전체 평가 및 리뷰 Luna Hotel Serra da Estrela

Hotel precisa de muita renovação. Quarto muito velho, não aquecia direito, cobertores e travesseiros velhos e banheiro sem aquecimento. Cafe da manhã/ pequeno almoço espartano. Piscina bem limpa. Não trm infraestrutura para limpar a neve mais vezes na entrada. Localização excelente.

Solicite um quarto com 3 camas, sendo uma de casal e uma de solteiro, mas o que nos foi dado foi uma cama de casal e uma cama extra. Essa cama extra é zero em questão de conforto, o colchão já estava muito usado.

Ideal para um recarregar de energias !!!

A group of cyclists. Staff were very helpful in letting us store the bikes. Great to be able to chill in the pool each afternoon. And i love the work that the hotel does with people if special needs. Keep up the good work.

DÉCEPTION TOTALE! Dans le site de l'hôtel il n'est jamais mentionné que nous n'aurions AUCUNE vue. De plus, tous les fauteuils, terrasse, piscine, bar n'offrent aucune vue sur la vallée. Nous sommes pourtant à 1500 metres d'altitude. Réservation faite depuis 2 mois...aucun accomodement. Lors de notre enregistrement la personne a arrêté de nous servir pour répondre à un groupe de Portugais. Ne nous a pas parlé des heures de diner et petit déjeuner. À éviter!

Stayed one night as part of a tour. The location is truly stunning with fabulous views. Hotel was clean and tidy, only downside was the pool looked a bit grimy. Quick and easy check in with efficient helpful staff. Plentiful parking with lots of spaces. I would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Quiet rural location.

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage, um die Serra de Estrella zu erkunden, ist aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Service war gut und das Personal sehr freundlich. Das Abendessen als Buffet ist zu empfehlen.

Hotel outside of Covilhã, half way up the mountain. Idyllic location and great view. Our room was not well cleaned, especially the bath room was not. Neither was the cutlery and porcelain at the breakfast clean. Staff at reception could not answer our questions about mountain trails. In general, the staff at the reception could be more service-minded. The employees at the bar were the best part of this hotel experience, very sympathic.

Excelente custo benefício em todos os quesitos de uma estadia bastante agradável. Nas próximas viagens para a Serra da Estrela nos hospedaremos no Luna. Café da manhã delicioso usufruindo de uma vista linda.

Estivemos nesse hotel em 2018, na época já precisava de reforma. Agora vimos que nada foi feito. O piso do corredor, faz um barulho terrível quando andamos. Os moveis estão bem velhos. No quarto lençol e toalhas cheiravam fumaça. O cafe da manha foi excelente. A vista do hotel e maravilhosa.

Das Luna Hotel Serra da Estrela war eine sehr gute Wahl. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein Problem mit der Klimaanlage wurde umgehend behoben. Der Wunsch meiner Frau nach einem kleineren Kissen wurde sofort erfüllt. Das Hotel und die Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Das Frühstück liess für uns keine Wünsche offen. Da hatte es alles was man in einem Hotel erwarten darf. Das Hotel als Ausgangslage für Wanderungen ist sehr gut gelegen. Parkplätze hat es mehr als genug. Dieses Hotel können wir jedem nur empfehlen und würden es sofort wieder buchen.

Room was super clean and comfortable. Staff extremely kind and helpful.

It was a really good stop over on route to Lisbon with great views and staff. Could easy stay longer to experience the mountains. Excellent value for the money

O hotel é muito bom, pequeno almoço e jantar com muita variedade e preço justo. Funcionarios atenciosos.

As fotos eram muito melhores que o hotel - ele está sem manutenção, o quarto em que me hospedei era bem menor do que eu reservei. Os móveis estão extremamente gastos pelo uso, parece bem abandonado. Os funcionários são cordiais, mas a limpeza tb estava média.

Foi maravilhoso, funcionários educados e Prestativo Quarto aconchegante com pouca luz e quente, agua quente, tudo limpo . Jantar e pequeno almoço maravilhoso tem opção para todos os gostos muita fatura Piscina é morna,mas deu para aproveitar
