별4개가 아니고 별2개 정도임. 샤워커튼 냄새가 너무 불쾌함.

시설이 오래되 보였지만 청결상태는 양호했다. 조식은 기본메뉴가 최소한으로 갖춰져있었다.

다른것보다 위치가 상대적으로 좋았고...찾기도 쉬웠어요... 버스터미널에서도 그리 멀지 않고... 코임브라 역에서는 훨씬 가깝구요~ 코임브라...를 하루 둘러보기엔 참...괜찮은 곳이었네요~

Escolhi o hotel porque precisava de estacionamento, pois tinha malas no porta-malas do carro. Ao chegar para fazer o check-in à tarde fui informada de que o estacionamento do hotel estava cheio e que não haviam vagas disponíveis. O site do hotel no hoteis.com não informava que o estacionamento estava sujeito à disponibilidade de vagas. Tivemos muita dificuldade de encontrar vagas na rua o que foi péssimo! Além disso o ar-condicionado do quarto não gelava e desligava automaticamente após algumas horas. Acordamos várias vezes à noite com calor, e precisamos religar umas duas vezes o ar-condicionado. A geladeira estava lacrada, não podendo utilizá-la, e parte da cortina do quarto estava fora do trilho, deixando muita luz entrar no quarto.

No AC in 100 degree days. Elevator stopped working. But it was a hotel.

Clean room, but bad smell in the bathroom and in the hallways. Two of the lamps did not work. Plus, the bathroom light flashed in and off.

The building it’s a bit tiered. My bed was comfortable. Good aircon system. Helpful staff.

O hotel é muito bom a cama excelente o hotel é de fácil acesso próximo dos pontos principais. O café da manhã não tem muita opções mas é bom. Recomendo.

Great location, but the AC did not work in our first room, we changed rooms 3 times, but the staff were very helpful. So no complaining there. Loved the experience.

La cama bien, pero el armario con humedades y moho por dentro y el baño con el grifo roto , baños antiguos, para mi parecer un 3 estrellas raspado , las vistas del balcón horribles…no es un hotel para nada de 4 estrellas, no sé en qué se fijan para poner 4 estrellas a un hotel.

O quarto é confortável, o café da manhã bom. Entretanto a funcionária de forma ríspida não deixou que o carro fosse colocado no estacionamento antes do pagamento da nova diária, qual seja, tive que descer do carro ir na recepção, para depois voltar ao carro para liberarem o estacionamento. Mesmo eu já estando hospedado e tendo mais um dia para ficar no hotel.

It was just ok. Need some update here and there but you got what you paid for. Closed to almost everywhere, near super market and coin laundry. But Coimbra itself is very walkable city. I stayed for one night, and most of time I was out enjoying the city. In my opinion it need more lights inside the room. Staff were helpful though

Ótimo custo benefício. Os atendentes não explicam nada, o interfone estava desligado, a porta da sacada não fechava. Gostei do banho e do banheiro Cama e travesseiro confortável, dormi sem coberta porque não sabia que era presa na cama e não tinha interfone para perguntar.

Quarto e excelente e boa localização Alguns itens do café não foram repostos mas super recomendo

Situé à l’entrée de la vieille, l’ hôtel est parfait pour découvrir Coimbra. Le plus un parking sécurisé de l’hôtel pour plus de tranquillité . Excellente literie, petit déjeuner copieux. Personnel serviable. On recommande.

Um Elevador bem pequeno hotel com 6 andares já viu não tem ponto de desembarque e embarque vc tem q parar o carro Longe e se virar com as malas ou pagar uma diária de 17 euros no estacionamento deles não deixam nem desembarcar a bagagem se vire

When we arrived, the room we had was awful, bathroom tiles/ grout were dirty and moldy. Toilet and sink were ok. Overall a dingy room. My friend went to front desk to see if we could have another room, she was told not possible, hotel was booked. We figured it just 2 nights, we’ll bare it. Off we went to visit Coimbra. Upon our return (6 hours later) we noticed the AC was not working. Went to front desk, let them know we had an issue, a staff member came up to room to see what the issue was. She was very nice but unable to get it working. Eventually we were given another room, much better and bigger,1 king bed and single bed. However the bathroom tiles were awful as well. The water pressure is great and the towels are thick and absorbent.

O quarto era bom, muito espaçoso, cama boa, o banheiro não é dos melhores, mas é ok. O estacionamento é pago a parte 17 euros por noite, achei bem caro. O café da manhã é bom e é servido das 6:30 até 12h. A localização do hotel é excelente, fizemos tudo a pé pela cidade.

Ótimo custo benefício, boa localizai e quarós bem amplos.
