방이 조금 좁았고, 편의시설이 부적한 느낌이에요. 금액대비 가성비는 조금 떨어지는 것 같아요.

위치도 좋고 서비스도 좋은데 밤에 시끄러워요. 예민하신 분들은 잠자기 불편할 수도 있는 정도? 거리공연하고 파티하는 소음때문에 밤 늦게까지 시끄러워서 문 다 닫고 asmr틀고 잤어요. 그리고 에어컨이 엄청 시원하게 나오지는 않았어요.

깨끗했지만 조금 후미진곳에 있네요. 이른 아침에는 다니지마세요.

위치나 호텔 상태 너무 좋았습니다~ 역이랑도 가깝고 여행하기 최고의 장소입니다! 웬만한 곳은 15-20분이면 다 걸어갈 수 있어서 저흰 구경도 할겸 걸어다녔어요

바르셀로나 시내와도 가깝고 여행하기에 좋은 위치에 있어서 좋았고 아침 조식도 끝내줬습니다.

전반적으로 모든 서비스가 다 훌륭하였으며, 그 중에서도 위치가 가장 Best 였습니다. 바르셀로나 핫플레이스 보른 지구에서 워낙 가까워서 좋았습니다.

전반적으로 관리가 잘 된 편안한 숙소였어요! 지역도 안전하고 교통편이 나름 편리했던 것 같아요. 특히 생수를 양껏 꺼내먹을 수 있어서 좋았어용

숙소도 깔끔하게 잘 정리해주시고 각층 끝에 물이 배치되어 있는게 너무 좋았습니다. 로비 직원들도 착하게 잘 알려주시고 너무 만족할만한 숙소였습니다

There was a gentleman on reception he was fantastic, helpful, friendly, really great service - everyone ignored us.

Hotel was in a great location. Rooms and public areas very clean and staff helpful. Breakfast was fresh and had all the choice needed. Great base for a city break in Barcelona.

The front desk staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and friendly, my room was beautifully cleaned each day, and the neighborhood can't be beat - the restaurants and shops and points of interest are all there within blocks, and I spent hours exploring each day. I was at Ciutat de Barcelona for 5 nights/6 days, and would have loved to stay longer. I will definitely be back.

Didn’t like the way the staff addressed our complaints . The TV and the phone did not work and the response was: you can do without TV for 1 night

A great stay at hotel ciutat. Staff were very helpful before we arrived in accommodating changes we made to our trip. We arrived at the hotel at 1pm and were delighted to discover our room was ready to check into. Hotel is in a great location and we were able to walk everywhere. Plenty of choice at breakfast and a secure room to leave our luggage on the last day. Pool area is nice but due to our late October stay, it was too cold to get into We enjoyed relaxing and reading on the sun loungers though. Thanks to the staff for a lovely stay. We will be back!

Very nice, centrally located with walking/metro access to main attractions

The hotel is fine, but it’s old and it’s not well maintained. Lots of scratch on the walls and the mattress was hard. It’s not bad, but for the price I was a expecting a better room. The employees were really accommodating and helpful. I heard there renovating all the hotel soon. I assume they share my opinion
