Todo bien

Hotel perfecto. El staff de recepción muy atento. Habitaciones amplias y limpias. Ubicación perfecta para recorrer en coche la Comunidad. Zona tranquila. Con algunos bares y restaurantes por la zona para comer o cenar.

Snyggt & prydligt, personalen inte alltid så välkomnande (inte ”glada och pigga”, snare lite oengagerade och trötta - särskilt i restaurangen)

Rapidez en el check. Lo malo es que no nos orientaron bien para acceder a la ciudad.

El desayuno deberia estar incluido en el precio; el cambio de las sabanas deberia ser diario. En el baño faltaba al meno pasta de dientes.

The hotel was not what I expected!!! It was GREAT!!! The Front Desk Staff was absolutely spectacular!! Location is perfect for anything you want to do in Pamplona... just an Uber away, even though I drove in. Parking on site... Super quiet. The restaurant and cafe were great as well. I saw a bus stop on the corner... didn't use public transit... it was irregular due to the festival... but Uber driver provided his number and he was available on call.... Been to Pamplona many times, this is my new campround!!! Thank You!!

le calme et l'emplacement

Good location, clean, nice cafeteria. Internet not great

Hotellet var rent och personalen trevlig. Vi bodde 4 personer i ett familjerum som bestod av två sängar med 135cm bredd. Alldeles för smala för att någon skulle sova bekvämt den natten tyvärr. Frukosten var god men allting tog slut väldigt snabbt och den underbemannad personalen hann inte med att fylla på eller duka undan tomma bord.

Expedia and the hotel should not advertise a restaurant without noting the fact that it is only open at lunch time. Plus the cafeteria is a very limited service that is majorly overpriced.

La única pega que le he encontrado al hotel es que el parking subterráneo podría estar mejor iluminado pero por lo demás en cuanto a calidad precio es bastante buen hotel.

The staff and the breakfast were amazing. The hotel was good, a bit dated, but mostly well maintained. The location was the weakest feature.

Goed hotel voor een overnachting

Clean and some staff was really good and some not really caring (like many places). Option for free parking is a plus. But you feel it is an older hotel. Elevator got out of order and showerhead was detached from wall. Things got fixed when mentioned, but it is all the little things which has an impact on total impression. Breakfast was OK but not the feeling of a 4star hotel. The area is not a nice place with industrial companies. Somehow we also had a lot of flies in the room as soon as opened it for 20-30 min. I would rate it more like 3-3½. It was more or less the only place left for San Fermatin/Bull run. So we were at least happy to have this option.
