가족여행으로 4박 투베드룸 이용 전반적인 시설은 만족했고 가까운 지하철이용과 람블란스와 가까와서 좋았어요 밤새 광장소음은 여행경험의 일부라 여기면 좋구요 단 새벽 공항이용 택시를 예약하고 확인 서류까지 받았는데 새벽에 아무리 기다려도 연락이 없어서 많이 당황했고 결국 짐을 들고 지하철과 공항버스로 서둘러 이동했어요. 호텔을 통해 예약하고 확인서류를 받았는데 미리 연락이 전혀 없어 불쾌했던점을 제외하면 좋았어요

생각보다 어두웠어요.. 하지만 따뜻하게 히터도 잘 나왔어요’

Pros. 1. 매우 좋은 위치 2. 넓고 개끗한 객실 3. 편리한 시설 Cons. 1. 체크인 어려움 (2층에 있는 리셉션 오피스에 접근하기 위한 정보가 매우 부족함) 2. 밤에 시끄러움 3. 방음 잘 안됨 위치와 시설은 정말 좋습니다. 람블라 거리 가운데에 있고, 레이알 광장과 바로 통합니다. 룸은 상당히 넓고, 필요한 시설(각종 주방기구, 전자레인지, 냉장고, 세탁기 등)이 완비되어 있습니다. 화장실도 깨끗하고, 청소상태도 좋습니다. 다만, 문제는 체크인 과정에 있습니다. 호텔이 아니라서 2층 한 오피스를 리셉션으로 사용하고 있는데, 이 곳에 도착하기 위한 정보가 없습니다. 저희는 저녁 6시 이후에 도착하였고, 입구 문이 잠겨 있어 몹시 당황했습니다. 운 좋게 안에서 나오던 사람이 있어 물어서 체크인 할 수 있었습니다. 밤에 람블라 거리의 소음이 들리고, 옆방 소리에 대한 방음은 전혀 안됩니다. 잠자리 소음에 예민하신 분은 곤란하실 수도 있습니다.

람블라스 거리에 위치가 있어 좋았지만 좀 시끄러운 것이 흠이었다.

위치가 좋아서 도보관광도편리하고 메트로역이 가까워 어디든지 쉽게접근할수있어 좋았습니다 부엌도 있고 시장과 마트도 가까워 음식을해먹을수있어더욱좋았는데 아쉬운것은 세탁기가없어 사무실에서공용세탁기와 건조기를 사용해서 조금불편했어요

리세우역과 드라사네스 역사이 람블라스 거리와 레이알광장 사이 건물입니다. 교통과 주변 관광지의 접근성 최고입니다. 오르내릴 때 엘리베이터 이용이 다소 불편한 것을 제외하고는...숙소에 취사시설, 마이크로웨이브 다 갖추어져 있는데...세탁기도 있었다면 좀 더 편리했을지도...가족 여행인 경우 럭셔리 모드를 추구하는 것이 아니라면...강추입니다.

라 람블라 거리에 있어서 주변 관광을 도보로 가능 하며, 건물옆에 있는 리엘 광장의 식당에서 식사 하면서 개인 공연을 즐길 수 있습니다. 반면에 창문을 열면 밤 늦게 까지 조금 시끄러운 점은 감안 해야 합니다.시설은 깨끗하며 호텔에 비해 넓은 편으로 약 15평형 아파트 사이즈로 주방이 있어서 직접 요리 하기가 좋습니다, 주변 슈퍼 마켓도 3분 정도면 갈 수 있습니다. 특히 3층은 지붕 층으로 테라스가 아주 넓고 일광욕을 즐길 수 있는 의자 도 있습니다.

Our stay was excellent from start to finish. The hotel is very clean, spacious, and extremely comfortable. The breakfast is excellent, with great variety and quality. The location is perfect, making it very easy to get around the city. We would also like to highlight the staff, who were always attentive, polite, and helpful. Everything worked perfectly — it exceeded our expectations. We would definitely return and highly recommend it.

Great property. Well appointed, face cloths would be appreciated but we didn’t ask so that might be on us. We would stay here again and we would recommend to others. There are a lot of stairs in the building we stayed in so if mobility is an issue this property wouldn’t be for you. People watching in the area is excellent. Finding this property was quite challenging but it is a hidden gem.

We got put in another building next to where the reception is. Close but not as nice. None of the pictures they have posted is from the apartment we stayed in. We were on the top floor and had to climb up the stairs to the seventh floor. The stair case was cramped and narrow and dirty. The only other option was an old claustrophobic elevator, very tight and suffocating. The plumbing was in bad shape and slow draining, barely usable unless you were happy to stand in dirty water that pooled up both in the shower and the sink. Very noisy couldn’t get much sleep at night. The dryer didn’t work properly. Had to air dry our wet clothes. We paid for 3 nights but ended up moving to another hotel on the third night so we could get some rest.

This location is great! Staff amazing and very accommodating! They were particularly great with supporting us with additional nights given our flight cancellations due to Air Canada strike! We stayed in 2 rooms based on availability and both were spacious and clean! Def worth reviewing and paying more for the larger apartments with higher ceilings and balcony view!
