크기만 작지 서비스 인원과 시설만 확충하면 굳이 브랜드 체인 호텔에 묵을 필요성이 없는 호텔입니다.구시가지 안에 있으면 몇만원은 올라갈 만큼 가격대비 만족도가 높았던 호텔입니다. 대리석이 호사스럽고 욕실도 넓고 자동 조명과 소등장치 그리고 방크기도 등급에 비해 넓어요.

Excellent service

Good location for tourist sights and transport. Comfortable and good-size room. Nice breakfast. It wold have been nice to have coffee/tea making facilities in the room.

The hotel is beautiful! Polished brass and chrome everywhere. Our room was large and spacious with a beautiful bathroom.

La atención del personal y el precio

On arriving it looked lovely. We went in our room, at first we couldnt smell anything bad as the cleaners had sprayed to camouflage the smell of smoke. The next day we woke up ,the room smelt disgusting of cigarettes. We asked to be moved. Unfortunately the new room did not have a balcony. We asked reception for compensation as we had lost half a day messing around and moving rooms. The manager was not helpful. He was very rude , more or less, telling us to go. Wouldn't go there again. I wouldn't recommend you stay here. Pool dated and dirty around the edges. Food was awful.

Schönes stilvolles Hotel mit angenehmen Zimmern. Einiges müsste mal renoviert bzw. repariert werden, aber ansonsten ruhig trotz der Zentralität. In wenigen Minuten zu Fuß in der Fußgängerzone und den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Im Sommer ist Salamanca schon ordentlich heiß aber das Hotel ist gut gekühlt.

Great location and visible areas clean but we dropped something on the floor and looking for it it was obvious floors were unswept. Not only dust but garbage.

Muy bién situado entre la estación de tren y el centro, me gustó que al no tener lista la habitación en el checking, por la noche cuando llegamos ya teniamos la maleta en la habitación. Las camas son muy comodas aunque el mobiliario está anticuado. Lo unico que no me gustó, es que me olvidé las zapatillas de estar por casa y me cobraban 4€, es un detalle un poco feo.

Close to the Main Street through town with good access to sites and restaurants

The hotel is very nice and close to the city centre. The room looks spectacular with big bed and a sofa.

La chambre est très sonore, bruit de la rue et de couloir. De préférence demander une chambre sur l’arrière qui est plus calme. Sinon bel hôtel .

El hotel es correcto y limpio , la ubicación muy correcta pero los servicios no son del nivel que se espera de un hotel de 5*. Concretamente tenía 2 habitaciones reservadas y solicité días antes si una de ellas podía tener ducha en lugar de bañera ya que mis padres eran ancianos. No pudo ser porque solo las de minusválidos son así. :-( Lo peor fue que olvidé un bolso (de cierto valor económico y sentimental) y no me di cuenta hasta 10 días después cuando ya estaba en mi ciudad. Cuando cintacté con el hotel para preguntar si lo habían encontrado me dijeron, que efectivamente estaba allí, pero nadie se había preocupado en localizarme para avisar . Tampoco me dieron ninguna facilidad para hacérmelo llegar a mi domicilio. Vamos, un servicio que deja bastante que desear como hotel de 5*.

Very beautiful hotel, nice location, very large room, great nathroom, perfecgly clean, great staff. Bed comfort just average. Breakfast OK, but not great. Take it one day out of 2
