정말 편안하고 친절한 호텔입니다. 위치가 슈테판 대성당 바로 앞이라 어디든 다니기에 불편함이 없었고, 직원분들이 모두 너무 친절하셔서 정말 기분좋게 머물 수 있었어요. 호텔밖에서 마주쳤을때도 소소하지만 도움을 주셔서 정말 감사했어요. 방정리도 오전/오후 두번씩 꼬박꼬박 해주셔서 깨끗한 방에서 만족스럽게 지낼 수 있었습니다. 강력 추천합니다~

지하철 스페판광장역 바로 위에 있어, 접근성 및 관광의 용이성은 최고였음. 직원들의 서비스도 매우 좋았으며, 현대적 시설의 룸이었음, 그러나 5성급이라기엔 청소및 유지상태가 다소 모자란 듯 한 것이 아쉬웠음. 스테판광장은 구도심의 중심이며, 빈에서 가장 큰 쇼핑거리, 그리고 볼거리들의 중심에 위치하고 있어 인근에 괜찮은 레스토랑들이 많은 곳이이서 3일간 묵으면서 대단히 만족스러웠음. 인근에 괜찮은 한국식당도 있어 여러모로 좋은 위치에 자리잡았다고 생각됨..

호텔이 대성당 주변이라 비엔나 관광에 편리하였으며, 방 청결도는 우수함 가격대비 조식은 별로....

Beautiful!! Hotel room was clean, well appointed and in the BEST location!! Staff was so friendly and helpful. One of the best stays I’ve experienced in a long time. I look forward to returning someday!

The hotel was beautiful! Everything was so much better in person than what we saw in the pictures and the view of the cathedral from our hotel room was absolutely stunning. The staff were very friendly and helped us so much with everything. They were also able to store our luggage for us after we checked out while we explore Vienna for the day. I definitely would rate this as one of my most favorite stays ever and I will be recommending it to everyone!

Meilleur emplacement de Vienne pour balade et shopping. Très belles chambres, très confortable et très propres. L’entrée et la réception de l’hôtel sont pittoresques et anecdotiques 😆

The location was awesome! The floor in the bathroom was a little dirty but nothing terrible. The staff were amazing! They were very helpful to us since this was our first trip to Vienna. The food was very good as well.

I would prefer more lights in the room, specially around the closet and bath. Also more lights at hallways. The breakfast at the hotel is very expensive if you compare with other places near by. The reception location is extremely unusual, at floor 6th. On top of that, at the hotel entrance there is a Demel shops expending all day long demels to go. The smell gets into the hotel pathways, lift, all over. Room was very very clean!!! Clean ladies, views and in general personnel there are excellent!!!

Perfecte centrale lokatie met zicht op Stephansdom en 20 stappen naar de metro. Heel veel bezienswaardigheden en winkelstraten op loopafstand. Met het raam dicht hoor je niks van buiten. Het inbegrepen ontbijt was geen menu, maar een vast menu dat je kreeg (assortiment broodjes, kaas, vlees, water, sap en koffie/thee)

Zu beloben ist das äusserst freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal. Was uns im Hotel störte, ist die Beduftung. Uns reizten diese Düfte in Nase und Rachen. Ich denke, man könnte ganz gut ohne diese Nervenreizungen auskommen.
