Excelente

Tres bon sejour agréable en centre ville , petit déjeuner extraordinaire personnel sympathique. Le point negatif se situe au niveau du stationnement des vehicules: que ce soit les quelques places dont dispose lhotel dans le parking de la cathedrale ( non disponibles lors de notre sejour) et le Parking public encore plus éloigné les 400 metres qui separent ces parkings de lhotel sont une pente vraiment abrupte.

Todo perfecto. Volveriana repetir en caso de volver a Segovia

The hotel is very charming and location was great. Breakfast was excellent. Highly recommend this hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed our 4 nights.

Bien ubicado para ir a pie a casi todo. El parking esta muy limitado, conviene reservarlo con bastante antelación, hay un parking publico a unos 200 m. 20 €/día.

I choose this hotel because of the garage and the gym. When I arrived, they told me that there wasn’t space in the garage and the gym was out of service!

When we arrived they couldn't find our reservation and it was unpleasant. And the room we booked they insisted that the photos on Expedia were different and that you couldn't know exactly which room you were assigned to. That had never happened to me before!

The two times we stayed at the reception they couldn't find our reservation and told us it hadn't been made and the hotel didn't honor the room we rented. Both times we had chosen a room with a balcony and they didn't give it to us and told us it wasn't like that!

It was so close to everything

Excelente lugar y bien ubicado. Si vas a dejar a tus hijos a la IE University te queda super cerca.

We had a number of issues with our room: the main one being the lack of soundproofing as we had the mechanism for the lifts right next to us on one side so heard them every time they were used; and the shower cubicle for the next door room was actually built into a corner of our room so those guests might as well have been showering in our room. Even just talking next door we could hear them clearly. We also felt that there should have been somewhere to get coffee or tea as there were no facilities in the room. The painters were in whilst we stayed so care was needed in the stair area and this should have been highlighted on booking. On the plus side breakfast was very good.

Excelente opción, servicio, calidad de hospedaje, ubicación, todo extraordinario, solo el detalle que solo ofrecen servicio de desayuno, posterior a ello ningún alimento o bebida se pudo contratar en el hotel.

El hotel es encantador, aunque tuvimos mala suerte, al asignarnos una habitación algo ruidosa, cercana al cuarto de motores de los ascensores.

Easy access to city center and clean rooms. Didn’t like that there was not enough parking although they did allow us to unload suitcases and then go to nearby public parking. Although there is an elevator to rooms, there is no elevator near reception area so you had to lift luggage up and down the stairs.

Good hotel although a little inconvenient because it is a little away from grocery stores

I loved this cozy and warm hotel. They did everything to accommodate my needs on Christmas Day and that terrace view was everything and more!

Reserved an economy room. The window only looked upon a ventilation shaft. And the room smelled a bit musty. For €10 more I switch to a room with a view and it was a whole lot better. I recommend an economy room with a view. It is worth the little bit more.

Buona struttura a pochi passi dal centro pur tuttavia lontana quanto basta per gidere della massima tranquillità. Pulizia e servizio impeccabili. Ci tornerei.

Lo malo de el dormitorio que me tocó , habitación 309 , tiene mal olor, olor a desagüe, nada agradable
