Stayed one night for chilling alone. So quiet cuz no kids :p Two pools are pretty good. Great location near marina. Food in the restaurant is so good. Various food selection. Staffs are kind and helpful except the one in the reception. He doesn't smile at all to the guests haha.

The Hotel located in a nice area, Food 6/10. Only adults accepted, a little boring for young people. You can take a free of charge Bout to Zaytound Beach. Its a good option for couples of days to relax

Een heerlijk hotel met zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame mensen op een goede locatie.

Everything was great ,pool area was clean and the beach area was clean with friendly and smiling faces My only issue was in the breakfast buffet no one was greeting me or giving me a good service I am American Egyptian and because I speak both language Arabic and English So I decided to speak arabic unfortunately with me speaking Arabic I did not get the best service I felt the difference between treating me and treating the other guests speak different languages Overall I loved guona Probably next time I will search different hotel

Amazing Hotel. This was our third visit and we plan to go back again. The best location in Gouna with excellent staff and great breakfast.

The updated hotel suites are very nicely. The staff of the hotel are all super nice and the all inclusive food is of a good standard. However, the hotel is very close to an open air club called Aurora that plays awful music at unbelievable volume until 04:00. This unfortunately ruined our stay. The hotel did move us to another suite which helped, but we had 1 night out of 3 where it was impossible to sleep and moving rooms also wasted half an afternoon.

Our overall experience at the hotel was wonderful. We were upgraded to a better room and allowed early check-in, with a warm and welcoming reception. The room had a stunning lagoon view, which added a special touch to our stay. The resort’s location in Marina Abu Tig was absolutely amazing, offering a charming atmosphere and excellent facilities. Additionally, the resort provides a boat service to take guests to Zeytouna Beach, which was a fantastic way to enjoy the sea. However, I have to note that the breakfast didn’t meet our expectations compared to the rest of the experience. Hopefully, this aspect will be improved in the future.

Heel rustig , super goede keuken elke dag iets anders. 1minpunt het handdoekleggen maar dat ligt aan de toeristen, om smorgens voor 5u zijn die al op pad om hun handdoek te leggen en komen dan 4u later terug naar hun stoel.sommigen laten hem gewoon liggen van de avond ervoor Dit is het enige minpunt!

Wir waren wie beim letzten Mal zufrieden. Wenn man will, kann man immer etwas finden, aber warum soll man das Haar in der Suppe suchen? Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen war die laute Musik am Abend von einem Club gegenüber, aber die haben wir mit Ohropax erledigt.

The hotel was very nicely located, service was very good. Definitely recommend it and looking forward to visit again soon.

This is my first choice of a hotel whenever I want to go.to ElGouna. It has become like a second home for.me and the staff keep outdoing themselves every time. Thank you for a very enjoyable cavation.

Zum 2ten Mal hier. Alles prima, wie letztes Jahr. Komfortables, schönes Hotel mit gutem Service an privilegierter Lage. Freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal, besonderes Lob an Hanna! Prima Frühstücksbuffet und tolles Seafood Dinner. Leider keinen direkten Strand mit Zugang zum Meer, aber das Boot zum Zeytouna Beach fährt stündlich.

Wir waren schon zum dritten Mal hier. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig und lecker. Man ist direkt am Hafen, sodass wir morgens direkt auf‘s Tauchboot können. Die Marina ist fussläufig mit vielen Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und schönen Plätzen. Die Mitarebiter sind sehr hilfreich und freundlich. Immer wieder gerne!
