Palazzo Pantaleo made my last day in Sicily best ever. Spacious room, clean towels, comfortable bed and most of all, the owner, Mr. Giuseppe is so caring and detailed. Because we had to leave early in the morning, my wife and I decided to give up the breakfast. But when he came to know that he blamed us for not letting him know. When we leave there were warm coffee in the warmer, croissants and even fruits in the breakfast table prepared for us. Thank you for the warm hospitality.

A Pleasant stay first time in Sicily as first venue to this beautiful island. The breakfast is not too bad for it doesn't have much choice but the location is very good with only couple of feets away from bus station from the airport and other monuments in Palermo. Especially the hotel head Giuseppe was kind and treated us well. two thumbs-up !

We very much enjoyed our stay here and I can recommend it to anyone. We felt welcomed from the first moment by the nice man who handles the parking, then by Mr. Giuseppe who took care of us, both charming and service minded. The place is clean and well kept, the double suite we had was spacious and the beds firm but comfortable. The air conditioners were efficient and the shower worked well. The location is great, with much of the central town within walking distance. Private parking is a great benefit and finding the way to the place works well if you follow the map and instructions. The breakfast was very nice with a selection of juice, coffee and tea, yoghurt, fruits, bread, cold cuts and various cakes.

Fantastique endroit pour visiter le centre-ville et le vieux Palerme. Déjeuner généreux et accueil hyper sympathique. Pratique de laisser sa voiture dans le stationnement pour explorer à pied!

Fint sted, godt til prisen Pro’s: god beliggenhed, roligt, elevator, privat parkering, morgenmad inkluderet, aircondition Con’s: vi boede på 4 pers familieværelse, fra billeder troede vi det var to rum, men det viste sig der kun var et. Frugten på morgenbuffetten var ikke lækker, den stod for længe i varmen. Ingen baby stol til morgenmaden.

Hotel ótimo, muito bem localizado, café da manhã bom. Só precisa modernizar o banheiro do quarto.

Hôtel dans un bâtiment superbement rénové, très grande chambre confortable, meubles anciens typiques. Calme, dans une cour donnant sur une rue pietonne très fréquentée et sûre, on peut visiter tout le centre de Palerme à pied. Parking dans la cour. Accueil et petit déjeuner exceptionnels !

El servicio de excelente calidad, muy cómodo, muy limpio, está muy bien ubicado, lo mejor es que tiene estacionamiento, la ubicación perfecta en el centro de Palermo.

Small authentic B&B in an upmarket area of Palermo with parking. Convenient location. Very large room for a family of 5 and beds were comfy. Don’t expect 5 star decor and furnishings. Photos are accurate. A great stay - would recommend!

Palazzo Pantaleo is a solid 3 star hotel on the road that becomes the main passagio for the town on the weekends. Because it's set back from the street, you can get away from what is a very large crowd without any problems. The room, the bed and the bathroom were all very clean.

Ett centralt bed & breakfast med nära till många matställen inom ett par minuters gångväg. En mycket trevlig person som hjälpte oss med incheckningen, trots att vi kom lite sent på kvällen. Nästa dag såg han till att vi fick frukost. Generellt är standarden lite lägre i södra Italien än i Sverige, men vi kan definitivt tänka oss att bo här igen om vi återkommer till Palermo. Kom med taxi, så har dålig koll på parkeringsmöjligheter, men det fanns ett par platser bakom grind precis utanför.

All staff are friendly. Great location and walkable to the attractions in the city. Easy parking that we could just walk in Palermo and drive to other cities for a day trip. We could have the great start of the day by enjoying breakfast at the nice dining area and greeted by friendly staff. Bottles of water were filled every day, it was great with such a hot weather.

The property owner checked us in on arrival and was friendly and gave us lots of information. The property is very clean, well decorated and has a lot of charm. The staff were all very welcoming and helpful. The location was perfect. Just on the outer part of the original part of Palermo. The cathedral and other key sites are only 10-15 mins slow walk away and through very interesting streets and the harbour is only about 10 mins walk. There are also some great restaurants nearby. The area for breakfast is like a little conservatory, light and with character and there was a good selection of food. I only have good things to say about this place.
