The hotel was wonderful and has a nice location. Just a few minute away from Santa Lucia Station. The staff was friendly and very professional. I was impressed by their kindness. The room was beautiful having a wonderful bathroom.

I was impressed by the hotel settings and my experience with the hotel was really good. It's rare in Venice that a hotel with beautiful garden, located by the see with reasonable price. The interior and fcailities seems rather luxurious.

4성 호텔이 맞긴 한건가 의심이 듬 4성 호텔이라기엔 곳곳에 청소가 안된 부분이 많았음 샤워부스에 문이 없어서 샤워할때 물 튈까봐 조심해서 해야됨 에어컨이 없는건지 뭔지 더운데 어떻게 하라는건지 걸을때마다 바닥이 울림

위치 역에서 가깝고, 시설도 만족했어요~ 직원들 친절하고, 미니바 품목이 모두 유료에요~(2분거리 슈퍼마켓이나 주변 식당에서 물 등 구매)

일단 위치가 아주 좋음. 기차역에서 가깝고 수상버스 역에서도 가까워서 여행하기에 최적의 장소임. 시설은 조금 낡았으나 도시 전체의 문제일 것이고, 관리는 께끗함. 만족스럽고 추천할 만함.

Garden was beautiful and breakfast was good. Location(Bus stop to anywhere including airport) was wonderful.

The staff is willing to help, however the overall tidiness and cleanliness of the hotel rooms is disappointing, also the hotel gives a creepy vibe.

I must say the room was spacious, and it had a very romantic feeling. The staff were friendly and professional. I highly recommend this hotel for any couple that is looking for comfortable beds, nice showers and cold rooms.

Beautiful clean property, with canals on both sides. Nice green courtyards and trees, good food and service:) Close to the train and amenities. Room very nice, updated yet still classic Venice. Highly recommend, we would definitely stay here again!

Very unique! Short walk to the train station, which was great with heavy bags. Breakfast was excellent out on the garden overlooking the Canal

Nice boutique hotel with friendly staff

The staff was excellent and took care of us well. We were only there a short time but will be going back soon. When we do, we will be staying at this hotel again.

If they only had complimentary ice water I would give you a 5/5

Tolles Hotel mit einem einzigartigen Garten für Venedig - direkt am Canale Grande. Frühstücksauswahl gut - für 4-Sterne-Hotel könnte nicht alles in abgepackter Form vorhanden sein - Marmelade, Joghurt, ... Wurst- und Käseauswahl könnte auch ein bisschen mehr sein, es ist aber für jeden was dabei. Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Hotel ist aber auch im gehobenen Preissegment. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen - danke.
