일반적으로 고성호텔이라 하면 삐그덕 거리는 계단에 힘들게 가방을 들고 올라가야만 하는 불편함을 경험했던터라, 샤토 드 보으론에도 그리 큰 기대를 하지 않았었다. 하지만 이 고성호텔은 지속적으로 관리가 잘 되어 있기도 하고, 호텔로 전환하면서 리프트(엘리베이터)도 설치하였고 내부를 완전히 깨끗하게 수리를 한 듯 하였다. 예술적인 감각으로 배치된 그림과 내부 인테리어가 인상적이었고, 고급스러운 자재로 되어 있는 넓고 멋진 화장실에 놀랐다. 족히 축구장 10개 규모는 되어 보이는 잔디 정원과 산책코스를 아침에 돌아보았는데, 우리를 앞 서 가며 에스코트하는 호텔지기 골든리트리버와 함께 늦가을의 정취를 맘 껏 즐길 수 있었다. 미슐랭 레스토랑이 같이 있는데, 사전 예약도 하지 못했고, 너무 늦은 시간에 도착해서 가보지 못해서 아쉬었다.

France의 Chateau 숙박을 경험하기에 매우 좋은 호텔. 품위있고 격조높은 숙박. 42 ha의 정원. 17C 지어져 현재 Compt(백작)이 거주, 운영하고 있음. Fontainebleau 성에 매우 가까운 위치. 친절하고 편안함. 한국 관광객에게 적극 추천함. 가격은 싸지 않으나 경험해 볼 가치가 충분함. 잊지못할 호텔이 될 것....

The forest was beautiful to walk through. We played tennis, walked to the quaint little town for dinner, and had a wonderful time. The owner was super friendly and hospitable. Everything was lovely!

Voucher do quarto Roí de Rome, no castelo, SEM OPÇÃO DE AR CONDICIONADO QUANDO NO VOUCHER DIZIA QUE HAVIA. NOITE MAL DORMIDA COM TEMP DE 30oC DEVIDO A FALTA DE AR. Gerente fez uma “gentileza”(??) de descontar apenas um dia de café da manhã. Na verdade o correto seria descontar 50% de toda a estadia pelo desconforto que passamos.

The grounds are phenomenal. The views from our room were magical as was the entire property. It is an experience as much as a stay. You are surrounded by beauty and history. The pride of ownership and love of their estate shines through. It is like you are given the keys to your own castle! We rode bikes that they provided around the private estate and into the little village for breakfast the next morning. It was one of our favorite stays on our three week long trip. We stayed in more than 10 Hotels and Chateau’s during this trip and it was definitely a chart topper. The bed was super comfy the room large and well equipped gorgeously decorated and immaculately clean.

It is a very relaxing atmosphere

We stay mostly at high-end, 5-star properties when traveling. We were so happy to find this property on our way from Paris to Lyon, convenient to A6. The owner clearly has pride of place and pays attention to details. Our rooms (beds) were very comfortable and we enjoyed our stroll along the property. We also immensely enjoyed the history and stories pertaining to the property. You feel the history here. Lovely experience.

We were looking for a relaxing stay off the beaten path and out of the city for a couple of days where we could recharge during our Europe trip. Chateau de Bourron fit the bill to a tee. Lovely grounds, beautiful room, attentive staff - all set in a charming French town. We enjoyed each moment. Many thanks to the family that owns the chateau for opening their home to travellers and sharing its charm and history with us.

odeur de moisi pas d'eau dans la chambre pas de télévision accès compliqué deux entrées mais aucune d'explication. Accueil surfait et prétentieux pas de lait chaud à table. Café difficile à faire et personne pour vous aider sauf su on hurle "il y a quelqu'un!" On derrange, c'est sur. jambon tranché repris de la table

Chateau de Bourron is a lovely property within easy driving distance of charming villages, restaurants, local shops, and of course, Fontainebleau Chateau. The castle hotel is charming, warm, and inviting, and so quiet, it’s as if you’re miles from anywhere. We had a wonderful week of enjoying the countryside and returning to a fabulous castle hotel with all the comforts of home. Highly recommend for couples, families, and special occasions!!

It was a beautiful and well maintained property. The host was very pleasant and helpful. They served a delicious breakfast. Would highly recommend this chateau!
