Short overnight stop to catch morning Ferry to Island after late flight arrival.

J’ai adoré mon séjour dans cet hôtel . Très bon accueil . Personnels disponibles et aimables. La terrasse sur le port est magnifique pour boire un verre . Propreté des lieux excellente . Chambre rénovée et tout confort . J’ai apprécié la bouilloire à disposition ainsi que le thé et le café remis chaque jour . Manque juste un support dans la salle de bain pour poser ses produits . Literie très confortables .

Deniz manzaralı bir odada kaldım, keyifliydi. Resepsiyon ve bar personeli kibar ve güler yüzlü. Güvenli bir otel.

We always stay at the Kostas palace when we are in Kos town. It is a fantastic location overlooking the harbour with restaurants close by. Staff are friendly and nothing is too much trouble

The place was very nice. The location on the harbor made for amazing views and good proxmidity to restaurants and other things to do.

Kos seyahatimde ilk kez konakladigim bir otel ve çok rahat ettim. Tertemiz, personel ilgili ve yalnız seyahat için güvenli. Otelin konumu feribot yanaşma iskelesine çok yakın bu çıkış günü valizimi son ana kadar muhafaza etme kolaylığı sağladıkları için gerçekten önemli bir nokta. Sırf bu yüzden bile çok avantajlı bir lokasyonda otel. Çarşıya 7-8dk yürüme mesafesi var ama limandan keyifle yurunebiliyor ve bu valiz kolaylığı göz önüne alındığında çok kullanışlı bir otel. Çok teşekkürler

Lits jumeaux avec uniquement un drap un un couvre lit. La Clim se met automatiquement en route lorsque la fenêtre du balcon se ferme. Impossible de la couper, il faisait trop froid. Un écart entre le sol et la porte d’entrée énorme. On entendait tout ce qu’il se passait dans le couloir au point d’être réveillé le matin par l’alarme du téléphone d’une chambre voisine. La salle de bain était grande mais du tarte sur la paroi vitrée de la baignoire. Pas même deux petites bouteilles d’eau dans le minibar.. D’ailleurs le minibar très sale : il y avait des traces d’eau de couleur jaune/marron Très déçue.. heureusement je n’avais pris qu’une nuit. Les deux points positifs sont : Le personnel qui est agréable et l’emplacement top.

Nice hotel in a convenient location in front of the port. The staff is very friendly and willing to help.

We stayed at Kosta Palace onen night to prepare for our sailing yacht, and we chose it beecause of it’s proximity to the yacht slip. The location is excellent as it is at the end of the port away from the noise of the many more centrally located restaurants and shops. It has a nice patio for enjoying al fresco coffee or food. The staff are incredibly courteous. In fairness, we selected the least expensive room they had, and although freshly painted and clean, it was, as expected, rather spartan. The hardware in the bathrooms is extremely worn and in some cases (the sink) really isn’t functional. We saw some of the larger rooms that were beeing cleaned and they were, indeed larger and looked in better repair but we did not inspect the bathrooms. Bottom line: If you need a flop house, this is a great hotel and the smaller least expensive rooms serve the purpose. Larger and better appointed rooms likely will suffice for those needing nicer accommodations.

The staff were very nice and helpful. I just didn't like that my room smelled really bad and didn't feel clean. However, the location is excellent and it is located next to all the tourists destinations.

Second time coming to this hotel and would definitely recommend

L'hôtel est propre, joli et plaisant. Voir vue de la chambre. La clim fonctionne bien. Les revêtements de sol sont glissants dans les couloirs et salle de bains. La baignoire ne comporte aucune barre de sécurité, son sol est glissant, j'ai du demander (et j'ai obtenu) un tapis antidérapant à placer au fond. Les renseignements touristiques fournis par la réception sont inexistants. Le buffet matinal est très varié, très abondant, de qualité variable selon les plats, du médiocre au très bon.

Propreté, accueil chaleureux et bienveillant, mobilier de la chambre ordinaire mais lits confortables, cour intérieure tranquille (pas toujours le cas partout)

The location is very convinient. The rooms need update. It is an older hotel but we still enjoyed our stay.
