choice and quality) to every interaction with Corrina, Simon and others, we truly felt welcome and at home. Room was spacious, and such a treat to have ample storage. Comfy bed; good shower. Location was ideal for multiple trips to the train station to explore the region, and was outside the main crush of tourists, yet close enough for easy walks to Old Town. We left with a new obsession with olive jam and cheese (a tear may have been shed upon departure). Cannot say enough good things about these people and the place. You truly made our time in your beautiful part of the world all the more special.

Overall, our stay was good. Things we liked: helpful staff, secure and quiet location, having our own kitchen, central and walkable location. Things which could be improved: musty smell in the linen closet, water damage on the floor in the bedroom.

This is a really special place. Other than the location, which was fantastic, and the breakfast, which was quite possibly the best i've had at any hotel, the people who run the hotel are wonderful - nothing is too much trouble. If we go back to Nice this is the place we'll be booking again.
