the staff very bad response, and make us not comfortable she us don't have much money for check in early haha crazy things that she said to us!! not polite very bad the hotel heater is broke and the toilet there is no shampoo and toothpaste, and also the breakfast is just so so :(

The photos on website are totally different with the reality. The staff was also not helpful. I brought very heavy luggage but none of them offered me a help.

The hotel never let friends to visit me during I’m staying for 4 night and room are too small, breakfast not really good at all
