The room is very small but cozy and very clean. Very convenient to go around because the hotel is located in the center of the city.

Pleasant rooms, clean and quiet. Easy to walk to major attractions in the area

Great stay, friendly staff, super location.

This was my fourth trip to Barcelona so I knew I wanted to stay in this vicinity as it’s familiar. The hotel overall is great value for money - my room was enormous, the rooftop lounge pool nice, a good brekkie, and again, central location. The key negative was arriving as a solo female late at night wasn’t ideal. Again, I know the area, it’s the gothic quarter so it’s ‘gritty’ and diverse people around. Any other time at night I didn’t feel unsafe walking about at 11pm. But after my flight was delayed and I got a taxi rather than the planned bus as I was arriving around 3am, it was not great to be about on your own with all your luggage. The taxi can’t drive down this lane, so drops you close, only about a 500m walk. It’s just not a great walk at that time of night as a woman alone, not helped by the hotel name being obscured and missable. That said, every other night I felt safe walking about, no problem. Yes the bathrooms are dated but that’s clearly seen in the booking photos. The ground floor did smell of damp quite a lot but when I was in my room, I didn’t notice it. The front desk team were helpful, although not so much the bar. Again, I did not pay for an expensive perfect hotel. I paid for a well priced, very well located one and this is definitely that. I would stay here again, it offers a lot for a good price. They also have other hotels close to this one, such as the Angel location, which would probably be better to arrive late at night for solo females.

Was in a safe area, as a solo female traveller, I felt comfortable walking around the area at night and within the hotel. Pool was a bit small but definitely a nice addition with the heatwave. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Access to train stations is easy. So off course visiting to many historic masterpieces is also convenient. Very city center.

Very nice, remodeled and clean hotel in the gothic quarter. Location is very good, close to lots of attractions. Supermarket across the street and a pharmacy a few doors down. Lots of dining options nearby. Check-in was late, 3pm and they mean it. Don’t expect to get your room before then. Lobby was full of people waiting for rooms at 2:45, but most had their rooms by 3:15. Also, don’t come when temps are above 90F, our room never got below 77 so not comfortable sleeping for us. Other than that the room was very nice and clean. Breakfast was also excellent. Overall we enjoyed our stay but would only return if the outside temps were cooler.

Check in was smooth and quick. Hotel is situated in the heart of the Gothic quarter. Very lovely.

Reception staff was very pleasant. Breakfast had good variety. Conveniently located, close to Plaza Reial, and other attractions. Pool was disappointing. Anticipate taxi not being able to drop you off at the hotel door, depending on the hour.

Excellent location. Rooms were relatively modern and clean. Very much a boutique feel to the hotel. Good rooftop terrace but the location was second to none.

Really late check in of 3 pm. We arrived around 9 am. Others arriving after us were given rooms before us. I asked if they do it in order of check-in or if there was a waitlist I was told it was random. Staff were rude and bossy.

Great little peaceful hotel that I would definitely return to.

We stayed in this hotel couple of times. Excellent location and service. This time we booked a room with terrace which was more expensive, but very nice and quiet with easy access to the pool.

Love it.
