The hotel was wonderful and has a nice location. Just a few minute away from Santa Lucia Station. The staff was friendly and very professional. I was impressed by their kindness. The room was beautiful having a wonderful bathroom.

I was impressed by the hotel settings and my experience with the hotel was really good. It's rare in Venice that a hotel with beautiful garden, located by the see with reasonable price. The interior and fcailities seems rather luxurious.

위치 역에서 가깝고, 시설도 만족했어요~ 직원들 친절하고, 미니바 품목이 모두 유료에요~(2분거리 슈퍼마켓이나 주변 식당에서 물 등 구매)

일단 위치가 아주 좋음. 기차역에서 가깝고 수상버스 역에서도 가까워서 여행하기에 최적의 장소임. 시설은 조금 낡았으나 도시 전체의 문제일 것이고, 관리는 께끗함. 만족스럽고 추천할 만함.

Garden was beautiful and breakfast was good. Location(Bus stop to anywhere including airport) was wonderful.

Beautiful old school hotel with a nice rose garden and patio right on the canal. The hotel is located very close to the train station and there are stores and restaurants nearby. The staff really sets itself apart from other places we have stayed. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. We will definitely be returning.

I had the room on the 2nd floor facing the canal. It was the perfect view and perfect experience.

This place had a fantastic location near the train and bus station, an excellent garden area right on the canal that we spent some considerable time in, and a very clean and safe property with gated access. The room was great as well, not a ton of space, but the bathroom was updated and it was clean with a comfortable bed. Just based on the garden (on the grand canal) and location, I would highly recommend this place and would stay here again. We did not try the food on site but the area looked very nice. The staff were very friendly as well and helpful. Great stay in Venice!

Stunning hotel, wonderful cooked breakfast and made to order coffee, absolutely thrilled to have been upgraded in our room to a suite that included a private balcony area. Overall, a fantastic way to end our international holiday to Italy.

We loved this property - it's just a magical space and the deluxe suite 106 with its gorgeous patio and view of the canal is unreal. Highly recommend - the service was also excellent and it's a stone's throw from the train and bus station entrance to Venice. A fantastic value as well and we would totally go back.

Great Location near to the main train station, the garden on the grand canal is a great things

This is a lovely hotel made even better by the staff. Everyone makes you welcome and goes out of their way to make your stay great Highly recommended.
