전체 평가 및 리뷰 Oasi Di Kufra Hotel

Super confusing check in, no proper clear instructions, we were sent from one building to another and almost sent back to the initial. Same with check out - if you position yourself as a luxury 4* why do you save on a receptionist ? I wouldn’t call this hotel child friendly- one of the reasons I booked it was the pool which looked toddler friendly but then I discovered that it’s from 14y.o+. And I haven’t seen this information on Expedia page, where I booked the hotel. And you need to pay extra for it. Haven’t seen a single person by the pool. Another problem is the AC that was turning on on its own all the time and it was super cold on the warmest setting. The hotel is nice and modern, but people working there seemed more annoyed than happy to assist and we didn’t need assistance so idk what’s their problem. Overall would not recommend this place for a family, but probably could be fine for couples.

I was very happy with my room and the dining options, and the front desk was very helpful when I had to check out a day early, arranging transport and helping me to get a refund, as I had to change my plans.

Ottima struttura, pulizia ottima. Sulla spiaggia. Colazione da migliorare.

La vue était magnifique sur la mer, le restaurant était très bon, la chambre incroyable, le lit confortable, très beau balcon, belle salle de bain avec grande douche, ascenseur pour les valises c’était pratique !

It’s a beautiful hotel and the staff is amazing! Every morning the breakfast staff worked very hard and always had a great display of food!

The hotel was very nice and the reception well helped us by the organisation of planing trips. Unfortunately the hotel was not worth it and the breakfast pretty small.

The rooms really need to be renovated. The real downfall is that the pool is only accessible for people ages 13 and up. Children are not allowed. This was very disappointing especially since there was no one ever at the pool.

Bellissima struttura sul mare. Personale molto cortese. Sala ristorante con un panorama stupendo. Stanza buona, ma per il livello dell'hotel, un po datata. Ci tornerei sicuramente! Lo consiglio.

Struttura fantastica abbiamo prenotato una stanza Doppia Premium, vista giardino ma..sorpresa ... anche vista mare ! con vasca idromassaggio in camera...siete un 5 stelle non 4:-) Grazie torneremo volentieri

Struttura bellissima anche se visitata in inverno. Camera sulla spiaggia, dimensioni buone. Accogliente , ottimo servizio, buona la colazione molto varia e ricca. Personale cordiale .
