발렌시아 북역에서 걸어서도 15분 가량 걸립니다. 옆골목에 중앙시장이 있고 주말에는 옆 골목에 벼룩 시장이 열립니다. 시설 좋고 위치 좋은 곳이지만 저희 머무는 동안에는 난방이 고장나서 추워서 별하나 뺍니다

발렌시아를 구경하기에 최적의 장소에 있고 아파트도 깨끗하고 세탁기도 있어서 빨래도 할 수 있었음. 리셉션도 대단히 친절하고 발렌시아 전체 휴일임에도 여러가지 신경을 많이 써 주었음. 주차장이 아파트에서 거리가 조금 있는 단점이 있고, 조식을 주변의 bar에서 먹는 식권으로 받았는데 스페인 bar의 조식은 너무 단촐(커피, 오렌지 주스, 크로아상)해서 많은 에너지가 필요한 우리 가족은 좀 부족한 감이 있었음(원래 식권을 주는 건지 숙박한 날이 발렌시아 휴일이라 그날만 그런건지는 잘 모르겠음). 주방기기들이 잘 되어 있어 음식을 해 먹는 준비를 미리 해서 갈 걸 하는 개인적인 아쉬움이 있었음. 전체적으로 아주 좋았음

Great stay in a central location, apartment was well equipped and maintained.

Very good location in the center of Valencia , a lot of restaurants and bars around, shopping and easy for transportation.

Fin lejlighed, beliggende super centralt. Der var hvad der skulle være. Personalet i receptionen var meget søde, men der blev ikke fyldt op med toiletpapir eller gjort rent i de fem dage vi var der

This is a full apartment, one bedroom, living room and full kitchen. Balconies overlooking the plaza in the heart of old town Valencia. Modern, clean and well appointed. No manager onsite. They will give you the access code to the building and to the apartment key. Apartment is in a pedestrian area. If driving, do not follow Google maps, it will send you into restricted pedestrian areas. Locate the nearest parking garage and walk from there, It will be about a 10 minute walk.

A pesar de estar en el centro, no hay mucho ruido. A destacar no hay servicio de recogida desde la estación de Joaquín Sorolla como indicabais solo desde el aeropuerto,aunque hay un bus gratuito que te deja en la estación del norte,muy cerca del alojamiento.

Close to old city

Perfekt beliggenhet i Valencia, kun et steinkast unna det store matmarkedet. Leiligheten har alle fasiliteter, og romslige rom. Noe slitent, men vel fungerende. I dette bygget lå også kontoret til Living Valencia, så nøkkelservice etc. var enkelt.

Lo que más nos gustó del apartamento fue la ubicación del mismo. Muy céntrico y próximo a los principales atractivos turísticos de la ciudad. El apartamento 3 y 5 no cuentan con aire acondicionado centralizado como sí tienen el resto de los 6 aptos que tienen. Solamente tiene un aire de suelo que apenas climatiza la zona en la que estás haciendo insoportable la estancia, el descanso y el confort en plena ola de calor. La lavadora del apartamento 5 está hecho polvo el tambor y nos dimos cuenta cuando nuestra ropa salió completamente agujereada. Nos pidieron los tickets, algo que dudo que conserve el dueño de la ropa que se compra, todo ello para eludir responsabilidades. La limpieza es discutible porque el embellecedor de los azulejos del baño tiene dos dedos de polvo. Conforme pisas en el suelo notas que hay baldosas sueltas por todo el apartamento. Los balcones y persianas creo que no los han limpiado en meses y creo que con el tiempo me quedo corto. Este mismo apto 5 no dispone de cortinas, se cayeron o arrancaron y allí se quedaron al techo los restos de lo que era el soporte de la barra/agujeros del taladro.....un largo etcétera que no cabría en esta descripción

Went to Valencia during the festival of Falles. The hotel staff communicated prior to our trip to make sure we knew the celebrations would extend into the night. I really appreciated their clear communication. The room was more like an apartment (with a kitchen etc) than a hotel room. Easy walking distance to a lot of interesting attractions. Very English-friendly.

Loved the neighborhood, and this big quiet apartment. We were shocked at how great a location this was. Other than the construction noise during the day on the building next door it was extremely quiet. Well appointed, but a few imperfections. Huge bath tub, but small hot water tank, meant the baths never happened. Washing machine had no spin cycle, so we washed out clothes but squeezed out by hand and dried slowly over a few days. Few international TV channels. Basically the music channel. Clean, but the floor was a bit dusty and behind the toilet could use more attention. Despite these small annoyance we'd return and recommend.

Perfect location. The apartment has everything you need. The bedroom has 2 single beds, I would prefer a double bed, but apart from that, its perfect.

Ihan kiva huoneisto hyvällä paikalla lähellä keskuskauppahallia. Hiukan pimeä, kun kaikkia sälekaihtimia ei saanut auki. Myöskään lämmitystä en saanut toimimaan. Oli vähän viileää.

Appartamento nel centro della città vecchia ma al riparo dal caos di strade e movida. Dalle foto sembra tutto più nuovo e luccicante,non manca nulla eh, ma una rinfrescata ad elettrodomestici e bagno ci starebbe. Bello sarebbe avere un letto matrimoniale in camera e non due letti affiancati singoli, preparati come singoli, quindi si dorme vicini ma non sulle stesse coperte. Da rivedere gli scarichi della cucina perché emanavano cattivo odore e magari alla reception avere più info sulla città visto che chi arriva potrebbe non saperne niente..

Loistava sijainti. Kalustus synkeä. Huoneissa puiset kaihtimet, joita ei saanut kunnolla ylös - pimeää. Keittiössä kunnon koneet. Sängyt hyvät, suihkusta tuli lämmintä vettä, mukavan iso asunto.

Everything was fine but the mattresses were so bad and old that we couldn't have a good rest at all.
