Camera spaziosa e personale molto gentile

Lige i udkanten af centrum, 15 Mins gang dertil. Spis lokalt ikke i turistfælderne i centrum. Supermarked ved siden af. Vand på gulvet i badeværelset efter brus. Personalet vidste det, men sagde intet. Middelgod morgenmad. Vi har boet på 250 hotellet med cykler, og dette var første gang, vi har betalt for det 5€å pr cykel pr døgn for udendørs opbevaring, ikke ok.

We stayed in a deluxe suite- 2 levels and THE largest 2 bathrooms we have ever seen in our European travels. We were able to check in early after a long hot walk from the train station which was greatly appreciated. Front desk staff was super helpful with many tips on places to visit, eat, and drink. Plus they were always there to help ( couldn’t unlock our door). Main part of our room was upstairs with a comfortable bed, huge bathroom and a long shelf like table overlooking the downstairs. Lots of amenities in the bathrooms. Small fridge stocked with a few beverages. Shag carpet going up the stairs. Breakfast buffet was very good with lots of options.

Breakfast was great. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Great location relative to the city. Quieter than in other parts of the city.

Großes Zimmer fussmässig von der Altstadt. Sehr gutes Frühstück, Zimmer im EG etwas finster, Hotel befindet sich in einem ehemaligen Kloster.

Funcionários extremamente gentis e solícitos. Acomodação impecável, quarto espaço e limpo. Café da manhã muito saboroso. Super recomendado

È sempre piacevole soggiornare in questo hotel però ultimamente lo stanno trascurando un po' troppo ed è un vero peccato. Ad esempio per questa volta avevamo una splendida suite al piano Terra addirittura con due bagni però il bagno al piano di sotto non funzionava lo scarico del wc ed il bagno al piano di sopra aveva la vasca idromassaggio in condizioni pessime. Ruggine, calcare e muffa nelle bocchette e nello scarico. Peccato perché per ambienti, posizione e cortesia del personale andrebbe valorizzato e manutenuto sicuramente molto meglio.

Alle Angestellten waren nett und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer im 1. Stock war sehr sauber und schön gestaltet. Das Badezimmer sehr schön mit Mosaikfliesen gestaltet. Ich war eine Nacht im Erdgeschoss, das Zimmer war, aufgrund der Deckenhöhe, beeindruckend, aber das Badezimmer benötigte, meiner Meinung nach, eine Modernisierung.

Overall, our stay was nice and the rooms were spacious. But make sure to request a heater before you arrive. On our first night, they told us there were no heaters available. Other than that, everything was fine.

Good location

We had a great stay and the reception team were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is about a 10 mins walk from the historic square and has a good number of restaurants nearby, which were reasonably price and great food. Our room was on the first floor overlooking the street and was very comfortable, although the chairs were a bit tired and the cleaning could have been better. The breakfast was very good and went through until 10.30, plenty of choice. If you want to stay within the walled city we would recommend this hotel as you can get to all the places very easily.

El servicio y la calidad del personal es excelente, pero el hotel es viejo y adolece de mantenimiento. La persona encargada del Aseo, te saca de la habitación, porque tiene que hacer la limpieza, porque debe irse. Y cuando entra si es la habitación, ni siquiera extiende bien la cama, no desocupa, papeleras, etc. el agua de la ducha se sale todo el tiempo e inunda al baño en la habitación. La repararon y aún así sigue igual. El aire acondicionado es fatal y va de no servir a congelar el hotel. Necesita un mantenimiento general. Muy costoso para lo que ofrecen.

Giulio and Maria in reception were excellent. Both very helpful, warm and friendly. Went out of their way to answer questions. Hotel and room were quaint, beautiful and historic. It is a former convent with some relics remaining.Very clean and comfortable. Unique and beautiful rooms. Fantastic breakfast included.

Great breakfast and convienient walking distance to sights in the old town.
