독일 내 호텔 비용이 비싼데 상대적으로 저렴하고 상당히 친절함..단지 비품을 조금 더 신경썼으면 함,.식수, 티슈, 샴푸, 치약, 칫솔 등 없음

I would give only 2 out of 5. All of the staff was very kind and helpful, but that is the only good thing about this hotel. Car parking was not free which was supposed to be according to the information show at the app. The entire condition was a lot worse and older than it is shown at the app. I do Not recommend at all!

Generally, it was good staying at Hotel Strauss. The price, location and service were good.

we had to pay extra 8 euro for parking fee, even though it says 'free parking fee'. the staffs are not that kind, however, if you just want to stay 1 night, it is okay.

역에서는 도보로 10분정도 걸리고, 구시가까지는 5분이내로 갈 수 있는 위치에 있음. 방 크기는 보통이고 낡은 느낌인데 화장실에서 비린내 비슷한 하수고 냄새가 너무 심하게 나서 호텔방에 있는게 싫을 정도였음.

중앙역에서 트램을 타고 2정거장정도 되는 거리였으나 나가면 앞에 강변이 가까워서 산책하기 좋았음. 화장실 수압이 매우세서 물이 많이 튀기도 하였지만 전반적으로 깔끔하고 조용한 분위기.

Close the everything and with good parking garage access.

Excelente estadia! Quarto muito limpo e bem equipado, com todo o necessário para o conforto do hóspede, com TV de bom tamanho, frigobar, janela antirruído, black-out, dentre outras comodidades! Percebe-se claramente o cuidado e preocupação dos administradores em fornecer a melhor estadia possível! Estão de parabéns! Recomendo incondicionalmente esse hotel que, além de tudo, está extremamente bem localizado e tem estacionamento incluído na diária.

I booked the family room due to the fact that I was travelling with my adult son and needed separate beds. The room was clean and provided 2 beds attached and a 3rd separate bed which suited my needs and also a walk-in shower. The room did not have cell phone charges so I had to ask the front desk for a converter. I liked the old world charm of this property, especially the charming restaurant. Although open for breakfast for 15 Euros pp, the restaurant itself was closed for dining due to not having a cook, I was told. Breakfast was adequate for the 15 Euros with the coffee machine and standard fare. The hotel offered candy and soft drinks for a fee if you needed it, but no coffee kettle in the room. The front desk staff were unable to provide recommendations for a good restaurant in the area and just said to walk into the town. However, just across the street we found the most delicious Italian restaurant, Trattoria Laguna, which I highly recommend for quality food at reasonable prices. This property was easy to find from the train station (about a 15-minute walk with luggage) and it was also an easy short walk to the old town. Overall, a very good stay.

The staff were amazing, very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was great!

We did not partake of breakfast. Lovely room. Clean and very comfortable beds. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would recommend anyone to visit this gorgeous hotel.
