호텔의 청결함이나 시설의 편리함, 직원의 친절함 등은 나무랄 데 없습니다. 다만 시내 관광지를 도보로 다니기에는 위치가 좀 떨어져 있습니다.

It is very well located hotel and you can reach everywhere by foot. The room was spacious but considering the $ we paid, no-aircon was very harsh to endure this hot weather. Also the room was obviously not cleaned up properly as we still saw the bugs dying right next to the bed even on the day after. The room doesn't have much 'equipment' and when we asked a kettle, they refused. It would be good to have additional simple touches will make this hotel better. (Yup we paid for more that 400USD per night...)The staffs were moderately ok, friendly without soul.

에어컨이 가동이 되지않아 습한 날씨에 조금 더웠습니다. 주방시설이 무난하고, 위치도 무난했습니다. 호텔의 주차공간도 별도로 있지만, 길거리 주차가 가능했습니다. 가성비에 맞는 호텔이었습니다.

Dies war unser vierter Aufenthalt in Lyon und unser zweiter in diesem Hotel. Das Hotel hat ein gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Die Zimmer sind einfach und sauber. Das Frühstück ist gut und man kann sich sogar frisch gepressten Orangensaft machen. Was wir an dem Hotel besonders schätzen, ist die Hoteleigene Parkgarage. Wenn man nicht gerade fußfaul ist, ist die Einkaufsmeile und ein Besuch der Altstadt leicht und gut erreichbar.

Cómodo aparthotel en Lyon, con parada de metro, tranvía y autobús cerca para moverse por la ciudad. Habitación limpia y cocina pequeña pero completa. Camas cómodas. Añadiría una silla más ya que solo hay una.

Great little apartment with good facilities. Nice and clean with lots of bars and shops nearby. Close to the riverside and town centre.

Accueil parfait, un soucis mineur dans la chambre, on nous change de chambre et nous offre le petit déjeuner. Un vrai sens du service et du client. Merci. L’hôtel est très bien placé, près des centres d’intérêts à pied. Rien à redire.

Veldig vennlig og hyggelig personale, rent, men ganske slitt og med uferdige oppgraderinger av AC-kanal i taket. Litt langt fra historisk senter av byen.

It's a fine basic place. The air conditioning didn't work initially in my room. This was Sunday. The technician came and fixed it on Monday. The technicians don't work over the weekend. The staff was helpful though and they felt for me. They didn't have an extra room for Sunday but they tried and I trust that they would have swapped me if there was an extra room. (The air conditioning is also a bit loud. But I came in a heatwave and I'm told these extreme conditions are not common and so I suppose at other times of the year these issues are not important.)

Chambre parfaite pour notre séjour à Lyon. Boulangerie, resto, épicerie à proximité. Quartier sympathique et sûr. À pied, tram et métro, la ville est facile à visiter à partir de cet hôtel. Accueil chaleureux!

Very central, safe and friendly staff

The hotel was full, and that is great, but only one room available, and the elevator was broken, last floor, floor 7, to go up with bags and no one to help. Such a bad service. No compensation, no amenities nothing, even not a proper desolee

We enjoyed our 2-night stay at the Adagio. The staff was pleasant and accommodating, and the location was okay for what we had planned. We had two rooms and were able to use the breakfast area in the evening to eat a meal together that we had prepared in one of our kitchens. The reason I am giving 4 instead of 5 stars is because we had to carry our heavy luggage up a flight of stairs from the parking garage (which was not free). Had we been told at registration that we could have parked in the street for a few minutes while unloading the luggage, it would have made our check in much more pleasant. Also, our shower door did not have a plastic gasket at the bottom, and it was impossible to shower without getting water all over the floor. Fortunately, we did not have clothing lying on the floor or it would have gotten soaked.
