직원들 특히 벨보이가 정말 친절햇습니다. 남자직원들이 매우 친절했고 좋은 경험이엇습니다. 숙소 바로 옆에 트레비분수라 늦은시간까지 이름시간부터 트레비분수랄 볼 수 있어 좋았습니다. 사진보고 뷰가 좋은 줄 알고 예약했는데 정작 방에서 분수가 보이진 않습니다. 하지만 조식먹고 테라스인 루프탑에서는 조금 보입니다. 작게나마 보이는 트레비 분수 뷰가 좋습니다.

트레비 분수와 50미터 거리라 위치상 아주 훌륭합니다. 무료로 객실을 업그레이드 해줬으며, 직원들도 모두 친절해요. 어메너티는 중간정도, 청결도는 만족합니다. 다만, 온수를 사용할 떄 마다 보일러돌아가는 소리가 많이나서 조금 시끄러웠습니다.

조식먹는곳에서 트레비분수가 보여좋았습니다,

위치가 좋고 루프탑에서의 맥주한잔도 좋았어요! 트레비가 보이는 테이블에서 먹진 못했지만 그래도 엄청 만족♥ 트리플룸으로 예약해서 그런지는 몰라도 방도 넓고 아주 좋았습니다~ 콘센트도 넉넉하고 한국식 220v랑 맞아서 더 만족이에요

트레비분수 옆에서 있고 싶어서 잡았는데, 아침 조식을 트레비 분수를 보면서 먹을 수 있는 장점이 있었음. 물론, roof top lounge라고 하는 조식 장소가 너무 협소하여 트레비분수를 직접 보지는 못한게 아주 아쉬웠음. 짐이 2개였는데, 방의 공간이 너무도 좁아서 트렁크를 펼쳐놓고 지낼수는 없는 상황이었고, 욕실에는 욕조는 없고 더러운 욕실문으로 되어있어서 냄새가 좀 났었음. 이게 좋은 장소에서 주는 기분을 많이 떨어뜨렸음. 단, 트레비분수가 붐비지 않는 아침시간에 분수를 볼 수 있다는 장점은 확실히 있음.

트레비 분수 바로 옆.(홈피 사진처럼 객실에서 트레비가 보이지는 않음) 나보나광장,스페인광장,베네치아 광장 모두 도보 10분정도로 각종 유물지 접근이 용이함. 단점은 호텔내 엘레베이터는 아직도 몇층에 서는지 미스테리임(그냥 서는대로 내림...ㅠㅠ) 조식은 정말 먹을게 없음. 객실과 욕실은 넓고 관리를 잘해주나, 트레비 바로 옆이라 밤에 좀 시끄러움.

We have been to Italy every other year since 2013 and always try to stay where all the action is. The unfortunate thing about this hotel is that you must take a flight of stairs to an elevator to go to your room. As per Europe standards the room is not big - this room was a deluxe room with a separate small sitting area so that was a bonus. We needed an iron as we were in town for a wedding and they happily provided one. It was a stones throw from the Trevi fountain and while the crowds were plenty - there was no noise in our room whatsoever. We had an issue with the light switch in the bathroom and they fixed it immediately. Only real complaint is that there was no mirror in the room except for the bathroom which was not big. When getting ready to go out especially for a wedding it would have been helpful to have a mirror. Aside from those two things - we had a nice stay.

There was no breakfast at this hotel. Rooms were ok, but the entrance to the property was not good. Very busy area.

Excellent stay in a perfect Rome location near the Trevi Fountain ( it even has a lovely rooftop bar that gives you a nice sneak peak of the fountain from above ) The staff were incredibly warm, helpful, and always greeted us with a smile. They went above and beyond to make us comfortable, including holding our luggage for the day after checkout, which we really appreciated. Great service, great location, and a wonderful experience overall.

We had a wonderful time staying at this hotel. The staff was attentive and the convenience of the restaurant downstairs was perfection. It is conveniently situated in the heart of the area, so we were able to walk everywhere. We will certainly stay there again! Note: there is no free breakfast but the restaurant downstairs serves delicious sandwiches and pastries. Marco and the rest of the staff at the restaurant are super friendly. The hotel is easily accessible by Metro and is in walking distance from all shopping and most popular sites. We were able to walk to the Pantheon, Colosseum, Spanish Steps, Davinci Museum, etc. the Trevi fountain is literally across the street, as are many, many shops and restaurants.

Excellent hotel with exceptional view of the Trevi Fountain! amazing staff , super clean room with all the amenities. the even assisted me in locating our passports when we forgot it in the safe and got it back to me safely. will definitely stay again if we are back in the area!

Everything was nice but the smell from of the cleaning solution on the throw pillows and headboard was so strong we had to put them out in the hallway to be able to sleep. They ask what the problem was and when told them they didn’t understand why it bothered us. We were sensitive to the smell.
