위치는 정말 좋습니다. 상태도 깨끗하고 다만 아래 후기에도 있었지만 새벽까지의 소음은 있습니다. 소리에 매우 둔감하고 위치를 우선시 한다면 추천드려요.

딱 한가지만 빼고 다 좋습니다. 새벽 2시 3시까지 둥둥둥둥 거리는 베이스소리가 지속적으로 납니다. 잠귀 밝으신분은 상당히 힘드실겁니다. 그것말고는 아주 좋습니다. 특히 위치가 너무 좋고 청결상태도 아주 양호합니다. 아이2명에 성인3명이었는데 잠자는데도 불편함없이 잘 지냈습니다.

위치가 좋아 관광하기 최적의 조건이고 근처에 까르프등도 있어서 좋았습니다

먼저 위치는 정말 최상의 장소였읍니다. 람블라스거리 멕도널드와 kfc사이골목에 들어가서 멕도널드쪽 으로 있는 중국음식점과 약국사이골목에 위치해서 찾지도 쉬웠지만 다만 사무실이 따로 있는 관계로 커뮤니케이션에 좀 어여움이 있었습니다.. 사진보다 약간 낡은 느낌이었지만 모든시설이 편안하고 안락했지만 쇼파배드의 상태가 좀 않좋은것이 옥의 티라면 티... 걸어서 레알광장, 카탈류냐광장, 고딕지구까지도 걸어서 편안히 다닐수 있는 거리이고 주변에 레스토랑도 유명한곳이 밀집해 있어서 정말 다니기 편했습니다 가족단위의 여행객들에 추천할만한 숙소라고 생각합니다

The room and property are ok but the surroundings are dreadful, passed out junkies, drunks and the smell of urine lingering from the alleys is horrible

Enjoyed my stay here, the room was great and staff brought us what we needed when asked. The entrance way was through a garbage alley so it was a bit stinky every time we opened the balcony. Also was expensive.

No recomiendo este lugar , mi familia y yo no pudimos hospedarnos en el lugar ya reservado y pagado y el cobro extra de la tarifa adicional ; ya que homeless que estaban afuera lde la puerta del lugar no permitieron que ingresáramos a lugar reservado ni siquiera pudimos entrar , la zona remodelando las calles , insegura , sucia de muy mal aspecto tuve que pagar otro lugar e irnos de ahí a otro lugar

The location is great and the booking agency helpful, but other than that it isn’t a great place. The apartments get used and abused. The tub was old and rusted and the shower rod kept falling down so we couldn’t use it. A weak attempt at fixing it by putting some nasty looking glue on the wall which didn’t work. We couldn’t wait to leave. Find a better place if you want to enjoy your accommodations. Not worth the cost.

We could not access the hotel as all streets nearby were closed for the popes visit and there was no way to get all of our luggage there. The “host” was absolutely no help, could not suggest a route to take to get closer or even a location to park and walk from- basically giving a verbal shrug. We never made it to our room.

Clean rooms

Stayed with my husband and two children for 4 nights and the space was perfect for us! Quiet room located in the heart of the historic area. Within walking distance of the major sights we wanted to see as well as lots of food options. Host was helpful and communication was clear and prompt. Little touches provided like coffee and dish/washing machine products made our stay even easier. Highly recommend!

Zeer goede ligging . Wel misschien een verbeterpunt is eventueel een geluidsas tussen inkomdeur en inkomkamer. Als er personen op de gang zijn die in 1 van de 2 andere kamers op het verdiep binnengaat of verlaat en wat luidruchtig deur toeklapt of praat (lachen)..., hoor je dat wel (te) goed. Anders heel tevreden. Gr

We loved the location of the apartment, walking distance to so many must see attractions, restaurants and shops just outside, beach 20 min walk. We really enjoyed our stay

O apartamento estava super limpo, o acesso foi fácil e não achei barulhento. Só no beco que acessa o apartamento que fica com um cheiro ruim no final do dia por conta do lixo

Everything was great. Well appointed kitchen that could have included a dish drainer. I was a bit nervous at night making sure I wasn’t followed into the alley when going into the apartment. I appreciate the hotel was transparent about the construction going on. These windows were quality for keeping the construction noise out. I was concerned that if I went out on the balcony and closed the door that I would lock myself out so I didn’t use it. I wanted to use it but close the door to keep construction dust out. Minor issues. I would tell future travellers to bring slippers because that floors were very cold. I should have thought about that and expected that would be the case with a building that probably has solid stone floors!

Excellent accommodation, great location, everything we needed

Center of Gautic area. Very convenient. Clean and roomy. Well equiped kitchen. Only thing is a bit challenge to find the main entry.

Detergent in apartment would be good to use washer and to wash dishes
