이태리여행에서 가장 좋지않았던 숙소였습니다.ㅠ 노후된시설과 특히 세면대,샤워실은 배수가 되지않아 신경써야했는데 얘기했는데 그대로였어요ㅜ 제 신혼여행중 가장 기억에안좋았던 숙소라 한국분들껜 비추하고싶네요. 여인숙 수준인거같습니다.왜3성급인지;;ㅠ 조식은 무난한편이였어요.

The place is clean. The location is good. It's extra bonus to have breakfast which is really convenient! Staffs were friendly, courteous and helpful. It could be a bit noisy, sometimes sometimes coming from the heating in the room, sometimes from the other guests as the room was next to the breakfast room. But overall it's not bad, typical of what you would expect from a hotel of its calibre.

Ottimo Hotel in posizione centrale a pochi passi da Rialto, ben servito e facilmente raggiungibile dalla stazione e dai principali luoghi di interesse. Staff gentile e molto disponibile, camere pulite e accoglienti. Consigliato!

The room and breakfast were outstanding. We stayed in the luxury (Soft) room with the hot tub. The room was overall fantastic, but I would note that the water does not run hot enough for a hot bath in the whirlpool tub (first world problems). The water is good enough for a hot shower though. All that said, the hotel's location is central to Venice, on the route that goes between the train station (Ferrarovia) and Rialto Bridge/San Marco Piazzo. Easy to find your way, but a little touristy. That said, good bars and Cichetti can be found by walking a few minutes north or south from the hotel. A good hotel to get lost and wander Venice from. Not a note on the hotel, but recommend taking one of the hotel maps (and a small compass). Venice, as well as many denser Italian cities, is not conducive to GPS.

Very nice and large rooms, convenient located to walk anywhere in Venice.

All aspects of hotel were good. Great location with plenty of shops and food nearby. We did find the pillows and mattress a bit hard for our personal liking.

Avoid at all costs. Photos are deceptive. The hotel is dingy, feels worn and tired, staff are rude and unhelpful, rooms are inaccurate to the photos posted online. I was given a room without a real window. Just a small dark box. Staff wouldn't help or make it right.

No me hucieron limpieza en mi habitacion, esta un poco retirado de la zona turistica, apartada de los puntos de acceso del barco y hay que estar llevando maletas en michas escaleras, en genral el acceso se me hizo complicado, ya es un hotel viejo y se nota jeje, pero aun asi no es malo el servicio es bueno muy amables, ahhh y esta un poco pscuro para llegar ahi, pero so vas a venecia lo ultimo que haras es estar domido. Vale la pena.

We very much enjoyed our stay. This was a convenient location, 5 minute walk to two Vaparetto stations, 5 minutes to Rialto bridge. Room was beautifully appointed.

Great location. Friendly staff. We did find ants in our room minutes before checking out, but overall we had a great stay.

No hay ascensor, la habitación está en segunda planta. Personal amable llegamos antes y pudimos dejarles las maletas hasta check in Aunque no había un espacio adecuado para ello

Kjempefint hotell med nærhet til det du vil se i sentrum. God frokostbuffé og intime rom. Stille og rolig strøk med gode restauranter og severdigheter i området. Anbefales.

We loved our stay here and hope to be back again soon! Venice is truly magical. We started our honeymoon here and then headed on a cruise to Greece. We spent three nights in one of the upgraded rooms with the hot tub. Location was perfect and it was so nice having the hot tub. I think only complaint was the thin/not comfy pillows but that seems to be standard in Europe, lol. Great staff and place!

Nice property for Venice absolutely dated, but that’s par for the course in this area. Staff was very friendly and helpful rooms were smaller than what appeared to be in the picture. Beautiful chandelier over the bed.

No hot tub as advertised. Bed is two beds combined into one. Front desk is always missing. First day I had to call to find someone to check us in. Have to keep asking for toilet paper. Shower drain is clogged. Basically not allowed to leave after 11 since door locks.
