정말 편안하고 친절한 호텔입니다. 위치가 슈테판 대성당 바로 앞이라 어디든 다니기에 불편함이 없었고, 직원분들이 모두 너무 친절하셔서 정말 기분좋게 머물 수 있었어요. 호텔밖에서 마주쳤을때도 소소하지만 도움을 주셔서 정말 감사했어요. 방정리도 오전/오후 두번씩 꼬박꼬박 해주셔서 깨끗한 방에서 만족스럽게 지낼 수 있었습니다. 강력 추천합니다~

지역적, 교통면에서 편하고 실내 시설도 깨끗하고 잘 정돈되어 있음.

지하철 스페판광장역 바로 위에 있어, 접근성 및 관광의 용이성은 최고였음. 직원들의 서비스도 매우 좋았으며, 현대적 시설의 룸이었음, 그러나 5성급이라기엔 청소및 유지상태가 다소 모자란 듯 한 것이 아쉬웠음. 스테판광장은 구도심의 중심이며, 빈에서 가장 큰 쇼핑거리, 그리고 볼거리들의 중심에 위치하고 있어 인근에 괜찮은 레스토랑들이 많은 곳이이서 3일간 묵으면서 대단히 만족스러웠음. 인근에 괜찮은 한국식당도 있어 여러모로 좋은 위치에 자리잡았다고 생각됨..

호텔이 대성당 주변이라 비엔나 관광에 편리하였으며, 방 청결도는 우수함 가격대비 조식은 별로....

There are some important things to know about this hotel. For better or for worse, it is located in a touristy mall area. It has lots of shops, but also lots of people crammed outside your hotel. You will NOT hear crowd noise from your room. The hotel boasts to house two high-class restaurants, that you will need to have formal attire to dine in. I got room service from one and was not impressed. They have a dessert/bakery bar downstairs. They make them for tourists. Honestly it makes it smelly—I never had the baked dessert. The hotel offers a driver to pick you up from the airport!! Do this! It is a long way. Past the mall area, you are a short walk from all major attractions. The Cathedral they advertise to be right outside the hotel... It’s hundreds of years old. The exterior is cool—but the inside is dank, and you could pass on this one..I would stay in the hotel again—but I was initially overwhelmed by crowds (which you get used to), cathedral has a dud interior—but you can walk to other attractions and restaurants 5-10 minutes tops, or right outside the door. I would recommend this hotel to others with caveats.

Alles wunderbar. Ausser das Check/in Erlebnis. Ich war nun schon 6 oder 7 Mal dort und muss jedes mal meine Kontakdaten eingeben. Check-in dauert IMMER 10 Min. Das geht besser.

Amazing

I parked myself at the Cobdengasse garage for the same rate. It was about an 8-min walk. Alternately, the hotel offered to meet me at end of the pedestrian zone/square and park it for me. Had I had a lot of luggage, I would've gone that route. My negatives were largely due to the fact that it was New Year's, so the hotel had a lot of things going on. I didn't attend the festivities at the hotel, but it appeared a little chaotic. I had heard about reception being on the 6th floor, but it looked like a temporary table. The staff manning the door and handling check-in were all professional and friendly, but the overall experience didn't match the caliber of hotel it's supposed to be. The room was nice, and they handed out free champagne for New Year's and honored my free wine for being a VIP Hotels.com member. The bed was comfortable. The location is the biggest positive, by far...especially on New Year's...right in front of the sqaure. But breakfast was running late the next day due to the clean-up from the party before. So, I ended up leaving before getting the breakfast I had paid extra for. It's not a bad hotel, by any stretch, and the staff was great. The room was interesting...looked like a bachelor pad, but in a good way. I liked it. If it hadn't been for the super high New Year's rate, I wouldn't complain about a thing.

Der Aufenthalt war rundum gelungen. Sehr freundliches und kompetente Mitarbeiter. Die Speisen des Room-Services war exzellent. Bademantel und Slipper und guter Qualität und mit Branding. Do&Co hat hohe Erwartungen geweckt und schließlich erfüllt. Auch der relativ kurzfristig gebuchte Chauffeur Service war einfach top.

Nice location, nice restaurants

Konum olarak harika her yerim yürüme mesafesinde otel konforu olarak da çok iyi bir oteldi.

I had a problem when arriving because i didn’t know there is no street beside the hotel and i had to call them few minutes before arrival to arrange for the luggage porter to be there, besid that my stay was excellent, the room 👍👍👍, the check in and out was fast, restaurant great, friendly and helpful staff most of all the location opposite st sephan cathedral and in the core of the center,in my next visit to vienna i will surely pick the same place. This property is just next to the St Stephen’s Cathedral. Our room has a balcony with a spectacular view of the Cathedral and the square. The location is very convenient for shopping and there are lots of good restaurants around.
