이 호텔은 정말 추천할 수 없어요. 더럽고, 주인이 너무 사납고, 그냥 문을 닫는 게 낫겠어요. 주인이 사기꾼이에요.

Upon arrival at UK Deluxe Hostel we we’re informed by the receptionist that the rooms we booked apparently has no bathrooms and we were ask to pay for the service charge amounting to 240 hkd for both rooms which is not mentioned in the ads. If we were to upgrade our rooms there will be additional 250 hkd for both rooms, in which we agreed to upgrade because we need bathrooms. Upon checking the rooms, we found out it was the same room as shown in your app that we booked. I am asking for a refund of the amount we upgrade for the rooms.

We stayed for 3 days 3 nights. We are required to have 200HKD deposit but we are not able to get it back. A night before we already informed them that we will check out early by 7am. They told us that the possible is by 8am. We adjust our check out time by 8am but they are not there. Towels are small, like hand towels charged at 20hkd per night.

Highly recommended not to book on this hotel. There's a lot of hidden charges upon arriving. They did not tell us there is no bathroom inside the room so they suggested again to add for us to transfer a dirty other room. Very disappointed. The reception man brought us on his bad attitude. He's always angry for us not to ask a question about our booking. Don't book here. It's a waste of money.

Kami berdua memesan kamar dengan double bed kamar mandi didalam. Jumpa host malah dikasih kamar bunk bed kamar mandi diluar dan kondisi macet ga bisa di flush. 200 HKD harus diberikan untuk kamar private itupun single bed berdua. Ektra kamar 270 HKD no refund. 100 HKD deposit key refund. Terlalu banyak ketidaknyamanan. Saya tidak rekomendasikan

It's my 1st time there and could be the last. Upon arrival, there is no sign board mention the hostel name and when I get there, the reception (1 guy) told me that I've to pay another 450HKD instead of what I've paid in traveloka. The reason was, the room I booked is not bathroom attached and they give a double room (bathroom attached but aircond malfunction) for 1 night and promised to change my room a day after. So, the next day, I came to reception to change my room but 2 (1 men and 1 lady) did not know how to change my room and start arguing each other in front of me. Later then I stay another night and only after 2 nights, I've been given a correct room. During my checkout, I've handed the receipt and key to take my deposit from a lady there (not so nice and not even a thank you). However, the guy who 1st served me is nice and friendly.

I paid too much. Once you will arrived there they will ask for additional fee. Room is so unpleasant smell, bed bugs

Bad experience in this Hostel. First they will ask you to pay for a service charge, we paid 310HKD for 3 nights, then another 100HKD for the key card deposit. After, they will tell you that the room you booked doesn’t have a bathroom and will ask you to pay additional 100HKD for a room with bathroom. This hostel is a scam, will not go back. If you’re on a budget, might as well book other hostel like (dragon hostel or apple inn)

the hotel is not good and they will charge you other fees upon check in. and the boss there is so rude he trap me upon check out and charge me 150 hkd dollar even if you call there staff to check out. so upon agreeing with the boss I pay for that amount. and I am late to the airport because of that incident and I miss my flight so that I rebook my ticket. I will not recommend this hotel. and the room that they gave me is a mess the aircon is not working good its to noisy they will told you next day I will transfer you to the other room until you always remind them and you're the one who will stop for reminding them bad service at all.

Pelayanan kurang ramah, tempat kumuh, kamar sempit. Tidak sesuai gambar penawaran dan dikenakan pajak lagi dan biaya untuk bisa satu lantai.

Kamarnya sempit dan kotor, tidak seperti penawaran di gambar. Kau dikenakan biaya pajak besar dan dikenakan biaya untuk bisa satu lantai. Orang-orangnya tidak ramah dalam melayani.

Please don’t recommend UK Deluxe, very uncomfortable and the person who charge in the reception is unethical or nine ethics, it's very f***ing experience

Jangan menginap di sini karena tidak sesuai dengan fotonya, kamarnya sangat sempit banget, kasurnya kecil banget buat orang dua+masih dimintai uang service charge yang harganya lumayan banget😂 Jujur, menyesal banget menginap di sini. Tidak sesuai dengan realita yang ada.
